As soon as you arrive you're greeted as family it's a very nice environment, the salesman get straight to the point calculating every fees which are very reasonable. Very nice folks who won't give you overpriced vehicles, I now know what dealership to come too whenever I need a vehicle. The lot filled with great vehicles read more

If it was possible not to give them any stars -that's what they would've received! I purchased a BMW, manufactured in 2022 from Royal Auto Group (RAG) in June 2024. The car had ~21,000 miles on it, it was still under the manufacturer's warranty and I was told by Igor that it had never been in any accidents. Within minutes of driving the car off the lot--it didn't feel right--it felt a little unstable but I was not overly concerned because I was buying it from a friend of a friend who had purchased 3 cars from RAG in the last 3-4 months. When I got a little time, I'd take the car back for RAG to take a look, but before I got a chance, my dashboard lit up with alarming warnings ie. Collision Warning System Malfunction, Initialization of driving stabilization, etc. I called Igor, the salesman, and sent photos of the warnings'. His response was "The car is fine" "You do know how to drive, right?" which I took to mean--you're not new at driving ". He then stated that I probably just needed to bring the car in for them to turn off a sensor. I told him that I would. Until I was able to bring the BMW in for RAG to assess--I decided to drive my other car, hence, caring for 2 kids with special needs requires extra planning and time that I simply never seem to have, hence, I'm always in need of a vehicle due to the demands of being their primary caretaker. When I did get the chance to bring the car to Igor--he called stating that his mechanic had done a thorough check of the car and found nothing wrong, other than it needs an alignment and suggested I take it to Midas. He then said to me "You must have hit a big pothole because the steering wheel was not straight. I responded," I did not hit a pothole." He responded, "Maybe, you don't remember it" I reiterated--"that didn't happen". I drove my car from RAG directly to Mr. Tire Auto Service in Voorhees for them to perform an alignment. Later, the tech. called and asked me if I had recently had some front-end work done to my car--I responded"No, why?" He stated that the left front outer tie rod had "play" in it (loose) and that the right front (passenger) bolt for the tie rod was missing. He stated that this typically happens when work is being done on the car and the tech. forgets to put back on the bolts. He then stated that he could not do the alignment because he couldn't get the parts. Again, I called Igor to share what I had been told. His response was," They're wrong, they don't know what they're talking about and they're simply trying to get your money", "Please bring the car back to our shop." At this point, I no longer felt comfortable with what I was being told by Igor, therefore, I took the car to the dealership where the car was examined and a report of their findings was provided along with an estimate to fix the issues. BMW's findings included a Carfax report which entailed proof that my car had been in an accident prior to me buying it, which I was never made previously aware of by Igor nor RAG. I informed Igor of the report at which time, he offered to have my car towed to RAG's auto shop and stated that they would take care of it. Again, because the trust was gone, I decided to leave my car with the dealership. I sent over to RAG the costs to repair~$2700 hoping they'd want to make things right and by doing so--pay for the charges to fix my car. They chose not to! The best advice I can give you before purchasing a used car is to get a Carfax report. If possible perform a VIN number check--in the event a car has been in a recent accident and it was reported--sometimes you can see imagines on-line of the crash and what the car looked like prior to any repairs. Keep in mind, not all accidents are reported to the insurance company, hence, some people may opt to have the work done without involving the insurance and in that case--the accident will not appear on Carfax and/or Autocheck, but, if the incident is eventually reported for example using a police report--it will ultimately find it's way on Carfax but maybe not Autocheck which is what happened in my case. It was found on the carfax report but not on autocheck which is what perhaps some of the autions and autogroups are more inclined to make use of or at least that's what they'll have you think. Never purchase a used vehicle without your mechanic (who you trust) evaluating the car and giving you the okay to proceed. Even if you have a good friend like in my case who innocently refers you to his/her good friend who works in the company or whatever the case may be --Always do your due diligence--unfortunately, not everyone like my good friend and I have a moral compass, has integrity, are honest, forthcoming, decent and want to do right by others. If I can help the next person learn from my mistakes--I've done my job. this is by far the worst experience of the car dealership I have ever had in my entire life period period I will never in my life recommend this place to my friends or family as they took my money and did not give me back my $12,500. I am reporting this place to the better business bureau . I should have looked at the reviews before I went so that is on me. This bitch ass nigga dropped my credit score down 90 points all to not give me a car after i was prequalified with capital one and they false advertised and don't have a license with capital one. I'm 26 and i have a $200,000 net worth and they couldn't approve ME????!!!! worse experience of my life ! read more

