This is quite possible one of the best retro arcades I've been to. Props for the fighting game cabinets. Props for selling booze but being an arcade first and foremost. One of my absolute favorite throwback spots! Walking in feels like stepping into a time machine straight back to my childhood, and I love every minute of it. What surprised me most is that the food is actually great; not something you always expect from a vintage arcade, but they've definitely nailed it. I even chose to celebrate Mother's Day here last year, and we've been back several times since. It's fairly priced, clean, and always a fun, nostalgic experience. I also love that they rotate themed sections every so often, keeping things fresh and giving you a reason to come back. Unbelievable value, $20 for a month pass? Like you would spend that in 15 minutes at Dave & Busters. If you live locally it's a no brainer, especially if you have kids, but also if you don't? I love that they have DDR here. I don't like running but I could play DDR everyday for aerobic exercise. I saw that they rotate the games, I hope they don't get rid of this one. It is a bit unfortunate that the machine is placed right next to guitar hero because it can be kind of hard to hear the music when someone is playing guitar hero. As a middle aged man I feel a little silly playing DDR but it's been a good minute since I've gone out dancing and this isn't the same but it gives a similar feeling. This is a hidden gem that I can't stop telling people about! I can't tell you how many times I've just passed by without know what was right behind the Braums. A free play arcade! For only 12 dollars at the door (or bar) you get free play ALL DAY. You read correctly, ALL DAY. We're always so excited to stop in with friends and family to celebrate birthdays in the book-able party room, or just to play random arcade games. They have a great selection to choose from and they rotate so sometimes you'll see new editions. After 8pm it's age 21+ only which I can really appreciate just because it's nice to have the option of hanging out without little kids screaming next to you. They also have snacks like hotdogs, nachos, fresh popped popcorn, and drinks. Stop in for your next family day, or even date night, you won't be disappointed! This place is so cool. We recently moved to the area and had no idea this was here. We've previously visited both of the Freeplays and I honesly thought this was better. I prefer the game choices as a 90s kid I loved it, and they had some food and drinks for sale at a good price. My husband had some beers they were stouts and delicious. Then lastly I don't know if it's being Halloween season but they had the coolest animatronics from horror movies. It was $12 entry for the day or $20 for the month so worth it, we will be back! read more

My family and I absolutely love this place! We make trip out here at least one Sunday a month all the way from Dallas. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids or if you find yourself in the mood for good game and great vibes. $12 all you can play all day till 8pm. They have beer and a fantastic frito pie to grub on. After 8 the location is 21 and up which I love. This place is a good size and has a seating area where I usually just yap with friends while we let our kids run rabid. You have to check this place out! Amazing arcade. The vibe is amazing. So.much.nostalgia. It isn't the kind of nostalgia where you're constantly thinking about it being nostalgic, though, it's immersive. Like time travel. Amazing. Great selection of games! Awesome service. Good selection of craft beer. Did not partake of the food, because we came in after a show and the kitchen was closed but it was priced right! This place has potential to be awesome. Me, my boy & my gal came here for the first time July 11.... I immediately fell in Love with the Pulp Fiction pinball machine. That day I scored just under a million. July 17th we returned and bought month passes... that day I scored just under 2million. That afternoon a senior citizen male got on the Pulp Fiction machine and the idiot kept beating the machine and rocking it. It threw the entire balance off.... I've since been back 5 different days this last month on my pass to play and try and beat my high score. The machine has not once been balanced. The top of the machine is too low and it slopes to the back right. I'll gladly come back and buy another month pass, but only after the machine has been rebalanced. This frustrates me to no end. If I ever see another person beating on the machines, I'm gonna get on their azz. read more

I have been here 3 or 4 times in the last year. There is a nice vibe to this place. One time they had a band play, which was nice and sounded good. They have a somewhat wide alcohol selection of beers. No hard liquor. They have some snack food but I've never had it. There is a nice selection of games, even some with hidden options modded into them. For instance, the Star Wars game can be switched to Empire Strikes Back mode. All the games are all in great condition and play very well! However, I will note a few things ... I like the Pinball selection here, as I've gotten older I like Pinball more. If a game has a difficulty, then they're all set to the highest difficulty and that's a little annoying. I like the twin-stick game selection here, except they don't ever put out the Cloak and Dagger game. They have a Polybius and right above the Polybius is a very loud blown speaker. If they have a Polybius, they need a Last Starfighter. ;) I don't like any of the alcohol they have. No Natty Light, No PBR, No Guinness. The reason why this place is 4 stars is because one day I brought my child at 5pm and they still wanted $12.00 till 8pm. $12.00 at noon (when they open) is fine but past a certain time it just becomes not worth it. read more

Impressed! Didn't know what to expect so it was very rewarding to find some vintage games that brought me back to memory lane. Establishment is very clean, and location is great. Though for me I felt like a kid all over again, my kids were not thrilled. So anyone taking there kids have an open mind that your kids may not be entertained. That is what I came across with mine, they didn't understand the basic concept of gaming from my era. My oldest had just finished a theater production, and one of the mom's decided to have a cast party get together here. I'm glad she decided to have it here so that we could check out this arcade for the first time. The price for all you can play is extremely reasonable, and they seem to have decent rates for the snack bar. They have a party room that you can reserve as well, though I'm not sure how you go about getting that set up in advance. I liked how the games ended up being laid out. Spread out just enough and wasn't getting to hot to enjoy the experience with as many machines as they have going. I sent some pictures to some of my friends and they were surprised at some of the games they have here because they hadn't seen them in an in person setting in a number of years. Plus they have some cool decoration items ... Like a gremlin holding the candy bowl behind the table and some of the celebrity/character card board cut outs. We had a fun time here as a family. For $10 per person (or $20 for a monthly pass) we were able to play as many games as we wanted. They had a ton of old school games and new ones too. I am a big fan of pinball games and they had a whole row of them from the past and present. They had a number of foosball tables, a skee ball machine, air hockey, a number of stations hooked up to old game systems, and tons of one and two person player games. We will definitely come back! Took the kids today and had a blast! We loved everything about this place. You can't beat $10 a person all day play!! They had a great selection of games that even kept our 6 year old daughter entertained for 3 hours (even then we had to drag them out). Personally, Mario Bro and Zelda kept me busy. The owner and his son were very friendly. We had the blt dog, the New York dog, the Chicago dog and some nachos. The hot dogs were all delicious! The girls loved cotton candy machine. Beer and white claw for us was a bonus!! We will definitely return! In fact, since they do adults only from 8-11 we are eyeing this place for my bday this month. What a wonderful place. My nephews and I discovered this arcade in the summer. For ten bucks each we get to play until our hearts' content. It's 21 and older only after 8:00 PM. They have everything from QBert to air hockey to Rampage to Golden Tee to The Simpsons. Great prices on snacks. Great atmosphere, just like stepping back into the 80s arcades, yes I'm that old. Or like stepping into the Palace in Stranger Things for those of you who never had the honor and pleasure. We go back each time I'm town for a visit. My family and I came here on a Saturday afternoon shortly after they opened. We were a little confused at first but someone approached us asking if it was our first time to the arcade. All the staff was very friendly and they even gave my five-year-old daughter a stepstool so she could play the games. For only $10 this is a very good deal. Although we didn't eat, they had really fairly priced hot dogs and snacks. It's also great playing some of the games I remember as a kid and old 8-bit consoles. This arcade is a fantastic hidden gem in close proximity to North FW. It was nice that unlike most places in the area it wasn't super packed and we didn't have to brave any crazy traffic to get here.
