I took my truck in for AC, gas gauge, and front main seal repairs. Those were fixed. But when I picked it up, it was HITCHED TO A TRAILER with candy wrappers in the cabin and bed. They had it 3-4 weeks and likely used it that whole time for personal/business use. Afterward, my brake and reverse lights were dim/not working and I nearly got rear-ended because of this. They failed to fix it. So I had to pay to replace the bulbs myself, but the issue persists--likely a new wiring issue. Everything worked when I dropped it off. But not after I picked it up. I also requested a full inspection, which obviously wasn't thorough. It was street-legal when I brought it in, but not when I got it back. read more

Good prices good service. Have had an honest and quality experience each time I've brought my car in for regular maintenance and service. Probably just an oversight that time but they didn't equalize my tire pressure after the rotation and the back were higher psi than the front- which isn't how my car likes it. I initially took my truck to this shop because they were friendly on the phone unlike other shops near by I spoke with. It became more and more clear that they were the right choice as my experience with them went on. When I walked in the shop they knew who I was and were ready for my appointment right on time. I believed I had a bad wheel bearing as my truck was grinding to a stop when I would turn. After they diagnosed it it ended up being that I somehow had switched the truck to 4WD without knowing and all that was required was to switch it back to AWD. They could have taken advantage of me as I'm not the most savvy with cars. But they didn't charge me a thing. Highly recommend this shop if you're like me and have to trust whatever the shop tells you and hope it's true. Here you will know it is! Thank you Elite! Will definitely be back next time. read more

I would not trust these people as far as far as I can throw them. Writing this after unsuccessful attempts to help my daughter find a remedy to being treated irresponsibly, dismissively and dangerously by Elite Auto. She took her little car in for brake and bearing repair with a quote of about 1800 dollars. They charged her an extra 100 dollars due to overtime to "get the job done before the holiday." As she drove away after having picked it up she noticed a weird noise and wobble coming from the wheels. She called her dad and I, after which we recommended she go back. She went back only to find they were closed early (holiday weekend). She then took it to a tire and break place. The tire and break place did a video showing the wheel wobbling and rattling in a very obvious way. My daughter had no way to get to work on the following Tuesday without her car and it was obviously not safe to drive, so she spent over 400 dollars to get the worst side fixed, (the work that had already supposedly been done) when they took out the bearing that was supposed to be new they found it was an old one that didn't work. Several of the bearings were missing but it was supposed to be a new part. We recommended that she contact Elite Auto after the holiday, to see if they would offer a remedy. We thought it would not be unreasonable to ask for the money back for the bearing replacement, the part that they didn't do. When my daughter began speaking about the problem, Lenny shut her down immediately and told her they don't do refunds. He expressed no kind of sympathy for her plight or concern for the dangerous way they released the car to her and she has to spend another 400 plus for the other side they they didn't fix. Worst experience ever! I had to take my car back four times and they still never fixed the problem after $4K! Then they had the gall to charge me $50 for a new gas cap that was not needed. The last time I took it back they wanted another $1100 for what they supposedly fixed three times. Alpine Foreign Repair only charged me $250 for the same fix. I should have never strayed from Alpine for my Audi. Please STAY AWAY from Elite. read more

READ THIS... before you put yourself through something terrible by working with this shop. I drove my 2015 Audi S3 to the shop to be serviced and diagnostics done. After the diagnostics were run, I was told by Lenny, I had less than 20% compression in my engine, and that the engine was shot. I would need a new engine. (I was told this would run $10,000 for a new engine and $7,000 for a used refurbished engine). I wasn't willing to spend that on fixing my car so I told him I'd be coming to pick up my car. To which he began to act "fishy", explaining that the car runs pretty bad. Btw, when I dropped my car off...it was running fine. As I tried to drive off in my car it wouldn't make it more than 100 yards outside the parking lot. I turned and pulled right back into the parking lot, to try and talk with someone about it. Well, it was 5:02pm and they close shop at 5:00pm...and no one was to be found. So, I had to leave my car there with the key in the overnight box. The next morning, I finally called around 9:30am and the first words out of Lenny's mouth were, that he'd tried calling me but my voicemail was full...LIE #1. I asked what had happened with my car. Why was it running ok when I dropped it off and couldn't barely sputter at 10mph when I picked it up? This is where I urge you to be careful. Any company that takes the route Lenny took with me, shouldn't be trusted...ever...with anything. I was accused by him of treating him like a sub-ordinate. (I had asked him...to please listen to me so I could ask him a question...because he couldn't stop ranting on about the fact that my car had all kinds of issues that just couldn't be repaired.) He told me that I was a "liar" for saying that I drove the car there on the freeway. That I couldn't have possibly with the shape the engine was in. To which I replied that was why I was concerned that they'd done something wrong to my engine. Lenny would accept ZERO responsibility, when I asked them to just try and get my car back to what it was when I dropped it off. He finally hung up on ME! HAPPY ENDING to the story...I had my car towed to the Ken Garff Porsche Audi service center in Lehi, where a certified Audi technician (a foreman of over 20 years) diagnosed and repaired the damage that Lenny and Elite Auto Specialists had done to my Audi, (the coils and plugs needed replaced), he also confirmed that the engine pressure was actually not a problem at all, and a NEW engine replacement recommendation was preposterous and completely unwarranted. Avoid. They put Castrol 5W30 oil on a car that takes 0W40. The 2008 Mercedes C300 Sport can only use MB 229.3 certified oil, which this is not. Using the wrong kind of oil can result in damage to the cams and rocker arms on Mercedes models according to the manufacturer specs. They also changed the differential and cooling fluids on my car and now I'm worried they used cheap substitutes and I have to do it again. Avoid. read more

I took my car in for a diagnostic 2 weeks ago after reaching out to them 4 days prior. To this day, the girl that works there (Chelsea), has still not filed the claim with my warranty company despite my multiple calls, texts, and emails trying to get her to do so. She finally reached out to them yesterday but then sent me a text saying that she hung up after the guy put her on hold for 20 min which is weird because I have called them 3 times over the past week and got through every time within minutes. This shop must be incredibly busy because in 2 weeks she has been so "swamped" that she has been unable to take 20 min out of her day to do her job and call my warranty company to file a claim. She even sent me a text saying that if I were a cash paying customer and paid 50% up front that she would have already had the parts ordered and the repairs started. Do not waste your time with these guys as I have, especially if you have a warranty. This has honestly been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had and I will now be taking my $13,000 repair job elsewhere. I rarely take the time to write reviews so for me to take as much time to write this as it would have probably taken her to contact my warranty company and file a claim, you know they have to be pretty bad. Do yourselves a favor and find a shop that actually knows what customer service is. read more

Zero stars! Terrible service. After 2 weeks of being jerked around, we had our car towed to another shop. The day we went to get the car, the owner drove the car out of the garage. Then opened the hood and messed around inside. When confronted he claimed he was checking things, then when we tried to drive it, the car wouldn't move. We found out later, when the tow truck arrived that he disconnected the vacuum hose. He never returned our phone calls, or contacted the warranty office. He also took an iPhone he found in our car and "flashed it"(what kind of a person does that!?) read more