CON ARTISTS - I own a dozen fleet vehicles and this is the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. The word of every person in that place is no good. They will say one thing, then scam you out of your money once you're there. Junk cars, being sold as if they are good. Lying employees saying one thing and then holding your car hostage until you pay for "repairs" you never asked for or approved in the first place. read more

I purchased a vehicle in 2015 and my son has purchased 2 from Royal. The first thing I said when I walked in and introduced myself is I do not tolerate nonsense and I do not expect to have any problems with you based on your online reviews. Firstly, they are 3 minutes from my house. My advice to anyone buying a used car is to search close to home for a good deal because since the car is used, you will more than likely be returning for something, just my opinion. My first vehicle was 2 year old, so I had no issues but the price was $2000 less than other dealers. My son bought a 2009 Scion TC in 2016 and had issues with the brakes. They fixed it at least 4 times but the same thing kept happening. He went to the dealership and they looked at it and also couldn't figure out the issue. After 10 months, he traded it in for a 2015 vehicle with 2200 miles. Price was good, even after the dealer prep fee, and my 20 year old son was very happy. He still has the manufacturer warranty but has not had any issues. If you decide to go, deal with Bill directly, even if you go to the Haddon location which is where the service center is located. The employees at this location act like they don't understand English and are very ignorant. Please realize that almost all car dealerships new and used are sheisty and there always seems to be something they "forgot" to mention or some untruth they tell you about the vehicle or financing, with the exception of Saturn and they are no longer in business. Do your homework on the vehicle's pricing and make sure to have your vehicle looked at by a mechanic or someone knowledgeable about cars prior to purchasing. Also make sure to view the car during daylight hours, test all power, audio and temperature controls, drive the vehicle at least 15 minutes and at highway speeds before purchasing from anyone. I also recommend purchasing a bumper to bumper warranty with a used vehicle. You can purchase from a dealer or on your own (Toco, Carchex, etc.) read more

Still trying to get some details worked out with this dealership; but I can tell you that they do not stick to their word and do not follow through on promises...They did not take care of post-sale repairs that were promised at time of purchase [cracked windshield] and, did not provide (nor can they seem to find at present) a copy of the GAP contract; despite having charged $1000 extra on the purchase agreement for it. Will post update once I see where this goes. read more

All I will say is that the people working at this establishment are very untrustworthy. If you're considering buying a vehicle from their lot, I'd recommend bringing a friend who is very adept with the inner workings of cars, (like a mechanic), to help you make the decision. They will tell you that a lemon is a great car and that they "service" all their vehicles, so there should't be any issues with any of them. BLAH BLAH BLAH. These guys just want to make sales and do not care for customer service or satisfaction. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! read more

Flip floppers and humbugs: not to be trusted! My husband and I did a great deal of research and found the car we wanted at the price we wanted, at this dealership. We called and at 9 am or so, we spoke with Bill, and he acknowledged that although the Auto Trader.com price was $1000 less than he intended to sell for, he would honor that price. So, my husband and I packed up our 3 month old, went to the bank to withdraw the funds and got on the highway make the 2 hour drive to go and buy the car at price Bill I had agreed to. An hour into our journey, I get a call from Bill: he rescinded his offer. How unethical and inconsiderate! I hate to speak ill of anyone, but this place exemplifies the cliche about untrustworthy car salesmen. Classic bait and switch tactics. Don't do business with these dishonorable men! read more

