Matt was our piercer, assisted by Kaylee, and he was fantastic. He treated our young daughter with care and kindness, asking permission for each step, ensuring she was comfortable, explaining every part of the process, allowing her to ask questions, and putting her very much at ease. They were open and they handled the re-piercing without any problem at all. The process was fast, clean, and no-frills--and the results looked great. It wasn't overpriced either, and overall I was really happy with the experience.
