Quality has gone down. Messed up my order. Redid it but not completely. Will not go back to this Roundtable.

I'd give a zero if I could. The manager Irma needs to be fired!!!!! This place sucks!!! My husband placed an order last night, and after picking up the pizza was greasy as can be, Sausage hard as a rock, wings were hard as a rock and this didn't make me happy! Attempted calling several times with NO answer to file a complaint. Finally, the following morning, I get through to Irma who says she can't assist me with a replacement without a receipt yet she verified my exact order and order number with payment! What a thief and pathetic excuse for a manager! Word of advice, go elsewhere! read more

Horrible Horrible Customer Service, people who take orders over the phone are super rude, don't even don't know how to do customer service.

I ordered a medium pizza and 3 garlic twists. The pizza was burnt and there wasn't even a crust on it. Seemed like the pizza maker just got carried away with sauce. Of the 3 garlic twists, 1 was halfway cooked. I'm not sure what happened to this location as it used to be our goto, but my family was throughly disappointed on our Friday pizza night. read more

Pizza is good. Better than other places in the area. But it's way too expensive considering its competition. I got a medium specialty and a personal cheese and its $40!!! We ate it in ten minutes and i was still hungry. For $40 at a taqueria or a Chinese place I can get food for two days at least. Just not the best bang for the buck. read more

We were invited to a doulbe header birthday party which involved pizza and a movie. First stop was pizza at Round Table. I like Round Table, it's even better when it's on someone else's tab. This location is 2 stories and has 2 party rooms. WOW! There's also one of those climbing/ net/ tube/ and slide type structures, one coin operated ride, a few video games, and coin operated treat and stuffed animal machines. We normally don't order the vegetarian pizza as a family, we like our meat, but we couldn't stray from the veggie pizza. YUM! Of course the garlic chicken supreme is always a winner with me. We were also treated to the salad bar, which didn't have much but it did have the bascis as well as hot garlic bread sticks. I swear they couldn't keep up with those and kept having to refill the containers. LoL. There's was also fountain drinks instead of the usual pitchers of soda, which in my opinion is mo' bettah. Who likes to drink flat warm soda? We could refill to our hearts' content! If we lived closer, I would for sure throw one of my kids' parties there. All Round Tables should be this big and accomodating for parties. It's no wonder we call our orders for delivery! read more

This Round Table has, HANDS DOWN THE BEST SALAD BAR I've EVER been to! The staff is phenomenal; they keep every item in the salad bar stocked and fresh at all times. There is nothing better then having a wide variety of veggies to choose from when making your salad your own. I also appreciate how they chop everything into small sizes. I hate making a salad with giant pieces of broccoli and/or large rings of red onion. They keep the salad area clean at all times which is very important. The pizza is fantastic as well. They let me in on a little secret: when ordering the one topping Personal Pizza, Salad bar and Soda lunch special, you can pay a little over a dollar more to make your personal pizza a specialty pizza, nice perk! I love this place so much when I walk in they ask me if I want "The Usual" LOVE IT! read more

I like Round Table's pepperoni and mushroom pizza. It's tasty and has a certain tang you typically don't find in pizza. My wife absolutely adores Round Table, rating it most probably her favorite pizza ever. I, personally, long for some dear soul out here to crank out wood fire pizzas the likes of which I've only found in the South of France and in Italy. Aaaah, que bella! Anyhoo, I picked up a medium pizza to go here. The staff was friendly, they have a salad bar where you can stock up on greens, and, overall the place seemed safe enough, at least during the daytime. Took the pizza home and ate it there. Tasted pretty good, but no better than a pepperoni & mushroom pizza from any other Round Table location. That's 3 stars in my book. read more

AHH THE BEST OF THE BEST.. This location/ crew ROCKS!!! I do tip quite well so my delivery always arrives HOT and STEAMMMMY. Kudos to Bill and Bill, consistently EXCELLENT service. I DO recommend the hot spicy wings and my FAVORITE is the Pepperoni 4.0. OMGGGGG soooooo GOOOOOOOD. The buttermilk ranch featured is the best I have ever tasted. If giving negative stars was possible, I would give this place negative stars for their ridiculous service: This round table has the absolute worst service ever. I ordered a personal pizza and it took over 40 minutes to come out. No actually, it took 20 minutes for it to come out, but the workers just didn't care enough to call it out. It was only until I wanted to cancel my order that the manager came out to look for my order. I'd rather kill my self than to come back here. read more

