Hi I was a customer of a group of 8 people inside the Metairie road CC establishment and we were highly grossed out by the amount t of DOG HAIR on the floor/furniture. I actually had a piece of dog hair in my mouth that matched the hair on the floor. I do not own a dog therefor it wasn't from me. I also had a family member with us who is HIGHLY ALLERGIC to dogs as in deadly reaction and her allergy flared up as we were leaving and had to rush to get her meds due to no warning there was going to be dog dander laying around a food establishment. There is a regular that is bringing a full sized dog inside here and she is even bringing a vacuum cleaner to try and clean up it's that bad. But doesn't do the job!! read more

I tried again coming inside this morning for a cup of coffee but it wasn't made right and the professionalism of the baristas that work here need improvement. I am lactose intolerant my coffee order says no whip oat milk substitution yet it was made wrong in front of me and when I asked I was told I can take the whip off but what about the dairy...? Good customer service on a $8 cup of coffee and a tip made incorrectly should have been I apologize let me remake this for you. I did not have an experience last time either. Prior to this I only used the drive through. Business has me in this area recently but this will absolutely be my last visit here. read more

Geez does management even read these reviews?? There is an OBVIOUS problem with service! I've had bad service 3 times in the past few months. I use the drive-thru a few times a month and it is very hit or miss in terms of getting the correct order (even when it's not complicated!) and unfortunately there are a few really really rude girls that work there. They actually get mad at the customer when THEY are the ones who got the order wrong. Go figure. They need classes in how to smile and greet customers and oh gee - how about a thank you??? I don't have to spend my money here. PJ's is only 1/2 block away. As far as the coffee goes, it is usually good and hot. The muffins and croissants are very good. I'm not a fan of any of the breakfast sandwiches. I just wish they would do something about the quality of their employees. It makes a bad start for the day to deal with someone so unpleasant. I might have to switch to PJ's. read more

When I am in the Metairie area shopping, this is my first stop. Gotta get my CC's coffee. The drive thru is super quick and customer service is great. I never have a bad coffee here. I really love the iced coffees and my new fave is the S'mores. The treats are also really good. This coffee is local and a great price. Can't go wrong here. Love CC's. read more

I've been to this CC's a few times and have always been happy with my visits. They're located in a large horseshoe shaped strip mall on Metairie Road and I usually have no trouble finding a parking spot in their shared lot. There's always available seating inside and out and it's clean and tidy. The coffees, teas and pastries are all good, and the service is quick, efficient and friendly. read more

This is in the other wacky strip mall on Metairie Road near the railroad tracks (fun fact it's on the former location of a car dealership, maybe Packer, and an old drive in). Look for the CC's in the back corner away from the tracks. The shop is spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor seating...atlhough don't sit at the tables for Zoe's or try to bring Zoe's into the CC's...maybe turf battles. I had quick service and polite baristas. The whole place does look like it needs to be cleaned up a little but maybe that's just the Christmas rush. read more

I waited a few days to write this review because I was displeased about several things. The thing that was good was the code. They made my Americano perfect. The party was good also, but since I'm convinced that they're not really made on-site I'm not giving props there. lol. They were closing shortly after I got there WHICH THE SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYS but one of the employees had to walk around telling us he was closing in 20 minutes. I felt quite annoyed by that. I would have waited until closer to closing because there was still time for me to have been gone (I mean TWENTY MINUTES!) and I was just going to eat my pastry and skeddadle anyway but to interrupt me that early was to me a major faux pas. read more

Great location. Love the new building. This is my 2nd try since they moved and my last. I love CC's and they coffee but this drive thru is TERRIBLE. In line for 23 minutes.... if not for hungry kids in the car I would have left. Had to repeat my order 3 times (literally) when ordering. Got to the window and was offered incorrect order. ANOTHER SNARKY CC'S I wonder if it is an issue with the restrictions of the franchise but the morale chain seems to be uniformly atrabilious (I know that is a stilted word but it is aptly appropriate). PJ's on the other hand is a much more pleasant experience but the coffee is inferior. WHERE THE LOCALS MEET Despite the atrabilious (got to use it again) service, this place is packed with old codgers claiming their usual spots and stay at home Country Day moms. PRO-TIP The breakfast egg white sandwich is outstanding and only 300 calories. Discard the bottom half of the muffin and it is just as tasty but even healthier. read more

