I don't even know how to begin. We get there and it took about 15 minutes to be helped. No one was at the front and they kept staring and no help. Some guy comes to the front and he looks at us while using the computer and he said READY I told him yes.! He rudely took our order. No receipt no nothing. Like he doesn't speak. We go take a seat. Then I go back to ask a girl up front to upgrade my salad bowl to a family one and she proceeds to tell me she can't charge me the difference for the salad. That she doesn't know how to do that. After all this happened. It still took 50 mins to get our pizza. I am so disappointed. Our pizza CRUST IS BURNT. Hard hard. The slices are horrible not cut correctly. I had a bad experience from the very start to the end. Whom ever owns this place they need you me help there. Lack customer service, lack food quality. Customer service goes a long way. If it wasn't my favorite pizza they would get a 1. Do not use the app it is worthless. I ordered for carry out online and the app said the pizza would be ready by 718pm. We ordered three pizzas, a cheese, a double pepperoni with olives, and a stuffed crust with mini pepperoni and sausage. The pepperoni one was missing both types of pepperoni toppings that we didn't discover it until we got home. It had tons to olives though. Tried calling to get it fixed but there was no answer and although we live close. The kids were super disappointed, and the kids were not into the cheese at all either. The stuffed crust was delicious but the toppings were weirdly sparse on that one too. Usually we love Round Table, and we were looking forward to the new one opening near us, this one is not one my family is going back to. To spend $97 on three pizzas you really expect more from it. read more

The pizza is average. Taste is ok, they give plenty of toppings. The restaurant is nice, bigger than expected. Now the negatives: the front counter was dirty and dusty. If you can't wipe down the front counter, I don't expect that the kitchen is going to be much cleaner. The customer service is questionable. We ordered the family size salad. Price on the board was $13.99. They charged $15.99. When we questioned them about it, she said $15.99 was the price. We said we would only pay the listed price. The girl said that they just hadn't updated the listed menu price. That's cute... they updated the register but not the computer screen menu. Then we ordered kids drinks. Again they mis-charged us. Had ask for them to adjust the price. They just refunded us in cash. This is a nice restaurant with Ok food. They need to improve service. Maybe offer some specials on Sunday to get people in the door. The bar was empty. The prices are very expensive. Maybe that explains why the place was almost empty. Wings and salad, we asked for a refund for the salad because the salad bar was near empty 40 minutes to closing which wasn't a big deal. 1 star because our wings came out after we finished eating and ready to go, we went to the counter to cancel the wings and surprise surprise wings were coming out. We declined and requested a refund where the cashier had a lot of attitude, it was noticeable he didn't not want to be there 30 minutes to closing he asked if they were still taking orders. First thing we walked in and the establishment was very nice and clean. We were greeted by a nice young gentleman who took our order and was very sweet. He also brought our order out to us and made sure we were all set! Then "Johanna" made a connection with us by starting to tell us that she was just cleaning up for closing duties and did not want to make us feel rushed!! Have been a customer since day one at this new location but it's going downhill QUICK. Went last week and noticed a sign on the TV screen right next to the cashier that advertised a large double play pepperoni stuffed crust for $21.99. Good deal right? Decided to order it and the cashier was adamant that they didn't have or offer anything like this. In fact, I told her to ring it up anyway and it was $39.99! (Why not $21.99 if it was clearly advertised as such RIGHT NEXT TO THE REGISTER???) She was totally clueless and didn't care to ask anyone for help. I asked her many times to repeat the order and she had no idea how to even do that. There were 3 other employees working in the kitchen and her. It was a busy Friday night. So after ordering something else, I also ordered 2 adult sodas and 2 kid sodas. She hands me the 4 cups (kids cups are $2.49 and a smaller cup size and adult is $3.49) but charges me the full price $3.49 for each even though she gave me different sized cups. Either this particular cashier has been sent there to over charge everyone or should not be working the register on a busy night. Pizza finally came out and it was cold, delayed, and not the way it has been in the past. I won't be back. Also, BEWARE, this is one of those businesses that is sneaky and mandates a TIP (I know right?) when paying with credit card. It's so tricky that there is just about NO WAY OUT OF IT on their terminal where you insert your card. You have to literally press "OTHER" and then change the default to 0.00 by typing in the numbers. What a scam. They're basically making you give a tip. For a place that has terrible service and can't figure out what's on sale and what isn't. Never again. read more

This is our 2nd time coming to this new location however, we thought we were going to get the special buy one and get the 2nd one at half off just like the Chino location and the person Paul which I think was the owner did not want to honor it. We have eaten at this round table a few times since the new opening. The first two times we ate here the pizza was just ok. Nothing to rave about. Dined in one time after that and it was a little better but still sub par. We usually eat at the round table on Magnolia in Corona and have always had great service and good food. Most recently we ordered pizza for carry out at the round table here in Norco. We ordered 2 pizzas (sausage and pepperoni on one, supreme on the other) and some wings. They charged us for something we didn't get so we asked for them to give it to us and they said it would take 10 minutes to prepare. We declined and asked for a refund. They gave it to us and we took the pizza home. Opened up the pizza that was supposed to be sausage and pepperoni and started to eat until we realized there was no sausage which was a 4 dollar charge. We called and asked for a credit or a refund of the 4 dollars for something we didn't get, they refused and said we could come in and get a whole new pizza in about 20 minutes. We refused and said we didn't want to drive back and wait for a whole new pizza. We asked again for a credit or a refund and they declined and began to argue that it's not a big deal. The person that was supposed to be the manager asked if the pizza was at least good and we said that's not the point. They charge an arm and a leg and then they won't just refund the charge. The "manager" then told us that if we wanted cheap pizza to go to pizza hut instead. We've already contacted the corporate office to have this resolved but I would not recommend this location at all. read more

Ok this is a little of a mixed review. I have been to several Round Table Pizzas and this one is on par. My twists were tasty as usual, however one of our personal pizzas was overcooked and was burnt on the bottom and edges. The decor was very nice and had a nice bar area. The one thing I can saw was how hot it was. It made it uncomfortable and we couldn't get comfortable to finish our meal so we packed it up and left. The young lady that took our order was amazing and had a great personality. I'm not going to ding them because I know they are just finding their groove. I will be back I just hope it is cooler so we can sit and relax. read more

We went to round table pizza to try it Due to their grand opening in norco. . The pizza crust was overcooked. We ordered A extra large 3 item pizza and 2 drinks, which came out to being a $50 pizza. The salad bar was a one round only salad bar. We are a loyal flippi's Customers when it comes to pizza we wanted to try round table and very disappointed You can down the street to flippi's And order the same pizza for $32. And trust me, 2 slices of their pizza will fill you up. If you want to pay fifty dollars for an extra large pizza Go to round table and hopefully, they won't burn your pizza crust. Very thankful we finally have a round table nearby. First time coming to this location and let me tell you, I was impressed. Customer service was second to none. Pizza was outstanding and perfectly cooked. At least 6 big screens with different sporting events and a game room for the kids. They have a good selection of beers on tap and a staff that goes around asking if you need anything and offering to box your leftover pizza. I've never experienced this at any round table I've ever been to. For those that say it's pricey, you get what you pay for. Quality in my opinion. Trust me this isn't Pizza Hut or little Ceasar's. For those that complained about the service, I think they listened and stepped it up. After all they are a brand new restaurant...cut them a break, it just opened. Don't expect perfection. Kinks always need to be worked out, very difficult to find hard working people. This place has it. The people in the back making the pizzas were hustling.