All hail, the LUNCH BUFFET!!!! All you can eat salad, pizza, bread sticks, and pudding (yes, its in the salad area) for about $6.00. HOW CAN YOU GO WRONG?!?!?! What's more is they have a plasma TV in the dining room that is usually turned to ESPN!!! They usually keep the lunch buffet pretty stocked, so you'll find a pizza you like. They keep the salad fresh, and if its low on something, they'll fill it right up. The service is great. Buffet is from 11am to 2pm (check me on that), and if you go after, paying regular price for a pizza isn't so bad!!! read more

I will start off by saying that I really like Roundtables Pizza. It's high ranking a few notches behind Mountain Mike's Pizza. I knew that the customer service experience was going to be less than average by the phone conversation I had when placing my order. I am not sure who I talk to but she wasn't friendly and her responses where short and quick. I barely finished what I was saying. I convinced her energy entered the creation of the pizza I ordered, because it did not taste as good as Roundtable pizza usually does. We ordered a half combination and half garlic chicken pizza. I know it sounds like a weird mix but it worked for everyone's preferences, so please don't judge. The cashier appeared to have forgotten her smile at home and barely interacted with us as we paid for our order. Our pizza was cold when we got it and aside from that the interaction we had with the staff members ruined the taste for me. As a result, I did not enjoy our pizza at all. I think I will be sticking to Mountain Mike's Pizza from now on. read more

SMDH! On 3/08/2018 I ordered a large half pepperoni & half chicken garlic pizza with RED sauce but ended up with half pepperoni & half chicken garlic with WHITE garlic sauce! I was willing to deal with that and the fact that my pizza was smashed on one side & ALL of the toppings from the chicken garlic side were all over the pepperoni side!!(looks like the pizza had been dropped on its side) But ...Okay.....I was starving so I was willing to still EAT this ugly pizza with the wrong sauce EXCEPT when I went to eat a slice the pepperoni pizza is was basically DEVOID of any type of sauce PERIOD!! That was the last straw!!! I called Round Table to tell them about their mistake & the raggedy pizza & was told they could send me out another pizza or give me $5 bucks off my next order. Ummm...no! It was already 8:40 & I have to be at work at 3:50am! I usually don't like to make a fuss so I told them I'd take the $5 off my next order but that was BEFORE I'd tried to eat the "sauce-less" slice! When I bit into it-I decided to take it back the next day...it was late & I didn't feel like dealing with it! Next day(yep) I go into the restaurant with the uneaten pizza & as I waited for the manager I take a look around at what had to be the dirtiest, most worn down, Round Table pizza place ever! Manager comes out, I tell her what happened...she offers me another pizza....NOPE...place is filthy..I'm good just give me my money back. She takes my receipt, (I take a picture of it) and the pizza & tells me she has to call "corporate" because it was an online order. Okay....fast forward to 3/26/2018....no refund(after 3 calls to corporate myself) I finally talked to a supervisor and was told someone would get back to me. I got a call from a very apologetic woman saying that she was at the round table and my receipt couldn't be found....I bet!!! But if it's okay they'd like to send me a coupon for a free pizza...at this point...sure send it! But can I use it at another RT? I can....thanks! I have eaten at this Round Table many times and I am usually satisfied when dining at the restaurant. I have ordered pizza to be delivered several times and it is usually pretty good and is delivered fairly quickly. I had a bad eperience with the delivered pizza over the last Memorial Day three-day weekend and I suppose maybe it was due to fact that they were busier than usual due to the holiday but that's really not a valid excuse. I phoned at 5 pm for an extra large pizza ($31 - a bit high to begin with) and was told it would be delivere in an hour. Delivery time to my house is usually 45 min but this evening it was and hour and ten minutes. The pizza was nowhere near hot but rather kinda warm - way below the temp it should have been. The thing had cooled off so much that the edges were hard and barely chewable. It was just plain low-quality. It was worse than the $5 pizza I have had up the street at Little Caesar's. We had ordered half veggie and half Maui Zowie which is usually prepared with a pretty recognizable line between the two halves but this was so poorly thrown together that the four pieces along the half-pie line were littlered with all the ingredientes. Not a cruicial problem but when the rest of the pizza was so bad it just added to the list of problems. I may have rated this experience with a three-star rating but when I thought about having paid $31 for it (and that was with a $3-off coupon) it made it easy to rate it with one star less. Too bad - I will likely eat here again (I like their lunch specials a lot) but I will not likely order anything to be delivered on a weekend or holiday - it's just too risky. read more

