I brought my 2010 BMW E92 to Highline to inquire about having the A/C checked out. I thought that…read moreit was not blowing out much cool air on these recent eighty to ninety degree days. But I had no reference point to compare with since this had been my Winter car for fourteen years and I'd never driven it during the Summer. Brad explained the process they would follow and that it would take about 90 minutes. He then scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. I arrived at the time of my appointment and my car was promptly brought into the service bays. A little later Brad came to give me an update, letting me know that about 90% of the refrigerant was not present. They refilled the A/C system, checked for leaks, and let me know how I could also monitor it over the coming days and weeks. I found the cost to be reasonable, and I was out of there in under 90 minutes. I now know where I plan to have my next oil change performed. p.s. On my way home I had to adjust the A/C setting to 70 degrees since 60 was just too damn cold now!

Based on car fax service history it needed an oil change and coolant change. I figured why not give these guys a shot. I had also asked them to check the car over for me since it was covered under a limited 3 month warranty from Carvana. Sadly they discovered the upper and lower oil pan was leaking, and also I needed new inner and outer tie rod ends. No small bill, but still much cheaper than the dealer would have charged. I scheduled to have the work done a week later. It took them about a week to complete everything, but they got the warranty company to pretty much cover everything. Which was much appreciated. Throughout the week the car was being worked on they kept me updated via text. I can find no fault with this place. They are very knowledgeable about BMW's, have great communication, and all around great customer service, they have a great website, you can't go wrong. Now that I have seen the outstanding job they have done, I will be bringing my 1992 BMW 850i in for them to take a look at. Very happy I have found this place. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

We visited this dealership to look at their used cars without doing a lot of research first or…read moreknowing what we had in mind. Our sales guy pulled up the website to help us pin down what we wanted, but it wasn't too helpful for us in finding a car. We walked the lot together, but it was discouraging and as far as trade-in, it was at the low end of the minimum for fair on KBB. When my husband called again with a better idea of what he had in mind, the sales guy just quoted the website back, which my husband was already familiar with, so it wasn't really helpful.

This only occurred after the engine had warmed up. No issues when the engine was cold, and that this didn't start until after I replaced the throttle body. I got charged $95 for them to put my vehicle on the computer. They said that I had internal mechanical issues with the transmission and recommended that I replace the transmission, at a cost of almost $3700. I said that this made no sense from a mechanical perspective. I declined replacing the transmission. I contacted the technical department for the throttle body manufacturer and explained my issue. He said that it sounded like I had gotten a bad throttle body, part was under warranty, and shipped me out a new one. Replaced the throttle body, 5 minute job, problem solved. Two weeks later, I get a survey from Morris Ford, asking me if I was satisfied with my most recent service. They provided a contact number to call if I was not. Called the number, explained what had happened, and was told that I should consider myself fortunate that I did not need to replace my transmission. Seriously??? I then asked the service rep why they bothered to send out service surveys, since they obviously weren't interested in what I had to say. Didn't wait for a response. I hung up.
