As he walked out the door, totally unaware of what she'd said, I told her it wasn't rude, we weren't interested. She doubled down that he WAS rude. I told her great customer service, she said "Thank You," and I spent the next ten minutes being super irritated. I will NEVER buy anything from this store again due to this experience. There are plenty of places close by with better deals that don't treat their customers like trash.

As this location is not housed within a mall nor is it in a prime strip mall location, I don't feel the pressure to 'hurry up and leave' this store because there are not a gaggle of consumers in my personal space. Adam introduced me to Solesto, which isn't very well known at all (it's not on your popular fragrance websites). I love discovering new houses and scents, and the fact that Perfumer makes sampling and discovering so accessible here in San Antonio is stellar to say the least. I still enjoy going to Alex for recommendations. I would definitely trust his intuition since he has put me on to multiple fragrances and houses in the past. I specifically was coming into this supply establishment to get a wide tooth comb since I lost my other one. Luckily, they had a wide selection of combs and brushes for various hair textures. They have the standard wigs and weaves, including a chick who will direct you to where things are so you aren't looking like a lost puppy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There's a minimum $5 charge on a credit card if you choose to use that. I used cash for pay for a $3 comb. I had a pleasant experience.
