Did an order online for the round table on Calloway! This was our first time and I will not be going to then or giving them another shot. I ordered and over an hour later I called to see where are 1 medium pizza was the guy on the phone proceeded to tell me that they should've called because the delivery time was over 120 minutes long and he asked what the name was and said the pizza will be to me in the next 25 minutes. I then call back because I was just going to pick it up and when I spoke to the lady on the phone she told me that the pizza HASNT even been made yet and it'll be over a 30 minute wait! Pizza was great while service was not the best they forgot about our wings we finish eating and wings never made to our table. We dined in and had great service. The pizza was good...light on the pizza sauce but good. If you like heavy sauce, make sure to request it when ordering. I'm not complaining, that's the first time I ate pizza with no heartburn after!! The boneless buffalo wings were ok, liked the sauce but the boneless wing was mediocre, not my first choice for wings. The seating and decor is really nice. They also had a self serve beer bar with about 20 beers to choose from. Super cool if you are a beer drinker! I'm looking forward to trying out their fried chicken next time we go back and maybe their bone-in wings. read more

My family and I have been regular customers since before this location has opened we used to go to the gosford location. We have Pizza night once a week and this has been our go to since they opened calloway. The past 2 or so times we have gone has been an absolute train wreck. Where are the normal happy faces that always greet us when we walk in? It looks like they're so short staffed suddenly, they must have had a major pay cut. But they have to hire these people that can barley speak a lick of English. I wish I had got that boys name very rude and had poor customer service... this company has really lost value and very quickly at that. It's upsetting that I had to give any star at all... what a shame. Things always go smoothly until the managers are on vacation, I feel bad for the manager jordan to come back from vacation to this mess!! read more

Decided to try out this fairly new Round Table location. Went in at 11:30 for lunch. The front end employee was friendly and recommended the lunch buffet for $14.99 a person X 3. So we did. There were no pizzas ready which should have been a clue. The buffet begins at 11:00. So we started with salad which was ok. The self serve drink dispenser was not turned on. When the pizzas were brought out, the employee came and told us that pizza was ready and that they had put out a new one which was called the maharaja. The only two pizzas put out were this and a ham and pineapple, which we don't eat. No pepperoni, no combination, or anything familiar. The maharaja was horrible. No sauce, tons of red onions and a few jalapeños covered in overcooked white cheese. If you order a beer, it's self serve and pay by the ounce. The business model is horrible and the food is too. So I paid over $50 for 3 salads, 3 sodas and a bite of onion, jalapeño bread. Will not be going back and strongly do not recommend wasting your time and money. read more

We were taking the kids to baseball and figured 2 hours was plenty of time to get our order. At 6:55 I called to check the status and they sounded like they didn't even know the order was placed. A female got on the phone and said she was the delivery driver and she was leaving to bring my order right now. Well 7:30 comes around and still no order. I really wanted Pizza Hut's pan pizza so my wife tried to ordering but the app was taking a long time to load eventually errored out and cleared out the cart. Frustrated, we turned to the new (to us) Round Table because it was the next nearest place with a pan pizza. Sadly, I had to order a large because that's the smallest pan crust available. The ordering process was difficult because the person spoke with a heavy accent and the font size on the printed menu was tiny and hard to read. I ordered a large King Arthur's Supreme pan crust, a small cheese original crust, an order of garlic twists, and three sodas for a total of $75. To my surprise, both pizzas were served very quickly and at the same time which means the pan pizza wasn't fully baked. The topping and cheese tasted fine but the crust was soft and doughy still and I was very disappointed. The original crust cheese pizza was fine, though. The garlic twists had lots of garlic. The soda machine had little or no carbonation so everything tasted flat. I informed the person who took my order but I got the impression it would be fixed. Later I ended up asking another person for bottled soda and water instead and I was told someone is coming out to look at the soda machine tomorrow. I wished I had been told that when I ordered. With several dine-in pizza restaurants in the area, I will not be back. read more

Coupons never work on their website and store will not honor price even though they are specific to their store and it clearly states that they can be used online or in store. Steer clear unless you want to pay regular price for overpriced pizza. It's only good enough to get at a discount, not worth full price. read more

This was not the way I remembered RT Pizza from years ago. There was barely any sauce or cheese, and I could count the pepperoni slices on one hand. The crust wasn't bad but not anything special. It reminded me of a frozen pizza really. For the price, it should have been better. Won't be going back there. read more

I have had them twice first time without a hitch, second time when I arrived the sauce was wrong. Manager immediately went to the kitchen and had them start a new pizza. Then discounted my pizza and I only had to wait another 7 minutes. It was a little undercooked but still really good. I did try to order on the 4th of July but they closed early, I'm ok with that, most people had a bbq and most restaurants do horrible business on a holiday that is centered around hotdogs and hamburgers. That's the all American celebratory 4th of July meal. Any other time I called the service is fine. There is new employees and as we all know there has been a shortage of fast food workers over the last year so this isn't any worse than any other Pizza place in the area. In fact go into little ceasers they don't acknowledge anyone as they walk in and they are super slow when you finally get to order. I understand the price is quite a bit more for Round Table. But I will pay twice as much for a superior pizza. And it is. Be patient with the staff and management. My experience is no different than any other restaurant experience post/mid covid. read more

The first time we went to the Calloway Round Table store there was a hair on our pizza. The manager apologized profusely and mistakes sometimes happen so we didn't get upset. We returned about 2 months later, which is why I'm rating them only one (1) star. We had a terrible experience during our second visit! We are senior citizens and we went in last week around 1pm to order lunch. We asked for the lunch special, for $11.99 each. We ordered 2 extra toppings on one of the pizzas, for an additional $2. So, we estimated the cost at around $26 plus tax. However, when the employee rang up our order the computer showed the charges at $39 plus. I told the employee there must be a mistake since 11.99 X 2 plus $2 should be around $26. The employee said that whatever the computer says is what he's going to do. He said it can't be wrong if the computer says it.... So, I tried once more, asking the employee to just add it in his head and he'll see the total can't possibly be over $39! Then he got rude and raised his voice and told us we could just leave! He said he didn't have to "put up with this." I have to say - at that point my husband raised his voice back. I asked to speak to the manager - but was told by the employee that he is the manager's best friend and it wouldn't do any good. He then said the manager wasn't there. Finally another employee began to try to help us and the first employee went to ring up the next customers. The next customers ordered 2 lunch specials at $11.99 each and were also overcharged. They also brought it to the employee's attention - and this time he finally realized the computer was giving an incorrect total. But still he did not apologize to us or offer to redo our total. Needless to say, We left without lunch. I tried to contact customer care for Round Table Corporate offices, but could only send a "contact message".