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee on February 9th at the Burlington dealership. Upon test-driving the vehicle I noticed an error on the dash saying "service 4 wheel drive system" and that the rear blinkers were both out. The people at the dealership assured me that they can switch the blinkers real quick and that the 4 wheel drive error was just a computer issue and they "took a look at it", aka just reset it for it to go off only to come back on on my way home. They had me drive the vehicle home from the dealership without fixing the blinkers because "they didn't have the part", you would think that would be an easy fix. This is a blatant safety hazard on the dealership's end and I was even told later on by the people in the service department that they should not have let me drive it home without fixing them due to the risk of something happening. While I was at the dealership purchasing the Jeep they would brag about this great 100 (or however many) point inspection that all of the vehicles go through. My question to Royal Auto Group is, what exactly was inspected? The following was clearly not working or just swept under the table to get over on people and increase your bottom line. Crack in windshield E-brake does not work whatsoever Air conditioning/AC seats do not work 4 wheel drive system Blinkers Dash leather just out of place The "computer issue" turned out to be the transfer case that needed to be totally replaced (they came to this conclusion after several trips to the service center) one google search said this was most likely the issue. After the service center discovered it was the transfer case they gave me the vehicle back until they got the parts in saying "you won't have any issues or create further damage" and lone behold I was driving my Jeep and embarrassingly my "new car" got an ECU warning that would not allow me to hit the gas or anything. I was told it would take a day or 2 to get everything squared away to fix this. I drop it off, get no updates after 2 days, call (many times) and get told there was an issue with the drive train as well and have to wait for that to come in as well. I am now on my 5th trip to the service center for this to be resolved. I have not had my vehicle for about a week and receive very little updates. I was told my issues would be resolved after 1 trip to the service center. After 4 trips, the only thing that was resolved was the blinkers. I have had to make an hour commute to and from the service center as well as pay a friend to pick up/drop me off each time on top of the gas and tolls to go over the bridge. On top of all these trips, even just to get a simple update from them, they never answer the phone. I have probably made over 100 calls trying to get in touch with people etc. When the service department doesn't answer I'll select the sales department (of course someone will answer) and ask to be connected to the service department only to be treated very rudely as if I was creating a burden on their day. Why do I think it took over a week for my Jeep to be fixed on the 6th time I dropped it off? Maybe because on the day I dropped it off 3 employees in the service center called out because they were out drinking the night before. This is probably not something that should be mentioned to a customer and I'm certain this did not help speed up the process of getting my vehicle fixed and it only added to my frustrations. ALSO: I called the dealership when I was an hour and 45 minutes away from FINALLY picking up my car after 2 weeks and let them know I will be there 15 minutes before they close and wanted to make sure someone would be there when I get there. I am told they will be there until close and when I arrive nobody is there, doors are locked. THANKS ROYAL AUTO! DO NOT BUY FROM ROYAL AUTO GROUP! read more

Okay. So I purchased my newest vehicle (EX35) from Royal Auto Group. The car is fine and so far I'm happy with my purchase and it's been a little over a month. I will admit they gave me a great deal on the vehicle. Okay so at purchase, I was told that my car would be fully detailed and filled with gas when I drive it off the lot (the detail didn't happen and I had to tell the seller that the gas tank wasn't full)....Granted he took care of the Fuel (not the detail) but I was ok with that and didn't feel the need to make a hissy fit. A couple weeks later I did have to put it in their shop to get my signals switched and my brakes redid, which they fixed with no problem and I was happy with the repair service. They helped me along the way and was nice. Overall they are good people and it's a grand car...but here's my problem.... I bought my car on January 3rd 2017. The evening I finalized the purchase I was told there was a second key to the car however the key was still at the maintenance shop. I was given the option to have the extra key to the vehicle mailed to my home. Needless to say it NEVER happened. I've called and called the dealership almost 10 times getting the same information "Ms. Brown the key is right here and we will mail it out to you. You should have it within the next two days". After several "two days" it has now been almost a month n a half and I still haven't gotten my extra key. Last time I called a young man told me I could come and pick it up ! Actually I can't because I reside in Philadelphia and their shop is in NJ. Don't tell me I could come and pick it up when it was an option by YOUR reps to mail it to me. Don't inconvenience a customer that way!!! Pissing me off. I'm having a huge issue with their customer service. Mail me my damn key out !!!! Do what you say you're gonna do!!! Today February 16th 2017 and I'm still waiting.... I'll be calling them back tomorrow to request my key again or I will be finding a higher chain in command to go to. read more

