I called Mountain Mikes on Somersville Rd because I get coupons in the mail all the time and I was hosting a party thinking "what a good time to use this coupon and feed my guests." I called and placed two orders for delivery and provided my address and card information. I was told my order would be delivered in 45 minutes. I then waited over an hour and no food arrived. I called Mountain Mikes and requested an update on my delivery order. Staff first said that the guy who took my card information told me that my card declined and that I hung up the phone. That was untrue. Staff told me my payment information never went through and I would have to re order the food. I said fine. I gave staff the order again and then said I will pay cash. Staff said that's fine. Then they turned around and said they have no delivery drivers available. Disappointing, untrustworthy, unreliable service Mountain Mikes! Worst service. They got our order wrong on one item and they claim that they can't just refund that item and that they can only give a partial credit. I've ordered pizza here for years I've lived close to this location for 10+ years to put in perspective. On this occasion I ordered a large half and half. The combination half of the pizza was full of long hair. I called and they promised a manager to call me later in the day . I had to call next day, whoever answered the phone after I asked to speak to the manager responded with "bruh, you gonna have to come up here to talk to them" . I called a couple times back, phone was off the hook. I called after about 10 minutes same guy answered and said "bruh they callin for the manager again." I got on with the manager and explained I have been ordering at this location for years , I am not one to complain about the order,but she had an obligation to make this right as the whole combination half of the pizza was riddled with long hair . Her explanation was "we have mostly men cooks" . Implying there was a female cook I told her to have her put a hair net on . She told me bring the pizza in and they'll make a new one but it has to be by a certain time. I didn't have the time to do this and explained I didn't want a new pizza rather she had an obligation to make it right with me a customer of 5+ years at the very least. I haven't been here since it was Round Table Pizza & that was a long time ago! Before I walked in the door, I can see inside the kitchen where workers were working and noticed none of them had gloves on. A man greeted us when we walked to the counter, but we just told him we're waiting for the rest of our party to arrive and if we can sit in the big booth in the corner. He was nice and said yes. Dena Ann was the cashier at the time and helped took our orders. She was nice and friendly. We ordered the Mountain size, half combo half pepperoni, then a large half cheese half pep, bread sticks and 8 drinks (total $81) which was more expensive than we thought. It seemed like it took forever for the pizza to come, but when it did ... it was delicious! The pep tasted great. The combo was really good, but I think there was too much mushrooms on it and not enough sausage. Never had the cinnamon pizza bread thing, but when the man dropped it off at our table, I had to try. It was really sweet and tasted like a cinnabon with syrup. My boyfriend loved it, but it was too sweet for me even though it was good. The arcade area was clean, but small. There was a lot of those small machines for bouncey balls, stickers, temporary tattoos... a good selection actually. My son won 3 stuff animals and his cousin had 2 from the Claw machine. I overheard a woman complain about the salad bar, saying something was either old or had mold because they had to dump the whole container out in the trash. I didn't order anything from the salad bar and I usually don't because of that. I don't like food being sat out for a long period of time. Overall, the place was clean. The staff was nice. When I called after an hour, they told me it would be 5 more minutes . 25 more minutes and the manager told me he only had one driver, who had to keep coming back.
