Another driver has recently dented the front bumper of my Jeep Wrangler. I jumped on Yelp to get some repair estimates from local body shops. Edgar from Royal Auto Inc responded right away and asked me to call the shop and speak to Yuri. I called and Yuri was a pleasure to deal with! He was straightforward, and professional, and set proper expectations for the repairs. Most importantly, Yuri and Royal Auto Inc were fast and affordable. I brought my Jeep in on Monday so Yuri could properly estimate the repairs. I put a deposit down, and a new bumper was ordered. Yuri called me the very next day and told me to bring my Jeep in on Wednesday at 9 AM and that it would be done by end of the day. Sure enough, Yuri called me around 3 PM saying it was done, but to give him about 45 minutes because he wanted to wash my Jeep. I showed up and not only was the new bumper looking awesome, but my Jeep was spotless and looked like I had just driven it off the showroom floor. I can't recommend Royal Auto Inc enough. read more

Living in LA, we all deal with minor body damage. But I have finally found a trust-worthy and super efficient body shop for repairs! After reading the great reviews on Yelp, I came to Royal Auto and paid Edgar and team a visit. Since I was going through my insurance they encouraged me to simply leave my car there and call my provider and they would take care of the rest. They even offered to loan me a car but I didn't need one. The work was completed before I knew it -- In only 5 days rather than the 8 day estimate I got from the insurance claim adjuster! I picked up my car and it looked like brand new: polished and clean from the inside out. I even got a discount for living in the neighborhood!! Should I ever need body work again I will definitely be coming to Royal Auto. These guys are the greatest! read more

I came to Royal Auto Inc after visiting other auto shops (harry's, western, etc) for an repair after a collision. Due to circumstances, I had to pay in cash and the other auto shops were quoting me some ridiculous prices to fix my bumper and rear floor pan. I ended up taking my car to Edgar at royal auto after reading the good yelp reviews. He was friendly and worked within my budget to fix my car. The repair took exactly as long as he said it would and the car came back freshly cleaned inside and out. It looks and drives like it was never in an accident. As a bonus, I found out that the boys at royal also fixed my license plate (I put it on funny and stripped the backing) and aligned my trunk latch (It needed 2 tries to close), even though I didnt ask them to. In conclusion, my experience there was 5 stars. read more

I can only offer my experience, which may differ from other reviews here. These guys handled. Marco showed up at the scene of the accident, sold me on letting his garage tow my car to their place. The other driver was at fault, which Marco assessed by the layout of the collision. He called the damage, pretty much spot on with assessment then said, "we got this," told me it was all gonna work out, that they would get me going with a rental first thing in the morning. Next morning, Marco shows up at my place and drives me down to the shop. Met Edgar and the three of us wrapped for about 45 minutes, getting the lowdown, yucking it up. These guys shot straight, though I'll admit my experience gave them reason to. Within the hour Royal got me in a rental car through a place they had a relationship with (reduced credit card hold for the rental), and I was on my way. Repairs took their natural course. Based on the positive reviews online and the work guarantee, when they asked if I wanted extra work done, I had them also fix some aesthetic damage that was pre-accident. They adjusted their estimate to my monetary abilities, which was, dare I say, mind blowing. I picked up my car last Wednesday. The car looked freaking fantastic. The work they did was smooth. There was a slight giddy-up in my ride. I made one phone call to Edgar, and he had me bring the car in without hesitation at my earliest convenience. This morning Edgar introduced me to one of the mechanics who hopped in my car so I could show him what the problem was. After an 8 minute test drive and 10 minutes on the jack, problem solved. Car's running smooth, in some ways better than before the accident. Work looks great. Fixing cars after an accident, and dealing with insurance, is always a dicey gauntlet to traverse. Things can get awkward and fast. I will say that because the other driver was at fault and her insurance bucked up, plus my experience in these matters, the situation was easier than maybe some others might find under these circumstances, but I am 100% satisfied. Over the last few years of having my car I had endured a couple hit and runs, some tiny dents and just general bumper wear n tear. I came to Royal Auto per the recommendation of a friend and left very satisfied with my car. Firstly, everyone who works there is extremely kind. I came in for an estimate and Edgar took a look at everything and gave me a very fair price for the work. He was very respectful of the fact that I had a budget and wasn't pushy in any way. I mentioned to him that I was thinking of buying new hubcaps to bring in for them to replace and he offered to have my existing hubcaps painted free of charge, which ended up saving me a good $60 on a new set. The space is extremely clean and organized unlike some other body shops I have been to in the past that look a bit disheveled with no real space for their customers. I dropped of my car on a Monday for the work to be done. While I was filling out my paperwork, everyone in the office was so nice and accommodating offering me water and a seat to wait while my ride came to pick me up. At least three people checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and to see if I had any questions. My vehicle was ready on Thursday afternoon, a quick turn around considering the work and the amount of cars I saw that they were working on. When I picked up my car, the owner showed me the work that had been done and asked me to look around and make sure everything was to my liking and if it wasn't to please let them know. Naturally, everything looked great. I couldn't be happier! Sometimes I know it can be a bit intimidating to speak up when it comes to repairs, but everyone here was so nice that I wasn't worried to ask questions. Hopefully no future accidents will require me to get repairs, but if so I will definitely be back. I would definitely recommend this auto body shop! read more
