Ordered meat marvel and twist. when arrived at location, told cashier about twists were suppose to be free and said I needed to pull it up on my app. Tried several times to pull up app and could not so said I would just take the pizza. It was charging at regular price and I told her it was on specials for 19.99 and shouldn't be advertised if not honoring that price. Worst Round Table I've ever been to. Restaurant was completely empty when we arrived ( I wonder why) ordered a pizza and a pitcher of beer. Was told their fancy beer wall was completely down so bottle only. Ordered a Corona, was brought to the table not open. Asked for her to open it as it's not a twist off, girl came back with an opener, placed it on the table and left (hope no one else needs to open a beer). After 32 minutes (time was on the receipt) we asked where our pizza was. Girl looked panicked, came back a few minutes later and said it's just going in the oven. This location has a party room for office or family parties and a games arcade for kids as well. Don't waste your time. The two pizzas I ordered were poorly cooked. One was undercooked and the other was overcooked. We had to return the pizzas. Our experience was a waste of time. But what was ridiculous was the customer service. Being treated with skepticism and suspicion, when informing them of why their pizza was unsatisfactory, is an extremely poor business practice. Every time I order from this location something is always wrong with my order today I placed a order for pick up at 5:15 PM and when my husband arrive to pick it up they forgot to make the pizza.. I placed the order around 4 PM for it to be ready and they didn't give my husband the order until 5:50 PM completely unacceptable employees were arguing about not having the pizza done on time I will never return because every time I order here there is an issue!! This establishment has young employees that are incapable of running the establishment and have not been raised to respect their elders. My friend and i came in after work at around 3:30 pm, ordered a pizza and sat in the dining area. We were told it would be approximately 20 mins. After about 45 mins my friend went to question about our order and was told it would be another 15 minutes, 5 mins later he was told they didn't know what had happened to our order. Of course my friend questioned as to how that could have happened. Everyone just looked at one another and had no answer. Of course he upset but he didn't raise his voice nor was he rude. He just wanted an answer. He asked for his money back and thats where the rudeness came in. I wish i had gotten the young mans name cuz I would have put him on blast. My family and I went the second day they were open and it was crazy busy but everything was perfect. The owners are nice and the staff was so friendly. We were walking out after dinner when our four year old son was talking to two of the staff members. They were taking a break and offered my son a bread stick and sat and chatted with him. We decided to order pizza from here for another chance. We had a coupon so we ordered a large with half cheese and half pepperoni. Delivery time was an hour so we waited. Just few minutes over it arrived. Pizza was not even warm. It looked like it slid in box so it was pushed ip on sides. Crust was not crispy at all. Pizza was edible but we have had better. Gave a three because delivery driver was nice . Also calling to order the guy made us repeat order couple times asked how to spell husbands name and made me repeat cc number. It's not bad but certainly not twice as good as Little Ceasar's or other run of the mill pies. Interesting way of ordering beer. Instead of just getting one, you turn your ID over and you're given a bracelet in return. You then grab a chilled glass then go to a bank of something like 15 spigots and pick your brew. Prices are by the ounce. What's cool is you can sample all the different beers -- and there's everything from Coors Light to imports and crafts -- and they're very reasonably priced. What's kind of annoying is this set up makes you go to the register twice. Once when your order your pie. Twice when you settle up your tab. THE COULD BE BETTER Place was kind of noisy as there were a ton of little kids losing their minds in the arcade. In addition, whenever a to go order was ready, somebody behind the counter would shout out the person's name. Got really, really irritating after a while. I love round table - however the two stars is due to the fact that the girls there have those long germ filled fake nails on- filling the salad bar- touching the pizza ect. It's not sanitary. One of the gals nails were so long she went to hand me a plastic container for the salad dressing and couldn't even place it in my hand. Gross. So nasty. read more

Super disappointed Round Table. My fiancé ordered a pizza and bread sticks last night on the way home from work- for my birthday no less. Came into the store to pick it up, pizza was ready but staff wouldn't give it to her demanding cash. Clerk basically ordered her to go to a ATM and bring back cash if she wanted the pizza on the counter. Even if the POS card system is down there is a way to build loyalty. The pizza was already made- your business spent the money on staff time and materials. It is t the customers fault that your system is broken. So you lost the pizza into the trash, or the employee took it home but you lost repeat customers. Wake up and realize you are in the customer relationship business not the pizza business. read more

Let me just start by saying that I love round table Pizza! I was so excited when I saw a round table was coming to town. I have been here a few times now. The quality of the food has been pretty consistently good. Not perfect but I'm sure they will get it worked out. The big problem is that everybody in the front of the house seems clueless as what to do! It always takes a long time to get your food, they are always out of items, nobody ever seems happy to help you, and it is just all around chaotic! I got there at noon one time and they didn't even have cash in the register yet! They definitely need better management and a lot more training! read more