Royal Auto...Geez, where do I start? A few months ago I purchase a 2017 GMC Savana 2500 van from them in the Haddon TWP location. I told them what I was looking for and it included wanting a driver's package. To start, the picture on the sight showed a ripple dent down the drivers cargo side which they said was going into the shop to be repaired. I test drove the truck and the vehicle was sound as far as I could feel and see. Coming back I said I would take it but with stipulations on which they agreed. The day came and I went to pick up the truck...That's wen it all started. During signing the papers I asked, with the ripple dents in mind, was the truck ever in an accident? Their reply was absolutely not and the ripple dent was from one of their men in the lot. I accepted this as truth and proceeded with the rest of the transaction. At the end we walked out to the truck and during the temp tag being installed they handed me "A" key. I said where are the remotes? I ordered a driver's package. Their reply to me was," Oh some driver's packages don't come with the remotes. AND I'm an idiot! Just the start. After a little discussion they said they would provide the remotes and to pick them up next week. STILL haven't gotten them. That day I was driving down 295 and air was whistling in next to the door jamb so loud that I couldn't hear the office on the phone. I thought my window was open. The next day after calling them they said they would fix it. Prior to taking the truck in, I stopped by an Auto body shop of a guy I knew and have used in the past. He popped open the hood and door and looked the truck over. He said the van had definitely been in an accident. Hit pretty hard to bend the door like that he said. The next day, I took it back into back into Royal and they took the truck for a couple of days. To sum all of this up: The truck still has air flowing in next to the door. I can stick my fingers in the jamb which I shouldn't be able to do.....Bottom line is they lied to me about the truck not being in an accident. Gave me a truck with no spare tire. No jack and crank lever system for the jack. Rear back corner panel was not installed correctly and rigged to repair it after attention was drawn to it. Hub caps were missing for the rear wheels. They put them on and THEY were all glued together and rigged. They flew apart the first day. All the cargo lights are hanging in the back after the liner was ripped out. AND I still have no remotes for my driver's package!!! I have taken pictures of everything and have called my lawyer to start action against them for Fraud charges. I also asked him if this would be a Class action suit seeing all the other disgruntled customers on line and if anyone else wants to file. He said it could turn into that. So the only thing I got from them was the ROYAL drive shaft! I would not ever recommend this dealership. You're screwed as soon as you pull out of the parking lot. They are not their word. PS. Tom, you're better than this place. Get out of there! Chris D. Disgruntled Customer read more

BUYER BEWARE .... we were looking to purchase a Toyota Camry for our son, we were pleasantly surprised to find a 2012 (less than 60000 miles ) for less than $10000. ( Note: in the filtered search I requested a vehicle with navigation and this vehicle displayed on car guru as having a navigation system) We drove to the dealership and were informed there were several buyers interested in the vehicle . I'm thinking "wow I'm lucky I got here first" We took the vehicle out for a test drive and discovered the vehicle did not have a navigation system . I was a bit bummed but the vehicle was clean, had low mileage and the ride was smooth . We drove back to the dealership prepared to purchase the vehicle and were shocked when we were presented with a breakdown of the final bill. Imagine my surprise when we were told they were tacking on $1200 for "prep fees" . I asked the dealer to explain to me what the dealership did to justify $1200 in "prep fees". When he couldn't, I handed him the car keys and walked out. read more

Chatting with a rep for a few days about a car advertised on their website. She told me her name was Linda. Gave me the price of the car said she would have the carfax available when I got there. Messaged her later Friday afternoon asked if the car was still available and was told yes it is. Took the ride all the way there Saturday morning. Asked the gentleman where the vehicle was. Non interested he walked away came back 10 minutes later asked again what vehicle I was looking for. He said he sold that a few days ago even though LINDA said it was available right before the closed the day before. Then he told me there was no Linda there. I pulled up the messages the links sent from his car lots number of the vehicle. Tried to offer me a car I had no interest in. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I originally came here for a 2014 Dodge Challenger SRT8 6 speed manual that I originally saw on their website, I called in advance, checked the price and asked to confirm it was correct along with the mileage. I called again a few days later to confirm it was available, I couldn't go see it due to a tight work schedule. I even provided the stock number from their website to confirm it was there, the woman over the phone said it was available. Once I arrived I was approached by a man there who asked what I came in for. I told him my situation and the car I exactly wanted, first response without checking or going inside to confirm was no, I asked him to go check, he goes comes back same response. I asked if they had any other challengers or chargers with the R/T trim or above with decent mileage, he shows me this beat to sh!t charger scat pack going for 32,000 about, definitely not worth the money if you see it online. I was told they have a warehouse and can bring in cars same day, they brought me inside, sat down with me, I reitirated myself explaining what I want. They showed me online all the cars they had I even looked into SS camaros and Mustang 5.0s, I sat their for 4 and half hours trying to find a decent car I liked and kept getting told oh this one no good this one too much this one doesn't suit you. during the last 30 minutes of my wait I asked to test drive the red challenger R/T plus they kept egging me on about to drive, I test drove it, I liked it I thought what's the harm it seems pretty good, good condition, decent mileage, clean and no cosmetic damage unlike half of the other cars in the lot. I signed paperwork came to work the next day then my chain of command asked where I purchased the car, how much and other important questions myself should've asked, note I am inexperienced with buying cars and I should've brought someone with who was experienced however I still purchased the vehicle. My supportive chain of command looked through the paperwork and noticed a lot of flaws for example, the car online was listed as $25,500 dollars for sale, I paid 28,000, my car that I purchased is still on their website if anyone wants to take a look, the mileage was 800 miles off from what it says on the website, keep in mind its within a week, I doubt the amount of miles someone test drives in a week is definitely less than that. They also screwed me with the APR, 18.99%, also for anyone military such as myself, we shouldn't be charged anymore than 6% APR. I tried to reason with them during those 4 1/2 hours you're telling me that for 4 1/2 hours with 10,000 down and good credit I couldn't get approved? Hmmm kind of suspicious. Anyway I should've took the time to read the other reviews on here as well, TO ANYONE WHO BUYS FROM HERE I HAVE THREE THINGS 1) CHECK OTHER PLACES FOR THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE YOU WISH TO PURCHASE 2) READ THE PAPERWORK CAREFULLY, THEY WILL PULL A FAST ONE ON YOU AND 3) LAST BUT NOT LEAST PROBABLY THE SMARTEST DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! read more

