Continue to disappoint on service and food. Two times in a row we order for delivery and missing ingredients again. Got giant #31 missing everything except the chicken. Where is the lettuce tomato and mayo? The previous time #17 no peppers and was given a ungodly amount of peppers. This place has gone down hill in the past month or two. The amount we pay for the subs and they are made incorrectly is unacceptable. The excuse....we are a little busy with a new person on the grill..... bull. How can you miss the ingredients that are supposed to be on a sub with no modifications and not to add one item? Disappointed that this has made us timid to even order again. read more

The subs are awesome. The people that work there are awesome. The place is always clean. Now for the bad part....and it has nothing to do with the employees or food Corporate greed seems to have taken over this location or it has new owners. They check the weight of everything....employees seem to be scared to have any lettuce or condiments fall of the sandwich so as to not waste..and it makes it very slow. I assume they get in trouble depending on the amount that's wasted. This is a new thing for the location. Jersey Mikes corporate/owner do better it's your fault! Stopped for lunch. Service was superfast and the person making the sandwich was quick and customer friendly. She greeted everyone coming in and had pleasant conversations with them. This is someone you want to hire for your business. The owner of this store should give her a raise because she is doing more than just work, she is making your customers return. The young kids behind the counter do a good job and are pleasant, but they always seem to be one or two staff members short, especially during crunch time (lunch, dinner). I've seen the submaker have to take their gloves off to wrap the sandwich and then ring you up on the register, and then have to put a new set of gloves on to go back make the next sandwich. This is fine if you only have two customers in your store, but it totally destroys the workflow if you've got 10 or more people in line. The last time I went it took me 30 minutes from the time I walked in until I got my meal. So don't go here if you only have 30-45 minutes for lunch, or you'll have to wolf it down on the drive back to work... And ordering online ahead of time doesn't solve the wait either. While you're standing there eating a bag of chips waiting for your order, you can see the online tickets piling up, too, as carryout customers wait in a separate herd over by the door... I'm glad they are thriving -- they have really good cold subs -- but management really needs to work out proper staffing or they are going to lose customers. I now only go if I can on off hours. read more

A little rude because of how busy and rushed they are during certain times of the day. (They didn't even ask what type of bread I wanted nor if I had rewards points.) However, the place is very clean, and the food is excellent, as usual, with a great variety from which to choose. read more

Really glad to have a Jersey Mikes in Westminster now. Ordering on the app and pick up at the store were seamless. Our food was fresh and delicious with good quality ingredients. Now the bad part: 1) my wife's turkey sub was supposed to be on wheat bread not white And 2) my cheesesteak sub was supposed to have double meat and cheese that I paid extra for and it was mostly bread Hopefully with time their order accuracy will improve read more

Ordered 3 sandwiches online, mustard only, received oil And vinegar, no mustard! Another, no lettuce, tons of lettuce, lastly, order no mayonnaise, looked like the whole jar was packed in there. Last trip there for us! read more

Food fabulous team members pleasant

We got take out 2 Saturdays in a row, and the food was good, but we had problems each time. The first time, we went inside and ordered 2 subs. They forgot the first one, and my husband had to order it again. It was only tuna, how hard could it be! The second time, instead of chicken cheesesteak, they gave my husband cheesesteak, which we didn't discover until we'd taken the food home. Now that's a big mistake. They're obviously busy, but this is basic stuff we're talking about here. I hope that they can make improvements, because we'd like to keep ordering from them. read more
