At this point, I dont even ask for an estimate for minor issues since I know there wont be a surprise when I pick my cars up. 5. Professional and to the point in their communication. The only minor problem I had in my last visit for a leaking tire + oil change + checkup was getting an appointment with them. Still worth the wait compared to taking the car to the dealer (oh no). From talking with him I could tell he was knowledgeable and gave me great insight into the car. The report he wrote up for me was so well done. DO NOT GO HERE! I made a 12pm appt for an oil change. I arrived and was offered a free tire…read morerotation.. I couldn't see the harm in accepting. I waited at the site.. two hours went by. The front desk person finally approached me and explained there was an issue with the tire rotation. He said the lug nuts were "swollen" so they had to HAMMER each one off. As a result, I had 20 lug nuts that were deformed and could no longer be of use. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED AFTER THE FIRST OR SECOND LUG NUT THAT THERE WAS AN ISSUE. To fix it, they were going to have to replace all 20 lug nuts at a cost of $135. The staff member asked me if this was ok.. I replied "I don't really have a choice, do I?" and he said "not really." I had no other option besides saying yes, because my tires were no longer attached to the car. My simple 45 min oil/$90 oil change accumulated to in 3 hours and $200 (without my permission). I will never use this Midas again.

We've brought them a Saab, a Volvo, a Mercedes, a BMW, and a Mini, and they've done an exceptional job on all of these cars at a fraction of what a dealer would charge. Before they do a job, they'll call you and let you know what work needs to be done and will also give you a price estimate, which usually ends up being pretty accurate. If they find any other problems, they'll let you know about that too. They get the work done quickly too, and even have a loaner car (though we've never needed to use it). As our cars have aged, they keep us up to date on what to expect in terms of maintenance and repairs, and offer excellent insight on if an aging car is worth keeping or getting rid of. We've also brought them cars for pre-purchase inspections, and they've never missed a potential problem. These guys have made it easy to confidently own European cars, and I'd recommend them to anyone in the area. This is a repair shop that cares about having satisfied customers, and it shows. If you're looking for a shop for your European car, this is the place.
