While the pizza is good, the service is yuck. What's the purpose of having phones if they don't work and when you come in, there's no one in line but they're so busy! Then you get an excuse that makes no sense but I watch you do to me what I just said you did and you denied. Picked up the phone, didn't say anything, and just put me on hold. Then hung me up. Called after an hour only to be told that the online time is not accurate and it would be at least another 20 to 30 min. There is no reason for 2 pizzas to take that long. Decided to pick it up. I ordered a large pizza with a 2 liter and plates and cups for my workers while we were on a jobsite and the driver took a little over an hour he accidently forgot the plates and cups..no big deal so I called and talked to the manager melanie to see if she can have the driver bring us cups and plates she went out of her way to credit us a complementary pizza, we are very pleased with the out standing customer service and great pizza. read more

I haven't gone to round table pizza in quit a while because I have been on this stupid diet but for some reason I was craving it the other day and decided to order my family and my self some on the way home from work. I called in and the phone was answered right away by a man named Ricardo. He answered very promptly and was very curtious to me. Since I had not eaten there for a while I forgot what was good. Ricardo helped me pick out something great that everyone in the family would love! He gave me the perfect estimated time that the pizza would be ready to be picked up and it was spot on! When I got there I went inside and it was somewhat busy but the line moved quickly. I asked to speak to Ricardo because I wanted to thank him for all his help and it turns out he was the one helping all the customers in line! He has great customer service and is a very sweet guy! I will definatly be going back to visit this round table because of him! Plus the pizza was AMAZING! I bet he was the one who cooked it too and if so this guy deserves a raise! read more

This place is great. They have always gotten my orders correct. They have been very timely with delivery. The pizza is affordable. Staff is nice and accommodating. The food tastes great. I would definitely regularly order from them, and I would recommend them very highly to anyone considering pizza!!! I use to love Round Table Pizza, but after my experience's with Round Table on Bailey Rd I believe this is no longer the Worlds most honest pizza. The service is terrible, delivery is always late, my pizza is always cold and for the price you pay the service should be immaculate. Telemarker called ME a few days ago offering an end of summer special for a small amount of their regular customers at the Bailey Rd Round Table Pizza location only. I was told to call in when i wanted the pizzas (unlimited amount) and give them the phone number RTP called me on offering this special for one week only. I called today to order the pizzas and RTP won't honor the price. RTP said I needed the promotion code. I told them I was told to say end of summer special and the phone number. RTP (Bailey RD) is refusing to honor this price and that I am not the only customer that has called asking for this promotion and the manager is well aware of the problem from several customers and is refusing to make it right. No code no deal. WHAT CHEATERS, RTP (bailey rd) probably gets people in a jam that are forced to pay full price so the few customers that get upset are worth the risk. Tooooooo bad they dont care. I had been a loyal customer for many many years until today. I stuck thru hen they many many mistakes in the past (bad pizzas, delivery was wrong, not all my food was delivered, etc. this is not the first time they didnt honor coupon. I had pizza here yesterday and it tasted fine but the customer service was terrible. I may as well have been talking to a robot. I ate at the restaurant and needed to use the restroom but it was locked-- wth? So then I needed to wait to get the key which was no biggie but it took them like 5-7 mins to find it! Still I give them a pass on that... But the restrooms were disgusting. Later i realized the table I sat at was sticky. It was just a generally dirty spot. The whole feel of the restaurant was old... not with character-- just old. The TV set up was bad too they were too small for the space. I think this is fine for carry out or delivery but not good for dine in. Hopefully the kitchen was cleaner than the rest of the restaurant. So they wanted me to hold the pizza for another 45 minutes.,and tell my children they can't eat for another 45 mintues.