I just purchased a car from Royal yesterday and couldn't have been happier. The car i wanted to test drive was tucked 3 cars deep in the lot and they swiftly maneuvered my car out. Bill and Debbie quickly got me financed even wth my questionable credit history. I saw this dealership online. Set up an appointment was told "we have a ton of cars not listed." Drove 4 hours with money and all. While waiting I was told walk around look at the cars. So my surprise when I arrive and waiting another couple was walking out pissed off because of the vehicle they were interested and states is available was not. So I think to myself let me walk around and see if the vehicle I want is around. To my surprise the car was not there other shocker was almost every single vehicle had damage besides 3 high end vehicles. So I think well maybe after all this wont be bad. One gentleman was busy flirting with another saleswoman while she is trying to assist me. So he comes almost as if I was messing up his matching cupid session tells me you need a co signer. I stated well I recently moved her and do not have a cosigner. He goes can't help you go next door. The lady that was assisting me was polite and says whats wrong did he speak with you. I said yes and clearly he is not understanding I work for one a company that is a staffing agency and second I was already advised of the amount I needed to bring. So she goes to help me and they keep repeating well this is all you have down I stated yes serval times. She says well we have a Dodge journey we can get you in for 8 months. The gentleman then comes to me and says well since you dont have more I cant help you even though this is buy here pay here now we are in this office and I am having a creative discussion with this dude to where I tell him your reps or whoever are bringing you customers you guys are ripping people off. The customers is always right when it comes to advertisements he tells me no your not right and unless your going to pay this cant help you. Buyer beware! The price you see on the internet does not include a $1200.00 prep fee. The prep fee from my understanding brings the car up to par so that you can then purchase additional coverage via their warranty. Expect to pay much more than the "base" price. NO DEAL. read more

The Royal Auto Team was very helpful, starting with the receptionist (very important as it is the first impression you receive of the people) We worked with Debbie and Yassir and they provided the best overall experience in the process of purchasing our car. We visited four dealerships initially, some more than once. We made no offers even though one of the dealerships had what we were looking for. (btw, it was not Royal Auto) We were confident we knew what we were looking for and what was a reasonable selling amount and interest rate. We expressed a good attitude and were fair and reasonable towards them and they did the same towards us. They treated us like we treated them. I would recommend Royal Auto based on following: 1. They did what they said they would do. They initially did not have the car we were looking for available but said they would in a couple of weeks. I was contacted as promised, within the two weeks. 2. There was no pressure to buy. They were patient-we test drove the vehicles we were considering several times. 3. They were upfront with the information and cost of the vehicles we were considering. 4. They were reasonable and showed a good faith effort to work with us. No hard lines. 5. They were professional and respectful in all aspects, including their language. No causal profanity whatsoever. 6. The entire process was 2 hours once a decision was made and offers considered. read more

Do not trust them!!! Found they advertised a 2014 Ram 3500 Diesel on the web. Only listed a down payment amount, so I messaged them through there web site. A few days went by no response so I sent another message no response, than I called spoke to Sam. I ask for the cash price for 2014 Ram 3500 witch I had to repeat 3 times, 2014 Ram 3500. He tells me $23,700. I said I will try and make it down there, he told me to ask for Sam. Okay a few hours later, I drove over a hour to get there. I get out of my car and ask Sam to see the 2014 Ram 3500, he points out a Ram 1500. I said I asked about 2014 Ram 3500 Diesel and was told that was not there, and the price he quoted me was for the 1500!!!! BATE AND SWITCH!!! Made me drive over a hour each way just to get me there. Then someone else there tells me they can preorder one for me with a few hundred dollars deposit this is not a new car dealer that can order a truck!!! read more

