Why does this location continuously close earlier than what is stated online?! I am so sick of seeing that it closes at 10 PM or 11 PM just to find that it actually closed an hour earlier! Other than their inconsistent hours of operation, we love this place. Unfortunately, we can't rely on it for a late night craving. When they are actually open, this place hits the spot every time. Customer service has always been very kind and friendly with us. The orders have been consistently on point. I love the Strawbana Freeze for a mild but fruity treat. Not too strong, but it definitely takes care of my sweet tooth. Passion paradise is another favorite, but with much more flavor. And then there's the Orchard Explosion... definitely an explosion of flavor! If you're looking for a mild and mellow treat, this is not the one! Save this one for when you want some serious fruit flavors! As for a guilty pleasure... The root beer freeze is a must have. read more

Love the smoothies, but the service from the teenage employees is pretty poor. I have been unable to order the smoothie I asked for on three occasions because they started cleaning up early and putting things away and " it's just too hard to clean." When management posts operating hours on the door, I expect to order what is on the menu until the store is closed; Not just until someone decides to take a shortcut. They have wonderful customer service and they are always smiling! In the Strawbana Squeeze, the strawberry and banana go great with the apple juice! weird combination huh? But it goes so great together! It is also cool that have "Healthy Bowls" too.