The facility does not look as clean as other pizza places in the area and I didn't realize until getting ready to leave that there was no water to wash up in the women's bathroom! I love to come to this round table location because they usually get pizza cooked quickly and correctly. The taste is consistent and good. They have a few little arcade games too. I wish they had some pinball machines or something. There is also a jungle gym thing for children. I've never been in the gym thing so I can't comment on how fun it is or anything, but my nephew likes to go in there sometimes to play with other children, so I guess it's kind of fun. read more

I've never really dined in here, I always take my order out since it's just so convenient ordering online and although it always says 25 minutes I come in 15 and it's almost always ready! Sadly i got off work and ordered some good pizza to take home for my boyfriend and I, i ordered online as usual, but when I got there the machine was down, meaning they did not get my order booooo .. As if it wasn't bad enough my $70 order was over 1/2 hour late, but when it finally gets to me it's cold and a piece is missing. I literally opened up the pizzas to check if they were cold and found not only were they cold but it was short a slice as well. The driver who was right there with me confirmed it and said it must have been one of the other drivers playing a joke. WTF? Okay. I tried this place again last night. I ordered delivery over the phone and paid with my card. The woman taking my order was not following me well when I gave her my address and card number. She keep repeating the wrong digits back to me and I'd have to correct her. There was definitely a language barrier issue. I told her from the beginning to have the driver call when they got here because delivery people seem to always get the wrong apartment. I was told it would be an hour for delivery. A little after the hour is up, I went to wait outside for a while. No one showed so I went back and inside and called. They ask for my number and the girl taking my order must have entered it wrong, because they can't find my order! I tell them what I had and that I'd paid with my card and they said my order was already delivered. Welp! It wasn't delivered to me! The manager informed me there was no more delivery for the night, so she would upgrade my order and I would need to go pick it up. Fine. I drive down to go pick up my order, something I didn't want to have to do late at night and had paid for delivery already for that very reason. After I get home I see that I was not given any of the dips I'd requested for the side I purchased. Then this morning I see that I was still CHARGED FOR DELIVERY! What a rip off. If I wanted a bigger pizza I would have ordered that,it wasn't an apologetic gesture if you're now just charging me for a larger order. Not happy! Not fair. read more

Don't eat from their salad bar. The low-fat dressing had big clumps of God-knows-what in it, and the green peppers were rotten. Slimey and rotten. Driver was late. Called in and driver said he called and we didn't pick up. He drove away instead of knocking or coming in. We are literally a building with an obvious front door. He said we lied and didn't give good directions. Umm..this is the first we have heard people having hard time locating a front door to a building..? We've ordered pizzas all the time. Common sense..? There were people inside..easily come in and ask. Who knows..maybe he was having a heat stroke. Huge thumbs down to Round Table Pizza (Pinole, CA). After a nearly 90 minute wait they delivered the wrong pizza - smaller, different toppings - clearly someone else's order. When I called to let them know (missed the driver), they offered me a $10 credit and then went up to $15. After waiting to talk to the manager for more than 20 minutes, she reiterated the same options. To get a refund, she said we'd have to bring the pizza back to them (remember, we got delivery). She did offer to make and EXCHANGE the pizza we originally ordered for the one they delivered. I didn't want to wait another hour. My husband told her we'd leave the pizza on our porch bench for them to come and pick up and to please give us a refund. I'm really shocked (and still hungry). What are they going to do with the pizza they're picking up??? WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC, people - even though I know I don't have COVID-19, how do they know? Are they going to deliver it to the people who ordered it in the first place?? Would it have been that hard for them to just say "keep the pizza, we'll refund you or deliver your original order as well"?? It's not like we were angling for a second pizza with random toppings. They've forgotten to add green onions in past and given me a $7 refund for that...PLUS offered to deliver the green onions in a bag!
