All I need is an Ocean View! Seafood night was excellent! Plentiful crab legs at several stations, made to order clams, mussels & oysters with desired heat preference! Delicious desserts and most importantly outstanding customer service! Quality and variety of food was perfect. From Asian to Mexican to American something for everyone. A great way to spend an evening with family and friends. We will definitely be back, I can't wait !

We hadn't been to this casino since february of twenty twenty. The last time we were here we came to eat at the buffet. I hope they decide to open it back up. It's nice that this is a smoke free environment.

First visit at the Legends Theatre was great! The buffet was killer too, I'd recommend a party visit.

Nice, fairly large casino just outside of Albuquerque along historic Route 66. Fun slots, tables and entertainment.

My favorite sports bar in Albuquerque. Burger, bets and bucks. My trip paid for dinner. A great date night.

This place was super clean and smelled good as well, you know some of the roadside casinos are horrible not the case here we even got a room for the night the room was great super clean with a great atmosphere . We had a great treat one of the restaurants had a live band playing

I've visited a lot of casinos in different cities, and I love this one! It is non-smoking! I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, and usually, have to look for a non-smoking room or leave quickly. It was very big, nice, and clean with 3 restaurants and a snack bar open. I didn't see a gift shop. Since it is Route 66 and was decorated as so and decorated very well, I was surprised that they didn't have one with some Route 66 gifts. They are building a performance venue it looked like. We ate at the sports bar. My husband enjoyed the televisions with sports while I enjoyed the music and huge screen with music videos. It had a balcony level, too. Very cool! The food was good. We plan to go here again when in the Albuquerque area, even, though, we lost money on the machines. We stayed at their very nice RV Resort.

6/20/21: Hotel is now 100% NO-SMOKING INSIDE and you must be 21+ to enter. Saw workers sanitizing and cleaning throughout my 2 hours there. Everyone gets a thermal temperature test either via touchless thermometer or infrared technology before going though those doors. Face masks MUST BE WORN by ALL! Enjoyed a few slot machines that allowed me to keep my money . There is a snack bar (Quick Bites), Stadium66 sports bar and 2 lounges (Pub & Main Street). Ate at Stadium66 and had 2-meat cheeseburger with fries. The fries seem to be shoe string size and warm. Informed my server (Jaron/ Jaren) and he corrected right away. He displayed great customer service and was friendly. Ordered a house margarita and blackberry slush (alcohol included) and they were delicious. I will go back!

Im surprised to see the negative reviews here. My boyfriend and I are truck drivers and we stopped in and had a great time. The buffet was delicious and had a wonderful variety. Personally I felt it was priced fairly. $28.99/person for lunch with endless steak, shrimp, crab, sushi and much more. The manager was walking around and it was clear he takes pride in his job. He was attentive, friendly, and looked hard at work making sure everything was up to standard. All the staff here were wonderful. Attentive and helpful but not overbearing. The casino slots and bathrooms were very clean. I have no complaints. Great time!

The slowest customer service at the cafe I've ever seen! They have lines of customers and have only 2 windows open.

Beautiful, classic New Mexican architecture surrounded by desert and mountain views. The grounds are beautiful with options for biking (included), tennis/pickleball, walks, horseback riding, and golf. Located about 30 minutes north of Albuquerque and 45 minutes south of Santa Fe, made it easy to spend time in either. We were able to check in early, which was so nice after an early travel morning. Our room was large and included the classic hotel amenities, including waters. We were staying slightly during the off season, so two pools were open, which was fine as it wasn't that busy and it didn't get hot until about noon. Due to the location of the resort, it is easiest to eat at the property and there are a couple of options available: The Corn Maiden - nicer dining experience, Santa Ana Cafe - casual sit-down, Rio Grande Lounge - bar and bites, and Plaza - pool cafe. During our visit the Plaza pool restaurant was only open on Saturday. We tried in-room dining for breakfast one morning, as we were up early, the eggs had little to no flavor, and a couple of our items were forgotten/late. Not a huge deal as we understood they were training a lot of staff during the time of our stay. Overall, the food throughout all the dining options was just okay, and if there were more dining options close by, I would probably go there. The restaurants all tasted the same and there didn't seem to be much variety. It would be nice if at least one of the dining options was a different kind of cuisine to bring some variety. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the staff was so friendly and helpful. There are plenty of activities to do at the resort and we loved that they had nightly s'mores. The room was great, but food could be better.

The resort is in Santa…read moreAna Pueblo, which is about 25 minutes outside Albuquerque and another 50 minutes from Santa Fe (though with the conference schedule, I was unable to make it to Santa Fe). The property itself is beautiful and expansive, sits on Tamayame land, and at the outset of the conference a member of the Native American tribe welcomed us and shared about the land and setting. The property has with multiple event spaces, an on-site trail, a large gym, and several pools. It is a fairly large resort (our room was at one end, so it was about a 7-10 minute walk to the main lobby area). Each day began with a large breakfast buffet, and lunch was similarly well done. One of the highlights was being able to sit outside during meals at large tables overlooking the grounds, mountains, trees, and fresh air made for a really peaceful setting. For breakfast, I enjoyed the red/green chilies chilaquiles (New Mexican style breakfast), it was very flavorful and I enjoyed trying but was very spicy/heavy. From a conference and events perspective, the resort is very impressive. There is a large main conference room with a stage, and the room can accommodate over 100 people (at round tables), along with many smaller breakout rooms. Over two evenings, we attended events at different venues on the property, one about a 10-minute walk away (with hotel mini-bus transportation available), and another closer to the main area under a tent. The more distant venue was quite large and set apart, likely used for weddings and larger celebrations. That evening included a buffet dinner, DJ, dancing, and multiple bar setups. The second evening closer to the main hotel was a seated dinner under a tent, with music and performances in a more contained setting. There is also a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby, as well as another more casual restaurant by the pool. Given time constraints, I was not able to fully take advantage of all the amenities (including the spa, horseback riding, and longer trail walks), but I would absolutely recommend this property. It is incredibly scenic, serene, and feels immersed in nature, and I would gladly return.

The down side is the walls are paper thin. You can hear people walking and talking in the hall and the people next door. The lobby is pretty and there's a restaurant and gift shop for convenience. The room fridge is NOT actually a fridge! It's a cooler. They need to come clean about that. It's deceiving! 5 STARS for DENISE!!!!! Overall the customer service is fantastic!!! Everyone I ran into was polite and helpful. Denise took it to a new level of customer service. She was professional, friendly and went Above and Beyond to help me with an issue. Y'all should give her a raise! I would recommend this hotel. I'll probably be back in the near future.

Rates were clearly inflated because of events happening that weekend, and for what we received, it just wasn't worth the cost. The renovations felt poorly done. The rooms are extremely small and difficult to move around in comfortably. The popcorn ceilings made the rooms feel dated, and the shower setup was frustrating -- the shower heads are mounted very high while the water pressure was very low. That said, there were some positives. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we slept well. The restaurant food was genuinely excellent, and the customer service from the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Valet service was also inconvenient. You have to specifically request assistance, and luggage carts were not brought to the rooms, which was surprising considering the price point of the hotel. Overall, while the building itself has charm and the staff was kind, the experience simply did not justify the premium pricing.
