I don't write reviews normally, but due to my very bad experience with this business I am forced to tell my story here. I hope others can learn from my experience and don't have to go through this. I was told about exercise outfit by a coworker and so went and took a tour. I liked what I saw and came back 2 days later and signed up for unlimited sessions. My understanding was that this was a month to month subscription. I was told that I could put the account on freeze and I won't be charged. All This is all not true. They never froze my account, and I only went for my initial session. I ended up paying for at least 3 months, despite me calling them multiple times, telling them I have not used the facility, told them that I have moved from this area. read more

Amazing! I'm not usually someone who enjoys working out, so the fact that I look forward to getting my butt kicked is wild. The workouts are fun, challenging, and energizing. The staff was friendly and informative. They offer multiple membership packages: 4, 8 or unlimited sessions per month. I have been coming to this Rowhouse for almost a year and a half, and I have to say that every class is amazing. You can just pick one with any instructor, and you won't go wrong. Today, I took Chris' Restore class and I have to say it's my new favorite. It's the perfect blend of row and strength training. It's one of the few classes I have taken where personal monitors aren't used and you row as a class. It is so refreshing and really makes you row based on feel and following the instructor. No comparing yourself to others. Just a pure workout. I recommend this Rowhouse to anyone in the area. I have been attending classes 5 days a week since Rowhouse opened 6 weeks ago. I can't run, workout at a gym unattended, swimming is too hard to do without your own pool, so this form of exercise is perfect for me!!! Loving the coaches and the variety here at Rowhouse. Incredibly supportive and positive staff! I love the concept, energy, and how efficient the 45-min workout is. All of the coaches are great in their way and are fantastic at clarifying questions or motivating you throughout the class. It's not a competition; they aren't pitting us against each other; there's always encouragement to follow your goals, achievements, and journey while keeping a sense of teamwork. I love the music selection and that they've started doing "themed" rows. I usually do not enjoy working out; however, after doing this for a month, I love the low-impact full-body workout! I'd been looking for a way to get back into working out in March, signed up for a two week trail and have been going ever since. The coaching team is wonderful. They offer a variety of class types that incorporate low impact movements off the rower designed to improve strength and agility. As a bonus the Row House Members make classes even more energetic as we all row to reach our class goals. I love tracking my own progress with the RH App that tracks your meters and milestones.
