Three years ago I gave this Round Table 1 Star. Now they are up to 5 again. Ordered via phone for pick up. It was just getting out of the oven when I arrived. "Taylor" behind the counter WAS SO courteous. Offered plates, chili peppers and Parm even before I asked. I said yes, then he said, since this is a pizza and I gave you paper plates, no need to wash anything. Through in the plastic forks without a care. We showed up around 10am, not realizing they don't open until 11. As we were walking away, David noticed us and opened the door to ask if we needed anything. He offered to make us a pizza to go, which already made my kids excited, but they were really hoping to dine in. David went the extra mile and checked with Mohammed, and together they allowed us to come in and eat. The moment they said yes, my kids lit up with excitement. I am very disappointed with the experience my kids had yesterday at Round Table Pizza. Ordered 03-11-2026 at 7:09 PM. Bring this pizza back to them. 03- 11-2026 at 7:37 PM. They were served a pizza that was clearly undercooked. The dough was still raw in parts, which is unacceptable and potentially unsafe to eat, especially for children. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. When the issue was brought to the staff's attention, there was no apology and no effort to properly address the mistake. Serving undercooked food is already a serious problem, but showing no concern or accountability afterward is extremely disappointing. Restaurants have a responsibility to ensure that the food they serve is safe and properly prepared. I hope the management takes this issue seriously, improves food safety practices, and provides better customer service in the future so other families do not have the same experience. read more

Round table has always been expensive, so i accepted that, even when the XL is the same size as most mediums, but the pizza wasnt cut right, so not a single slice came out as a triangle. It was overcooked, and i got cheese bread too that was just straight burnt, and tasted like it was missing something. So a pizza and a sandwich roll worth of garlic bread was over 50 bucks. I think ill stick with the cardboard 10 dollar pizza from little Caesars if im goinna be disappointed anyway. read more

Customer service is horrible getting the orders mixed up with the names so my pizza the delivery guy took my order than comes back after I sat down now they saying it was never taken but they told me my order will be ready in 20 minutes I waited 20 minutes before leaving my house now they are saying it will be ready in another ten minutes so I don't think I will be comming back to this round table anytime soon read more

Typical round table pizza. Not a terrible pizza but the service is rude and you really don't need to tell them what toppings you want because they will put whatever they feel like anyway. It's very quiet inside but I'm thinking that's due to the service. read more

If the previous reviews haven't detoured you from coming to this location what will? Don't waste your time and money on a place that couldn't care less for your business. When you call to order and they hang up on you several times because it's clear if you're not spending more than $50 for pizza; you're not worth their time. So I ask...Why bother sending coupons to residents in the Pittsburg area if the coupons don't work. Plus the employees are too lazy to actually do their jobs over the phone or in person. Their customer service is laughable. I agree with previous reviewers; WHY is this place still open? It's expensive with poor management. Ordered the large pep, grilled chicken, and bacon pizza and the dragons bounty small platter. Was told it would be ready at 2:20 PM today but was delayed by 20 minutes once we got there. Guy in the front seemed to be on edge. (Likely on drugs?) we were the only people there and got our names wrong twice. When I placed the order online I opted out of the fried jalapeños on the bounty platter and asked to replace it with more mozzarella sticks. When we got home, we found that they included the jalapeños, so we couldn't eat that. The potato wedges weren't cooked all the way, so couldn't eat that it. The only thing we could eat from the platter were the mozerella sticks. Waste of money. Pizza was undercooked as well. Basically the only thing we could eat from our $50 order was the mozerella sticks. Never coming back. This place sucks. read more

The two stars right away are because it's round table and obviously the general taste is ok for sure. My review is based on the information we gave them concerning the pizza and how their pizza came. We called and ordered a XL maui zaui where we had a $7 coupon online sign up we we opted to do that the pizza came out to about $50 with delivery and then a tip on top for the driver which would be about $60 all together. We asked them to keep it in there for longer and to make it crispy for us as my dad likes his pizza crispier and so do i at $50 i think its the least they could of done. On top of that the pizza was Lukewarm at best when we got it so we didn't get what we asked for we had to literally take more time to put our pizza in a oven to heat it up and get it to the point it needed to be instead of receiving the pizza we ordered the correct way. I'm extremely disappointed as this establishment charges a lot for there pizzas and people work very hard for their money. The pizza ended up floppy not crispy and not fresh and hot. We ordered this over phone and it was delivered we did not go in to experience inside the restaurant. read more

My Husband ordered a pizza for dinner tonight for TAKE OUT our estimated time arrival for delivery was 9:45PM & after waiting 20 mins later NOTHING no pizza so we call the restaurant and NO ANSWER we called over 20 times to check what happened or if someone was on there way and because they were going to closed at 10:30 we had to go drive down and check . This round table is by far the best pizza in town. I normally have been ordering from here fro several years when I want a quick pizza fix . Over the years the pizza has been somewhat decent but they sure can improve in many ways The quality over time has deteriorated but has always stayed consistent enough for me to keep coming back. My most recent order is a garlic supreme pizza. The cheese is just enough, I'm not quite sure if there is any sauce on the pizza. The proportion of the topping is absolutely ridiculous such that the person making the pizza didn't bother to consider the distribution or placement on where to put the toppings . If this business doesn't want to shut down anytime soon, they should really consider improving the quality of the pizza. read more

This is *cough* WAS our local Round Table; ordered online for carry out Saturday night for the Family-lemon pepper chicken wings, personal bbq chicken (my favorite!), and a large double pepperoni; when i picked up, the 4 req ranch were not ready, so the employee went to the back for a longer than usual time... he returned with several ranch, i thought, was he back there making them? Dinner and the night pass, i wake up and i'm feeling nauseous; i am vomiting and have diahrrhea, EVERY HOUR for the next 16?24? hours. Few hrs into mine, the rest of the family start getting the same symptoms; now 2 very ill and weak parents are caring for young ones. NOT GOOD. NOT COOL! Now I'm calling the Health Department..! Now we're out of pizza delivery options because the competition has corporate mapping issues with our new construction home and their locations.
