There is a dedicated attendant team cleaning, checking on patrons and at the service desk. All staff I interacted with on drop off were friendly, patient and helpful. The clothes are clean, soft, nicely-scented and are well-folded. The context: I am so grateful for the service provided by this team. I have never used fluff and fold services, and I struggle with social anxiety. So trying a new service at a new venue was already nerve wracking for me. On top of that, I have lost my aunt to cancer and granny to stroke within the last six months. This weekend we had to care for my uncle in the Bay Area who had a cerebral hemorrhage and they gave him 4 weeks left to live. Needless to say, I was in dire need of help and Laundry Guys came through. The female attendant at 10pm on 6/23/2026 was so kind and warm. She patiently explained all my options, the process and costs. I felt confident leaving this task in her hands. And the price was very fair for the volume! When I got home and unpacked the clean clothes, I felt a weight lift off. The clothes were given a second life, and softer and well-scented more than I could have imagined! As a dog owner, I chalked it up to having a busy pet life. But apparently, I should leave it to the experts! The clothes were folded as I would have, so I was able to quickly slip my clothes into the drawers. I appreciate the pre-hung clothes as well. This service quality is deserving of the price. I will gladly use their services again. I will make sure to update this review as I have more experience with this vendor.

They are both incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely care about their customers. I came in needing help with my laundry, and they didn't just assist me--they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It's rare to find people who bring that level of warmth and attentiveness into what they do, but Jackie and Ricardo absolutely do. They made the whole experience easy, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. You can tell they take pride in their work and in creating a positive environment for everyone who walks through the door. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated with kindness and real care, this is it. I'm so grateful for their help and will definitely be coming back!

SUM: Karen is awesome. i dropped by with a last minute request for rugs to be ready by tomorrow (yes, totally my bad). she gave it to me straight about the late drop-off but said that she and the crew will do their best to have it ready on time. and guess what? THEY CAME THROUGH. my rugs were pristine and ready at the time i originally requested. that's proof that this crew is a well-oiled machine.

Super Suds Laundromat was a humorous disaster. Everything is not as it seems, and nothing is…read moreexactly what it says. If you enjoy unnecessary surprises and Easter-egg hunting, this may be the place for you. I'll start with the helpful information. The laundromat is fairly large, so finding an available washer or dryer should not be difficult. A bathroom is also available, although I did not use it and cannot speak to its condition. The noise level was average, aside from the constant slamming of dryer doors, which seemed unnecessary because the doors worked properly. The overall aesthetic was dingy, although the facility appeared generally maintained. However, the soap-dispensing areas of the washing machines were visibly unclean. Pricing was moderately expensive. Many washers do not clearly display the final cost until after you scan or swipe your card and begin selecting the wash cycle. This lack of upfront pricing transparency can create confusion, technical errors, or charges a customer did not knowingly intend to authorize. The dryers, by comparison, display the price beforehand. There are three payment kiosks where customers can check a FasCard balance, add funds, or purchase a new card. These machines are supposed to accept cash and debit cards, but I spent a great deal of time trying to use them. The screens and touchpads regularly stuck, making transactions difficult. They also did not accept every Visa or Mastercard product as stated. My PayPal debit card and PayPal through Apple Wallet were both rejected. I eventually used the FasCard app, which worked. I created an account, connected my FasCard, and selected the location. This changed the game. The app shows which machines are available and how much time remains on each cycle. However, the machine numbers listed in the app do not consistently match the physical machine numbers, turning the process into another Easter-egg hunt. Through trial and error, I figured out which machines corresponded with the app. Super Suds' website, along with information previously provided through ChatGPT, stated that coffee was available. I partly chose this laundromat because I expected to enjoy what I assumed would be a cheap-tasting cup of coffee while doing laundry. When I arrived, no coffee was visible. I was told they no longer offered it because of permit and legal issues. That explanation is understandable, but the business should update its platforms. Continuing to advertise an unavailable amenity may reasonably be perceived as bait-and-switch advertising. The advertised free Wi-Fi also did not work, and I did not see any customer outlets. Anyone relying on the FasCard app should bring a portable charger because the app must be checked frequently and may drain a phone battery. During the wash cycle, the express washer stained a new pair of underwear. No other items were stained, which made the damage especially frustrating. The situation continued when I attempted to start a dryer. A technical error caused the timer to begin counting down even though the dryer was not operating. In other words, I was being charged for time and service I was not receiving. I asked the employee on duty for assistance. Her initial response was that it would take her "a long time." This was not the most appropriate or professional response, but I thanked her and waited. She eventually came over, finagled with the machine, and got it running. As she began to walk away, I stated that I wanted the time and cost adjusted because the machine had charged me while it was not functioning. I pointed to the timer, which had continued counting down. She begrudgingly restored the time I had already paid for. She then stated that I should add more time--a lot more time--to the drying cycle. I found the unsolicited comment odd. Later, she asked whether I had added more money. I directly responded, "No," and explained that I wanted to ensure there would be no further problems before paying more. On another occasion during the same visit, she again asked something related to adding money. Based on these repeated interactions, I was left with the impression that this employee was more focused on extracting additional payment than on resolving equipment failures and providing appropriate customer service. Needless to say, check this place out at your own risk. As for me and my house, we will not be returning.

There are many different sizes of washers at different prices so you can really do large items like comforters or just large loads of laundry.
