When at the counter I was greeted by John who took all my info. Thank you John and to all the staffs at the counter. On that day (8/17/2022) everyone there was friendly and actually spoke. That was a nice treat because at times when they are soooo swamped that the verbal customer service is bare minimum, but that day it was standard.
