Well, 4 years makes a big difference. This restaurant has gone down the tubes. The food is still okay, but the quality of service rates no stars. The last three visits have featured errors in fulfilling the order, even when it was only for two food items. (The last time was a particularly impossible case, a blank-stare kid who insisted on substituting "sausage gravy" for "creamed chipped beef". Note to his manager: these food items are _not the same_. Drive-thru is extremely slow- expect a wait. Their side entrance that's not from the highway makes it difficult to get in line for the drive-thru in the first place. Prices are a bit higher than other chains for what I order, and their roast beef comes with some sort of disgusting sauce on the bread. Some major credit cards are not accepted. Positives that gave it a second star are that it is one of the last outposts of an iconic brand, they are one of only two fast food restaurants in town to offer chicken tenders after the closure of the KFC, and everything in Westminster has to be graded on a curve relative to the worst run Popeye's in the known universe. This is very skippable, though, and you probably should if you aren't particularly attached to the Roy Rodgers brand or it's food.. read more

My family enjoys big breakfasts on weekends and on the rare occasion we don't feel like cooking, or we don't have time, we come here. The scrambled egg platter is a bargain. For under $3 you get a large helping of scrambled eggs, fried sliced potatoes, a biscuit and your choice of ham, sausage or bacon. read more

I hate giving this place a bad review because I love the food. The service is so horrible that I feel it should be noted. They almost always get something wrong with the order. After telling them that they got our order wrong, the manager Brandy really acted like she could care less. Instead of resolving the issue she just went on about her business and ignored us. Not only did they give me a small roast beef when I paid for a large, but they had our order on a tray to eat there even though the ticket said to go!!! Twenty minutes later we have our food, the beef was still the wrong size but I just wanted to be out of there at that point. read more

Let's face it folks there's no such thing as fast food anymore especially in the case of this Roy Rogers, I have never seen such slow service in my life even if your the only one in line and there's 8 people standing behind the counter the service is still incredibly slow and don't even think about using the drive through especially if you want to get to your destination on time it's a strong F for me, and this is my first review, ever!!! read more

Roy Rodgers does have great tasting food, but this particular location is very sup par. They very often have gotten my order wrong (almost always having me turn around to go back inside to get it fixed) and their employees aren't very cheerful or courteous. I only find myself going here if forced by friends or family members. read more

Great food and friendly staff, the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is apparently you can't get roast beef sandwiches not well done. Despite me asking every time I get the roast beef it's well done and dry so I don't even bother anymore they used to be good when you got them and they were actually pink like roast beef is supposed to be. read more

The best food ever. Live in Baltimore city and if I'm in a 15 mile radius I make sure I stop by. Always super clean inside and great fixins bar. I usually get the gold rush combo. The gold rush is like heaven in your mouth, and fries are always hot,fresh, and salty. read more

For the first time since coming to this Roy Rogers for the past 2.5 years, I had a really rude experience. I pulled into the drive thru line at 10:53am this morning. I placed my breakfast order of 1 crescent sandwich at 10:55. I then go up to the window and after a few minutes, the girl comes to the window. She then reprimands me and says "Just for future reference, you should make it a point to get here before 11am to order your breakfast item." I just gave her a blank stare at which point she continued on her little speech "I'm just letting you know because they really didn't want to make your sandwich. They almost didn't give it to you. So just get here even a few minutes before 11 so it's not such a problem." I finally pick my jaw up, really hold my tongue and tell her "I actually ordered my sandwich at 10:55. It is just 11:00 now." She said, "Well, our clocks are fast here. It's showing 11:03 here." She handed me my sandwich and asked if I needed anything else. I wanted to tell her that she needed to watch herself and not speak to patrons that way but I just shook my head and drove off still in shock by that encounter. My husband and I always talk about how much we love this Roy Rogers and the boy and other girl that normally run the window are so very kind. The boy even takes the time to ask how my daughters are. Dining inside is always a pleasure as the staff is so helpful and the food is delicious. I'm not sure who this girl with the superiority complex was this morning but she really angered me. I just needed my sandwich not a lecture by some kid. I'll still give it 3 stars but normally would've given it 5. I hope someone from Management reads this and puts her in her place. read more

I know the food here is great, but he service is terrible. You don't take a customers order for chicken and then tell them 5 minutes later that it is going to be a 15-20 minute wait. staff was completely disorganized for a sunday evening rush. read more
