As he walked out the door, totally unaware of what she'd said, I told her it wasn't rude, we weren't interested. She doubled down that he WAS rude. I told her great customer service, she said "Thank You," and I spent the next ten minutes being super irritated. I will NEVER buy anything from this store again due to this experience. There are plenty of places close by with better deals that don't treat their customers like trash.

When I came in, I was immediately greeted by a friendly gentlemen who asked if I required help or would like a shopping bag. As this location is not housed within a mall nor is it in a prime strip mall location, I don't feel the pressure to 'hurry up and leave' this store because there are not a gaggle of consumers in my personal space. Adam introduced me to Solesto, which isn't very well known at all (it's not on your popular fragrance websites). I love discovering new houses and scents, and the fact that Perfumer makes sampling and discovering so accessible here in San Antonio is stellar to say the least. I still enjoy going to Alex for recommendations. I would definitely trust his intuition since he has put me on to multiple fragrances and houses in the past.