They don't even deserve one star! This dealership is horrible. I was buying a car from Royal Auto Group the other location first and they ran my credit 3 times, told me I was approved but when I called back I kept getting the run around and being avoided. I tried calling again in August and the phone number had changed to the one in Burlington (red flags). I should have just steered clear. I seen the car on CarGurus. This guy named Eddie who I guess is the finance manager said that he took over my application and I was approved for the car. So I asked what were the payments then he said he will work some numbers and get back with me. Weeks went by so I called back he just kept saying he'll call back. Finally he called and said the bank had an issue with my credit (but first I was approved so I'm confused at this point). I call the "lender" and get that resolved. Next thing I know he says something about my student loans are holding up the process...wtf does my student loans have anything to do with getting a car??? Also that I needed to send him my paystub. Now I've bought several cars before with my student loans so I'm starting to get suspicious at this point. I called the "lender" again and the lady tells me that I've been approved for the car since August 2nd and she didn't know what Eddie was talking about with the student loans. All of the sudden he calls me and says they approved you but for a lower payment than the car you wanted. Mind you I'm highly fucking PISSED OFF because this man told me I could come get the car over the weekend if I send him my paystub which I did. I had also told him what my income was prior to sending my paystub and he still kept telling me I was APPROVED. So I drive all the way there from INDIANA to Jersey thinking I'm getting the car. When I get there he tells me that they didn't approve me and that he needs a months worth of paystubs and refused to sell me the car even though I spoke to the "lender" over the phone and she said I was approved! I'm definitely reporting these mf's to the Better Business Bureau. I think they are running a scam. Luckily I have my credit monitored because I think they are scammers. I don't even think it's a real bank lender. It definitely isn't Wells Fargo like Eddie claims because I have a car loan through them already and Wells Fargo no longer does car loans so it's just a bunch of bullshit going on over at Royal Auto Group! Avoid shopping at this place seriously! read more

They are a terrible group to work with. They lie about making corrections to the cars all for the purpose of getting your to complete the sale. Then the tell you the warranty period has lapsed and they can do nothing. Slick, Oily, Used Car Salesmen. I ended up taking the vehicle to BMW for their correction of the vehicle to the tune of $1,000. You have been alerted to these guys, now, don't act surprised when they treat you the same way. read more

This establishment is inept in regards to customer service. The cars are not serviced properly or checked prior to being put on the lot. Integrity on behalf on the Manager is severely depleted. Bill has a double forked tongue, and appears to be professionally but the aesthetic guise is a muse. My initial interaction should have been a indicating factor to what was to follow. The service department is run by puppets who talk behind Bill's back, but lack the core values that are humanly required to practice good business ethics. I purchased a Lincoln MKZ 2012 that did not start up 2 days later. After getting the battery replaced, two weeks later there was a problem with the braking system. After being told by rudely told by Bill that this was not his problem or even covered by the warranty-I paid for a full brake repair-pads, rotors, front, back-EVERYTHING. I called the next day because the braking system just didn't seem right, and was told that I just had to get used to the car. After having to replace the brake fluid a couple of times, and because I live quite a distance ; I took the car to a local ford dealer because I didn't trust the "Gavones" at Royal Auto Group. After being told by a ford employee that there was an issue with the braking (as initially explained to Royal) , I called and spoke to Bill. He apologized for the lack of response from his servicing center, emailed me my updated warranty then lied to the ford employee by saying that they had never serviced my braking system. He was syrupy sweet-I knew it was a mask. He is not anatomical equipped to be honest. Now we have several components working here...Receipts...and Bank charges...so if my car was never serviced...then the charge by Royal is fraudulent? Right? I emailed Bill back...contacted BBB...notified the finance company (this makes for bad business)...contacted my lawyer...and they just lost a customer. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading prior customer reviews...the night that I picked up my car I paid $100 in car service only to get there and find that they had sold the vehicle that I put my down payment on. Bill has no business ethics, his core beliefs are as rotted as a deer's carcass on a summer day. His appearance of professionalism is just an ego centric shell that cover his narcissistic Sociopathic core that results from inner greed. Please watch how your paperwork is done -the extended warranty is just a bonus, and further rewards his lack of ethics. The service center is a joke, and the middle eastern staff pretends that they do not understand what you are saying. What makes this team cohesive is that the service center...culturally functions on a set of ethics...a win win for BILL...the perfect catalyst for his type of salesmanship! STAY AWAY. I will take to every forum possible. read more

