Fun place! Great prices for a large, private party! Wish they had more seating inside but honestly that's not what you're there for. Group had a great time!

    The fun part.

Great place. Very nice and helpful people. We were a private party and they were so nice and accommodating to such a big ( rambunctiousness) party crowd. Will be going here again.

Always a fun time here. My son loves it. Nice owners, fairly priced, friendly staff. Come when it's slow for the best experience.

Staff are friendly and the price is reasonable. $10 a ride for 5 min. We bought the buy 5 get one free for $50. My teens loved it!

The package we received $10 in video games (no prize games) and unlimited attractions: golf, rides, laser tag, go carts There were 2 attendants that appeared to be working. One stayed at the cars -it was the most popular-possibly because there was an attendant there so it looked operational. All other attractions we had to go find an attendant and that was quite difficult. Plenty of employees walking around but none working attractions. We finally found one person and she seemed responsible for all of them. So only one ride at a time could be operated. That is ridiculous since we paid for unlimited and only one closed at a time. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 11:45 -we had 1 sorcerer for more than 30 people! Too much for one person. Pizzas were not delivered until 12:10 and only 2 at a time and were served 2 slices at a time by waitress. We then had to wait to get 2 more pizzas. So we spent A LOT of time waiting for rides and food and very little time participating in the activities. Pizza was terrible -think kid pizza. Not one participant asked for seconds. Worse than Main Event pizza It could be improved with staff! And better food

We came on a Monday around 11:30a for my nephews birthday. Go carts, VR zombies and food! The good: The VR zombie game at the hyperdrive station had a floor that moved and wind blowing in your face. It was really cool. The food was way better than main event, Dave n busters or similar competitors. Smash burger was good (I did at a little salt). Nachos were ok, made with American cheese queso and brisket. The queso was at the bottom so didn't get on the chips that good. Mozzarella bites were good. Ranch dressing was good. I also had a Italian chop salad that was good as well!! My niece said the brisket quesadilla was good. My nephew loved his classic cheeseburger and fries. We loved our mocktails. The dragon fruit one was yummy! Burger was about $18. The salad was almost the same. Andretti is a great place if you have some money to spend and looking for some fun. I had a terrible experience at this Alleycats location with the manager and one of their employees…read more My nephew wanted to go rock climbing and after my sister signed their form my nephew was standing near the rock wall ready to be harnessed when their employee, who already seemed to be in a bad mood since we asked to use the rock wall given it was pretty slow that afternoon (at around 5-5:30 ish), came over and pushed him away from the wall even though my nephew wasn't doing anything. He only apologized once my sister told him not to touch my nephew and that he is disabled (autism) but he never tried to apologize until my sister confronted him. My nephew still wanted to climb as he wasn't aware what that man did to him was unjustified and wrong. My sister went to the manager and explained the situation but the manager (picture below: woman with short black hair and glasses) said that she was watching everything and began saying it was a parents responsibility to watch over ones child, my sister agreed with that and said that either way the man had no reason to push my nephew and that the correct response would've been to talk with her about it. The manager insisted their employee did nothing wrong. My sister recorded everything and told the manager this and also told her she wanted a refund. We went to the front desk and the manager came back with a completely different story now, she said that she spoke with her employee and that he said he never pushed my nephew. My sister then reminded her that she said she had been watching everything. She is a liar who didn't bother looking at the security cameras after my sister asked her to. She never bothered with any kind of apology even though her later statements imply she wasn't present at the time of the incident and she wasn't even sure about what had happened. This was overall a terrible experience that could've been resolved had the manager taken some responsibility and had not tried to justify the actions of a grown man towards a child with autism. This goes to show that they do not care for any child disabled or not. They don't train their employees to handle children with care and respect that they deserve. The employee didn't even know how to properly harness my nephew who despite all his excitement was standing still, he had to ask my sister to help him. From the manager to the red head employee, all of them handled this wrong and I will never come back. I hope everyone is careful with their children in their care given the manager was willing to defend a man who's first instinct is to push a child instead of talking to a parent. My sister was right next to my nephew when everything happened, I was sitting right there too and my nephew's only emotion was excitement even after he was pushed. Do better ALLEYCATS and employ better people for the safety of children.

Was it pricey, 15 laps for $450, but our group had a ton of fun. The track is a bit worn down and could use some maintenance along with the cars themselves. The cars were inconsistent. I had three different cars; each one felt different. My last car drifted a lot, despite driving it about the same as the other cars. Their helmets were old and could use an upgrade. I'm glad I wore my sunglasses and kept the visor up to see more clearly.

Damn ... why such a low aggregate score for this place?…read more I'm reading a lot of these negative reviews and it seems like there are some common, reoccurring themes I'm noticing: 1. Ppl who purchased multiple races and having to wait upwards of 1.5+ hrs in between races (but being passed up if others tipped the operators??) 2. Mechanically broken karts 3. Bad flag waver / intentional slow down of karts 4. Bad customer service My brother, dad and I were in town for a weekend for a cowboys vs ravens game (dad is a diehard fan). On the monday, which was our last day in town, we had a chunk of time after lunch to do something before catching our flight. We decided to hit this place up as it was near our hotel. Maybe because it was a workday and we were the only customers (there was 1 other family there) but we didn't experience many of the negative things I listed above so our experience was VASTLY different than what other customers are reporting. It seemed like all karts were operational, there was no flag waver for our races and we did NOT have to wait at all in between races. I DO think they did turn up the kart speeds at the halfway lap mark and also dialed them back down near the end but I'm just going off of personal feel. We experienced very good customer service! The lady (manager I'm assuming) that helped us at the front desk was quite pleasant and the two gentlemen manning the track for the day were nice too. We did 3 races and I managed to place 1st in one of them (the dad from the other family was an absolute beast). I noticed that this K1 Speed is a lil different from the one back home in the racing format. Here it was personal time trial. Each person was trying to see who could have the fastest personal lap and at the end the best personal lap times were ranked. While this was an interesting format, I prefer the traditional placement format more, where your final rank is based on who finished the race first, physically. I'm wondering if this could be changed/adjusted if you spoke to the staff or if it's an unchangeable, default racing format? Anyways, had a lot of fun. It's definitely pricey as some have pointed out (because of the baked in membership fee), but I guess coming on a workday was a good idea as opposed to a weekend day? Fun, memorable activity before flying back to Toronto!

But when we signed up they said it would just be a slight wait... over an hour and a half later we finally got called up. If you have never been to a K1 course before you need to know it is all about speed... these carts can fly! But coming in first does not mean a thing... it is fastest lap and overall course speed. The corse is a wicked inside track with hair pin turns and thin lines.. it is an adrenaline rush! We got set and then seriously ate this course up! My son and I were bumping and scraping the whole way but in the end ... he beat me. Yep race one... he beat me. However in race two I crushed him. What a great time! We had a blast!! My sone is a heck of a racer... I loved getting beat by him... and liked breaking even. So much fun!
