Horrible! Thirty days notice for lease non-renewal or lease renewal is not standard for other companies, but it is for these jerks. I rented a condo, and the owner decided to sell. OK, that happens, but after one year of on time payments and zero issues, I was gifted a legal notice on the Friday before Labor Day telling me to get out by Sep 30 or be sued. I found out the owner is well known and has tons of properties and was selling them all, so they KNEW. Yet they chose to wait. No empathy, no compassion, barely polite. It was a choice and they do not care about people. When I spoke with an owner of the company his response was "well we are loosing business so it's bad for us too". My life was turned upside down and it didn't have to be that way. 45-60 days would have made a world of difference. These people are awful. read more

Cindy Browning the CEO of this company is a very unprofessional human being with no sense of humanity or dignity !! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! My sisters house has mold, termites and wood rot throughout everywhere. She literally went back on her word!! She promised my sister she would get her into a new house, had my sister pack up the house. The same day she was said she was going to send a new lease to remove her from the situation is the same day she took back to offer! STAY FAR AWAY FROM HER AND THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT RENT PROPERTY MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY!! I was a former tenant at a rental they managed. After my lease was up, they charged me for normal wear and tear and for repairs I actually asked them to do while I was still a tenant, that they NEVER repaired and they have the nerve to charge me for it from my security. Ignored my dispute. They don't return calls when inquiring about the charges. You never get a straight answer and they give you the run around Unprofessional. read more

Do NOT go with this company, they will try and screw your over on anything that was damaged before when you move out. We were in a house for less then 1 year and they took almost half of our security deposit. When we tried to dispute claims they would never call us back. We called and called and called and they would say "we will pass the message on" only to never hear back. Calls get made, numerous emails get sent and no response until we I guess called round table realty and FINALLY we get a call back only to be told we called the wrong side of their company. Teia claims she would look into only to never call us back (surprise! Not really). You will Never hear from them after they make bogus charges against your deposit. Pictures I have are from our move in- they tried to say we were the cause of the stains yet the picture from my move in had stains pre move in. There was bugs dead, everywhere in the house, scratches on the walls, scuffs, spiders, webs in every corner of the house. They claimed the house was professionally cleaned but it was most definitely not! The time spent in this house my family was sick because of the carpets and mold that would accumulate from the bad insulation. when we moved out we asked for a inspection, only to be denied 3x claiming they were understaffed. Per agreement of the contract we cleaned the carpets by a licensed company only to be charged by them again, which their receptionist claimed they charged us because the company wasn't licensed. Wrong, they were and we called the company and they were insulted by the accusations. Finally after getting ahold of Teia again she tried saying we had only gotten ahold of her one time which was false to which I forward her emails with all the times we emailed her beforehand to show her statements were not true. She again just never responded. It was clear what the intentions were. We then take our complaint to the BBB and once again they take FOREVER to respond only to have them tell the BBB our charges were due to a overcharge of the cleaning company they hired behind us, they can not get their story straight on what they were supposedly charging us for when originally charging us for carpets, light fixtures and light cleaning. They claimed they would give us $250 and then...wait for it...they NEVER RESPOND AGAIN!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS! They are beyond unprofessional. read more