I recently had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle at Royal Auto Group, Haddon Township location. I called to see if the vehicle was still available and was told it was ready for me to come in and see immediately. Upon arrival I was met at the door by salesman Dave with keys in hand and the vehicle ready for test drive. The vehicle was detailed clean and drove beautifully. During the test drive the discussion was about the vehicle and not about money or credit scores as it has been with past experiences of mine at other dealerships. Dave was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicle and able to answer all my questions. I didn't feel pressured and found it to be a comfortable experience. After the test drive I met with Yas who ran the numbers and who was also professional, knowledgeable, and courteous,(funny too). I didn't feel pressured and everything was explained in detail and all my questions were answered in a no pressure, no rush atmosphere. We were quickly able to come to an agreeable number that I was comfortable with. At signing Debbie was also patient and reviewed everything clearly and answered all my question with professionalism. Sam, service manager, made sure my car was in impeccable condition before leaving the lot. The whole the interaction took about 3 hours and I left happy with a vehicle I love. The entire staff from Royal Auto in Haddon Township were a pleasure to deal with. After meeting the owner Basem, who most definitely went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and created a purchasing environment I feel I can trust I can easily say Royal Auto Group Haddon Township is properly named, as they truly treat their customers like royalty. I will be back for my future car purchasing needs and be referring my family and friends. Keep up the great job! Thanks Again, Rebecca B. read more

I SHOULD HAVE AVOIDED THIS SCAMMING SEXIST PLACE AT ALL COST!! Let start this off by saying, I read the other reviews before going to this dealership. I thought well I won't get scammed and I found the car of my dreams for the price I wanted to pay, plus I did see good reviews so I went there to test drive the car and buy it. I had capital one as a finance company. Once we started doing the paperwork, red flags started to flash but i ignored them. The worker Tom told me "capital one is offering you 8 something percent but our company is offering 7.5% and we can include the warranty all for under $188/month." I said 'well yes since it sounds like a good deal.' They drafted the paperwork and when signing, the months listed 72 months. I said "imma call capital one because they normally offer me less months than that." As I called capital one, Tom goes into the office with all of employees. Capital one tells me "your interest rate is 5.6% and You only have to pay $164. We told the dealership that" so I clarified information then called Tom back to assist me. The manager comes out (Tom stares from the office) and says is there a problem? I said yes "I do not appreciate being blatantly lied to. Capital one said ..." he starts getting loud and saying well you're a liar and capital one never told us that and You can leave unless u have a check for the amount" at this point I am livid. I started Claiming fraud of this company especially to lower credit/unknowing ppl. He proceeds to get into my face (I am 5'4) and yells and threatens me. I say "I wish you would hit me so I can sue the shit out of this company" my boyfriend tells him get out of her face. The manager threatens to call the cops and tells my boyfriend "you need to chain this woman up!" I left very upset and hoping to warn everybody in the world about this company. read more

I haven't even begun with them yet! My son is dealing with them, but it seems that they like to give everyone the runaround. They sold a car with the front passenger window unable to go down, not to mention an airbag issue, a headlight out, both fog lights out, and many more defects that they don't repair nor disclose! The disgusting thing is that the warning lights don't come on until you've made the purchase and it's off of their lot....such perfect timing, for them anyway. They really don't want me going there to handle these issues with them because I'll have them shut down at the first word that doesn't satisfy me. It's guys like Bill that give "used car salesmen" a bad name. Here's a newsflash fellas....you are supposed to do right by the customer, who is paying for your services/product as it's these people that help pay your salaries, taxes, put food on your tables, etc. I ran a business for 28 years and it was standing room only....you're supposed to go the extra mile for your customers....they keep you working!!! I'm just waiting to have my chance to speak to them and it's almost a month and they haven't ordered the tags yet, so any tickets will be paid by Royal Auto. **they must buy less than desirable cars because either their not educated in their field or they're just shady and care only about the money. Whichever it is, I'm going to give them an education in ETHICS in business and the proper way to treat a customer. They are COMPLETE SCUMBAGS! They ACT like they're professional and classy but they're nothing but hood rats playing dress up!!! And the trashy female employee has even less morals and ethics...she's used as the puppet to do Bill's dirty work!! Be prepared to get a taste of reaping what you sow!! read more

