I wish I could remember the waitperson's name. She was terrific and attentive as well. Myself and a friend got there a bit early so sat in the bar area for a couple of drinks. They make excellent classic Margherita's. For dinner we started with a sampler plate and the coconut shrimp which were both delicious. Not one of our party of five was dissatisfied with the meal. I have one very small gripe, but would not mark it down for this. I got a combo steak tip and lamb. Steak tips were cooked perfectly and tender as well. Lamb I'm not sure what happened, but it was very dry and I ordered it medium. Not a big gripe, but I probably wouldn't get the lamb again. Every single employee that I interacted with was social, polite and made sure we were taken care of. Our waitperson offered to replace my meal but I had already eaten most of it so it would have been unfair on my part to do so. This visit was on 6/20 to beat the next day Father's Day rush. If the lamb was the only problem of all five of us I consider that a simple don't order lamb next time. Looking back I should have make a request for new lamb (my steak tips were perfect) but no biggie. Drinks have a nice "punch" to them, but not so much it ruins the drink, perfection. I'll be back! Went to the grill house for the first time. It was awsome. The food is very good it's tough to get good turkey tip they were moist and delicious. The drinks are modestly priced and the service is excellent. We made a reservation and saw one of our favorite singing groups trifecta Had awsome time . Went to grill house today Sunday June 14th 2026 I love it there and I always bring my family there and I moved to New Hampshire and I still make it down 1 once a week and I was excited to see the sign that said now selling steak tips by the pound so when we were done eating I ordered 3 pounds of steak tips I was very specific when I said 1 pound each in different packages when the waitress brought them over it was 3 pounds in one bag I told her I wanted 3 different pounds as they were going to different houses she took them back and then came back with the steak tips in one bag and 2 empty plastic bags and said my manager said we could not separate them I was like what she was very nice and nervous I told her I was not doing it so she can refund my money I was very disappointed the sign said sold by the pound then she said by the 3 pounds needless to say I left with no steak tips shame on the manager that was in the back read more

Daniella the bartender needs to learn respect and customer service. 1) martini's don't come with ice in them and 2) saying "what do you want" as your first interaction with a customer is trashy. We went to Route 1 Grill House on Sunday for the 0.50 chicken wing special and were pleasantly surprised, the wings were enjoyable even without the sauces and they were also large and filling especially considering the price. The Korean BBQ wings were the favorite and lemon pepper while tasty was only on one side of the wing. My martini was also very good. Absolutely terrible experience. My friends and I were treated with complete disrespect by the manager, who was extremely rude and discriminating because of the language we were speaking. We were never seated--even though there were open tables--and ended up leaving the restaurant feeling humiliated and unwelcome. No one should ever be treated this way. Took my mom here for lunch today , it was a nice time. It was hot out but we chose to sit outside under the tent. We had the yummy watermelon martinis for starters! I ordered the "triple decker". Oh my goodness it was perfect ! Bread toasted just right , the turkey and bacon complimented each other very well , even the lettuce and tomato were perfect! On our ride home from New Hampshire we decided to stop somewhere for a quick bite to eat in Boston and decided to pop in here. We were quickly seated at a booth by the hostess at the door. My husband complimented how comfortable the booth seats were. Our waitress came over and asked us if we wanted anything to drink. I ordered a soda, my husband ordered a beer. My soda came out quickly but it took about 5min or so for my husband to get his beer. We ordered the maple bourbon wings that unfortunately we never received but it turned out after eating the stale rolls they offer and our burgers we were full. Our burgers were your average burger. Both made to our liking. My husband ordered the sweet potato fries and I ordered regular steak fries and the funny thing was the fries were the best part of our meals. The sweet potatoes fries were REALLY tasty. Our waitress seemed nice but the service was a bit slow and forgetting the bbq wings was a little bit off a bummer. The atmosphere here is really comfortable. Great lighting and a nice bar to sit at if you want to watch a sports game. My husband used the men's room before heading out and said the bathroom situation is a bit awkward. Only one bathroom stall, one urinal, and one sink. He and the other gentleman finished their duties at the same time making it so that you have to stand behind the person washing their hands before you. He said he felt like he was rushing the guy but there was nowhere else to stand. He suggested adding at least another sink which would eliminate the awkwardness. Being that we're not local I think we'd most likely try something else if we find ourselves in the area but I think this a great place to go to if you're looking for a casual spot to watch a sports game and have some All American apps and entrees. read more

Very disappointed with my fish order. My husband's steak tips came with mashed potatoes, steak, a salad, and rolls. My fish was just fish for $24? That's outrageous. The description says salad come with it but why show veggies in the photo? Super misleading. This better the be best fish I've ever had because $24 is not worth it in my opinion. Really disappointed. Edited: spoke with a lovely person who answered the phone. They mentioned that on the apps sometimes it glitches. If you are not asked what sides you want, add it to the notes! It started off with having to ask for clean silverware. After looking at the draft beer list on the menu I had to go to 4 choices because the first three I asked for they don't have anymore....How about an updated menu?? They don't seem to have a problem changing the prices...$27 for steak tips. The waitress brought rolls, they were very stale and seemed like they were microwaved a few times. The salad came and half of the lettuce was rotten and brown. Steak tips were pretty good although I have had better here. This place has been one of our regular stops but I think we'll be taking a break from it for a while. I pulled in here to get away from a statie that had been tailing me since Danvers. The beer selection is okay. I haven't had chicken this overcooked since my ex mother in law's thanksgiving chicken (she didn't like turkey). The nachos are served in a bowl, which tested our patience as we had to dig the toppings out with brittle chips.
