We had the typical Hawaiian traveller's dilemma: we had to check out by 11 am, and of course, we were on a red-eye night flight back home. We didn't want to rent a car the last day, so what would we do with our luggage on the last day? The condo we stayed at would not store our bags, as this was not a hotel, so Paradise Transport solved this problem easily for us. I called and was told baggage pick up would be $20 for 2 bags for the day. A fee of $15 would apply for bag drop off that evening, but if we booked them for airport transport, the fee would be waived. We needed a ride to the airport anyway, and were charged the low price of $18 each. The pickup lady for our bags was on the minute punctual, cheerful and the SUV type van she drove was a newer model and spotlessly clean inside. Our airport ride driver was early, cheerful, and we could not have asked for better service as well as a smooth, safe ride to the airport. Call these people first, for baggage storage, or airport transportation! Mahalo :-D

Mark responded and sent me a text so I could give him the exact details. He said he had me down for the day and time I requested. No one showed up. I texted 15 minutes after the agreed upon time and again 30 minutes later and said I considered it a no-show and would go to plan B, but that I do write reviews and I would give an accurate account of the situation. At least half an hour later, after we had stored our bags at the airport instead, he contacted me apologizing for the error and offered to store our bags for free, but it was too late. Bottom line...I would give them a chance, but I'd call to confirm ahead of the actual pick up time.

This exhibit is free of charge with some optional paid upgrades (like headphone tutorials). 1. There is a $7/car parking lot out front that is very packed. Leave your bags and purses in cars as they are not allowed inside the visitor center. 2. You can rent lockers. Theft is apparently rampant so be smart about your belongings. You may only take a small wallet or clear bag inside. 3. You then go through security before you even see a ticket desk. (No purses.) The majority of this site is free. 4. Go immediately to sign up for the free standby tour of USS Arizona. 5. Enjoy all the free sites and information spread out through this memorial. 6. We dined in at a nearby restaurant, then walked around seeking Kona coffee. Our suite was ready around 3 PM. The suite was very spacious and I am mostly impressed with the cleanliness. The bathtub did have a ring of discoloration surrounding the drain. I gave my kids showers instead of baths to be on the safer side. I love that there are multiple pools on the resort. Although, I am disappointed that the adult pool closes at 6 PM, which all the other pools close at 9 PM. There is a private beach area, which my kids enjoyed. Beach chairs are $26 each, which are quite expensive. I appreciate the $65 per night dinning credit, which we utilized at the on site market for snacks and water. We enjoyed the brief firework show from our balcony suite. We attended the on site Huli Huli event, which was quite disappointing. I did not enjoy the food and it was pricey. $75 for skewers, corn, and shrimp. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will contemplate on a return visit in the future.

So you're stuck on your floor or the lobby for 10+ minutes waiting. Next - the smell of marijuana and cigarettes coming from nearby balconies. We notified front desk but nothing could be done. And finally? The cockroaches that scurried out from under the ice machine on the floor. The picture obviously isn't inside - but it's a cockroach nonetheless the less.

Royal Adventure's pricing for roundtrip tickets to France were half of what my credit card's travel agency wanted to charge.