We currently own a 2010 Subaru Forester that my wife loved, and wanted to get the new model. We had been watching pricing for several months, and we looking at buying one used. Searching on true car we came across the listing from Royal that was a 2016 Forester that had been titled(by a rental company,) and sent to auction with only 416 miles on the car(Information thanks to the free Carfax report.) I requested more information from the dealer with the request that we not be bothered with the barrage of phone calls that other dealers had done when we requesting more information. Dave answered all my questions through text, and email. We decided to make the trip from York PA to Burlington NJ to see the car. We were greeted by Dave, and felt welcome to take a look and drive. On the test drive we decided we were going home with the new car. Sure it was titled once, but with the low miles, and the balance of the factory warranty it is a new car. We were preapproved for a loan at 1.99%, but weren't able to get the pay out on it until the Tuesday after(the labor day holiday.) We wanted to take the car home Saturday, so Yas ran our credit through. Bill spoke with Wells Fargo, and got them to match our 1.99% offer. We were happy that we didn't have to make a return trip to NJ to settle the deal. Debbie did a great job taking care of the paperwork, and after about 2 hours of total time we were leaving the dealer with the car. Thanks for the great deal, and the smooth process. You went above and beyond to make sure our deal was to our satisfaction, and we appreciate it. We will recommend friends and family and hopefully get you more business from South Central PA. read more

RUN FROM THIS DEALER AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I really wish there was an option for negative stars. This place would get it. I never give reviews but this place is so corrupt I had to post something. It seems that other reviewers have had the same bad experience. I found a car on the internet that I liked and was going to purchase it for my daughter. It was listed at 8,942, had 72k miles and was what I was looking for. I drove to Burlington from Yardley to look at the car, test drove it, was ready to write a check when Ed, the sales guy handed me a piece of paper that listed the added costs they were tacking on called "prep fees". The 8942 turned into 10,600. I got up and walked out after telling them what I thought of their business practices plus a few other choice words. I get the feeling they hear this alot from customers as there was no attempt satisfy me at all. Please DO NOT give this dealer any business. There are way too many good dealers out there. read more

I have purchased two vehicles from Royal. This past November I bought a 2013 Benz ML in Steel Gray Metallic for myself- only 17,000 miles, every available option, clean car fax, runs and drives like new- absolutely gorgeous! My wife has been wanting to upgrade her 08 Ford Escape for some time now, I mentioned this to Dan the General Manager, and he promised he would find her an SUV she would be thrilled with. Sure enough less than a week later Dan found a Matador Red 2012 Lexus RX350...an early Christmas present for the wife, she has been smiling ever since. I have dealt with many car establishments over the years- most of which I would like to forget. Royal made buying a car fun again. Both Dan and Bill, and the rest of the guys at Royal genuinely seemed to care about our satisfaction- we couldn't be happier! We will continue to deal with Royal, and we recommend them to anyone. read more

Had been looking for an Audi A6 for quite some time and came across an ad for one that fit my criteria for year and price. I emailed them and received a call from Anthony on my voice mail that was enthusiastic but not pushy so I called back and we agreed I would come look at the vehicle on Saturday. My initial contact was the Thursday prior, I went up with some reservations as we all have when buying a car but after the initial meeting then test drive I was in purchase mode. Anthony and Dan worked the numbers including what I believe was a more then fair offer on my trade. Hour and a half later, my paperwork was done, key in hand and I was easy to roll. Anthony even took the time to call my insurance carrier and get the vehicle added to my policy. I just purchased a vehicle from Royal Auto this past weekend.I received a warm wlecome as soon as I walked through the doors and was made to feel very comfortable. Both Bill and Justin are amazing! They are calm, warm, professional, personable and overall great people!! The process for purchasing the "new" vehicle and trading in my old vehicle was seamless. Very honest and dedicated team...no BS!! My vehicle was SPOTLESS. Waiting for new tags to arrive in the mail but I have total confidence that I will receive them as promised. As I read some of the prior reviews posted I can't believe that we are all talking about the same dealership---toally baffling. Anyway, I have already recommended Royal Auto Group to friends. I was at the end of my lease and needed a new car ASAP. I looked online and found exactly what I was looking for. I called royal and confirmed that they did indeed have this car in stock. As soon as it was confirmed, my husband and I made the 2 hr trip to their lot. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. The car did have some wear and tear, but nothing too bad. The price was very competitive, we felt comfortable making an offer and driving off of the lot with the car later that day. All in all it was a good experience, straight to the point and relatively fast. read more

I just purchased a car from this business and couldn't have been happier with my experience. Anthony was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, dealing with the tedious paperwork to driving the car off the lot. Friendly and honest. Best place I've purchased a car! Better than any big dealership where they never tell you the out the door price and leave you waiting as they pretend to work on the price. John the finance manager really works with you to stay in budget. Great quality used cars and they have all makes and models so you can look at a Honda or even a Mercedes.
