    Pasta Salad

I regularly went to CSC when I lived in Nashville. It is a perfect lunch spot. I was incredibly excited to have a taste of the south here in MD. The staff were courteous and helpful. The restaurant was decorated nicely and very clean. Unfortunately the food was a bit underwhelming. The pasta salad and broccoli salad were dry. The ingredients were fresh but unfortunately inedible. The chicken salad was very good. I'd give them a try.

I was excited to find out that the famous chicken salad restaurant was coming to Maryland. I love chicken salad in all forms. Went around 2pm on a Saturday and the place was busy. The staff greeted us promptly and were very helpful. I decided on the special dillicious diva that had dill and cucumber croissant sandwich meal. It came with a side and I selected the broccoli salad. As for the food, it was ok. The chicken salad was good but the croissant was too big and dry for the amount of salad . Also the complementary loft house style cookie was rather dry. Overall, I liked the selection of drinks and would like to try other flavors of salad and the soup.

Fancy Nancy- chicken salad with grapes, apples and pecans on a croissant. Broccoli salad as a side Served with pickle and cookie.

I love the…read moregentle Cajun flavoring of the coating on this fried chicken, and you can get additional gently-cajun Krunch sauce or spicy buffalo sauce or other sauces on the side. I stopped by at 11am on a weekday, and the chicken was piping hot and juicy, much fresher than other fast-food chicken places. The tasty coating had a nice slight crisp to it, though it wasnt as crunchy as the fast-food brand that starts with a P. As I ate in my car, several roadwork crews walked by with their KKC© bags, so it's pretty well known along this part of US-40. There's parking out front for about 30 vehicles, and it's just a few steps from a large mall parking lot. This place is between a Goodyear and an AT&T, all in a little strip mall of their own. It's easy to find. When you're driving west, just turn in at the several Krispy Krunchy Chicken banners on the westbound side of Baltimore National Pike just west of I-695 and look for Poblano. It's a little tricky coming east: you have to drive past Alexander Av, (no matter what your map-app says), and do a u-turn where you would be going into the Lidl - Home Depot parking lot. I mention this because of course I made the wrong turn the first time. Then come back to those KKC banners, and go into Poblano Halal Mexican Grill.

No complaints there. I also tried the buffalo chicken bites with slaw. The flavor is solid--good buffalo heat without going overboard--but the bites themselves felt a little inconsistent in size and crispiness. Some were perfect, others a bit soft like they sat for a minute too long. The slaw helped balance everything out though. The place itself is very modern and loud on purpose--graffiti-style walls, music blasting, more of a "hangout and vibe" spot than somewhere you're trying to have a quiet meal. Not bad, just depends on your mood. Pickup was smooth--my order was ready when I got there, and the staff were actually nice and helpful, not the rushed/checked-out vibe you sometimes get at busy spots. Only real critique: the music was a bit too loud for a pickup situation. I get the atmosphere they're going for, but it's borderline overwhelming if you're just grabbing food and leaving. Overall though, I'd come back. The mozzarella sticks alone are doing a lot of heavy lifting here.

After our trip to Valley View to get our annual overly expensive xmas ornament, we were hungry. We first tried a local pizza shop who rudely insisted that we could not use the table in their un-dining room, and when I mentioned that there was a DHC nearby Jeremy lit up. He LOVES Dave's Hot Chicken. The dining room was packed when we arrived, but was basically empty when we left. The restaurant is super clean, almost industrial. The food was prepared quickly and was delicious, as always. It was our friend Justin's first time at Spicy Dave's and he was incredibly pleased that we introduced him to it. I got my usual: the #4. Spiciness level somewhere in the middle. I think it's funny that they refer to their sandwich as a slider, when it's a very large sandwich. Delicious and filling. And the fries are magical. They're crinkle cut and seasoned, crisp on the outside, fluffy in the middle. And don't slouch on the Dave's Sauce. I put that stuff on everything, even at home. I'm pleased to see this chain popping up everywhere. We need one in Dundalk.

I went to this location multiple times in 2023-2025. They opened in September 2023, which was the 2nd location in MD. This is about 15 miles from my home, which isn't too far. Then, Columbia location opened, which is closer at about 10 miles. The first location in MD was way up in Towson. I was up that way in March 2023 for a trivia tournament and thought to get an early lunch at Raising Cane's as I was excited to try at the time the only location in MD, but parking was a pain and line was too long. So, I ended up eating at the trivia tournament venue. Then, in September 2023, they opened this 2nd MD location here on a Friday. I went on its 2nd day that Saturday as coincidentally, I had a trivia tournament. It was a madhouse on route 3 in the left lane getting in here. I ended up parking on the Wendy's side as it was too hectic in there; you're not supposed to do that, and I never did that again, but that 1st weekend was hectic. Line was long, but they were going as quickly as they could. I was a bit nervous about my timing, but eventually, I got my food, ate a bit quicker than usual, and drove the 5 minutes to the trivia tournament. It was delicious. I love the chicken tenders, fries, & Texas toast here. I don't really like coleslaw, but I don't mind theirs. The baskets come with a drink, and I get half sweet/half unsweet tea every time, and it's freshly brewed. My girlfriend & I went to this location a couple of times mostly in 2024. Chicken baskets are always on point. In June 2024, we bumped into someone from trivia, which we three were going to tournament. He loved Raising Cane's probably even more than me. He said he lived very close to here and would come here sometimes multiple times a week. He also replaced fries (which is unhealthy) with more Texas toast (which is also unhealthy but maybe less so), and he loved the Texas toast more than fries. I agree with him on that here, but I want the fries as I want the variety. I'll keep coming back as a Caniac!

The shrimp and grits were outstanding, creamy, cheesy grits with just the right consistency. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, tender with great flavor, and the dish had a light touch of broth that brought everything together without overpowering it. The mix of red onions and green onions really made the dish and added just the right balance. The Kill Bill salad was fantastic. Two whole chicken breasts, fried crispy and golden, sitting on a fresh, well-balanced salad. The chicken was juicy on the inside with a great crunch. definitely not an afterthought "salad chicken." The BBQ chicken egg rolls were another standout. Crispy on the outside, creamy and flavorful on the inside, and paired with a delicious sauce that complemented them perfectly. They're rich but not heavy, easy to keep reaching for another. Great food, great execution, and everything felt thoughtful and well done. We'll absolutely be back.

I was greeted and helped immediately when I walked in and the service was friendly. I ordered the fried chicken platter with hush puppies and coleslaw and a side of greens. I also ordered two sauces but was disappointed to find none in my bag :( The chicken was HUGE and the batter was delicious, but a little salty. The hush puppies weren't as crisp as I would've liked, and I couldn't tell if they were house-made or just frozen. The coleslaw sauce was mild but good, but it got all over my platter and made the food soggy. The greens were a little bitter, but not intolerable. Honestly my main complaints are the missing sauce (I'm a huge sauce person), and the inconsistent seasoning. Some things were too salty while others were a bit bland. It was pretty good overall though, and there was more than enough food for lunch the next day. I would give this place another shot, but order different things next time (and check for the sauce!)