Unfortunately, I am not a fan of their drinks, but the staff is friendly and helpful. I like the extra merch the store offers like the magnets and blank cards. It was not too busy on a Saturday morning around 9AM, so I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Spicy Zydeco Chai tea latte warmed my throat but I only drank it bc I spent $4 on it. I went to CC's today because I was craving their coffee and I even checked their hours before so I wouldn't get my hopes up for nothing..... when I got there, they already locked the doors with an additional 25 minutes remaining until actually closed! My drive through experience was not too impressive either! They, too, were still open but they were not answering when I was trying to order! They did not even attempt to greet me and this was completely frustrating because I haven't had CC's coffee in the longest time! Generally I love this place. Every time I visit it's perfect. On March 17th I found that the staff had not brought in the news papers. The door opens at 6 am & it was 6 am. I brought in the news papers & brought them up to the counter & brought try them to the girl behind the counters attention. We really do like this CC's. The coffee is tasteful and the staff is pleasant enough. But I do have one gripe. My physical appearance without question is that of a senior,yet I ALWAYS have to request the senior discount. This usually happens after I realize that they've charged me the regular price. Then the cashier has to go back in and make the adjustments; it sure seems like it would easier and more efficient to grant the discount without having to go through all of that. It's the right, fair thing to do and it would surely be appreciated. I love CC's but I'm over this one on Metairie Rd. I absolutely love the one in Shreveport on Youree. The photo below shows my drink before I took a sip of it. Yes I was charged full price for a large and when I asked the barista why there was so little liquid in a large drink, she explained to me that it comes with foam in it. I just said thank you and that I wouldn't be coming back and no she didn't offer to fix the drink. read more

This is my favorite place in GNO to get a cup of coffee. I prefer the mint Mochasippi with soy. They take my high maintenence order without batting an eye. The baristas are friendly and patient with the line that is ever present. They have great breakfast food, including bagals, pastries, breads etc. Best of all.....CC's is LOCAL!!! I love CCs coffee and was excited when they moved to this spot and would have a drive through. BUT the new staff just can't seem to get together in the drive through. I have been through several times hoping it will be better but It is so sloooooooow and in general they just have no idea what is going on. I LOVED this coffee shop when it was nested in the corner of the shopping center. Now, it's terrible. The inside lost the cozy ambiance it had at its old location, and the drive-through takes forever and there always seems to be a stressed out, unhappy employee at the window. I miss the cheerful go lucky baristas that always cheered my morning up at their old location. Who are these new hires? Normally, at least the coffee is good. But no, today that wasn't even good. This is my favorite coffeehouse! This baristas are so welcoming and enthusiastic, day in and day out. They are very pleasant taking your order and preparing the drink, even when it is crowded. You see the same employees a lot, so I suspect it is low turnover. I love the taste of a mochassippi, their frozen drinks. They have a lot of flavors, and the sugar free ones taste great. Sometimes they walk around the place handing out small portions of baked goods. Seating is comfortable and very adequate. The location is terrific too. It's part of the Old Metairie Village, so there is plenty of parking. It is adjacent to Pure Barre, so I love to go after a class (and so does everyone else in the class!) Well done CC's! read more

Can I give them zero stars? The staff at this location is absolutely horrible. I go here pretty often and without a doubt at least once or so a week they get my order wrong. You tell them thank you and they completely ignore you. They do not greet you when you come up to the counter or window. Extremely rude staff. I work in the service industry so I'm well aware of how one in the service industry should act and they do not have it. read more

Best place to get a great cup of coffee, latte etc. The staff is super friendly, and I go in there so much, they usually already know my drink order! Lots of regulars there at various times of day. It's a nice place to sit outside and people watch. I used to be a Starbucks regular before moving here...now it's like "Starbucks who?". read more
