They informed me that service was first come first serve but that they did have the part in stock and I could stop by whenever was convenient for me. We got there this morning at 06:55, we were second in line. The service doors opened promptly at 07:00. We were greeted by a gentleman at 07:05, when it was our turn. He took our information and said that it shouldn't be "too long". He directed us to the waiting area and offered us coffee or water. My wife and I sat down and watched the news and chatted for a minute. At 07:30 we were called by the same gentleman and told our Acadia was ready to go. He had it out front, with the AC on waiting for us. He said it was a warranty recall and he would take care of the paperwork after we were gone but didn't want us to have to wait any longer. He thanked us for stopping by and we were on our way. Pulled out of the parking lot at 07:35. Not sure what kind of repair this was or how long it typically takes but was impressed by the customer service and friendly employees. Would highly recommend! Thank you Royal GMC!

I usually come on Saturday morning and get there before 8 o'clock when they open so I won't be waiting too long. My enclave had a recall on the airbag and I've been waiting for the airbag to come in. I've been dealing with Ralph Daniel and he is so professional and always gets back to me. The lobby is very nice with free water bottles and coffee. There is also a charging station for phones. Always come here because I know I'm gonna get my oil changed correctly. It's a little pricey, but worth it for the piece of mine.

I bought a truck here in December of 2020 and came back again in 2025 for a Corvette--because apparently I make excellent financial decisions when I walk through their doors. But the real reason I keep coming back is the service department. Every bit of maintenance on my vehicles has been done here, and they've never given me a reason to even think about going somewhere else. The folks in the back always treat me right--professional, friendly, and they don't make me feel like I need to bring a sleeping bag while I wait. Quick, prompt service every time. People ask me all the time why I don't just get my vehicles serviced locally, like at Tuscaloosa Chevrolet. I tell them the same thing: I like knowing when I show up, I actually have a spot and a plan. Being able to schedule an appointment beats rolling the dice with drive-up service and hoping for the best. And I'd be leaving out an important detail if I didn't mention the handheld donuts and coffee--they're a nice touch to help feed the fatty cells and wake up some sleepy eyes. Truth be told, I don't even wander too close to that area anymore... those donuts are just a little too tempting. At the end of the day, I've never had a bad experience here--and when something works this well, I'm not about to "fix" it by going somewhere else. As long as I'm driving vehicles I bought here, they'll be the ones taking care of them.

last week I schedule a 11am appointment over the phone for an oil change and back brakes.I arrived…read moreat 11:15am and asked if they still accept competitors coupons. I was told "sometimes." I asked several more questions(about the services and charges) and I could tell the service tech was getting agitated. I was never asked if i was staying or leaving however i had a ride awaiting from me. As of 330pm i hadn't heard anything so I decided to call for a status of my car I was placed on hold and someone came back to the phone and told me i would be ready shortly. I arrived at 445pm( the service dept close at 5pm) to pick up my car and I was told my car was still on the rack and wasn't ready and to wait in the lobby ( i was the only person waiting in the lobby from the service ). My car wasn't ready till 521pm( 6 hours later). Well, 8 minutes later at 529pm, while on I-459 in the pouring rain, my tire pressure light came on so I had to pull over in the rain and I got soaking wet to make sure didn't have a flat. What's really going on with Tameron's service department?!!!! This the second incident I've encounter with their service department .What's the purpose of paying dealership charges when you get Walmart auto service department service and customer service. I'm very dissatified with the quality of service i received this past saturday.

How can the dealer have an A+ BBB rating!? I contacted the BBB to find out... Seems that Reviews Don't score At ALL! Seems that 7 consecutive One-Star Reviews Aren't even tabulated! Complaints are tabulated, NOT on how many are Satisfactorily resolved, but rather, Did The Dealer Respond To The Complaimant. ALL the business has to do to receive an A+ BBB rating is basically...respond. Moral of this story: Apparently, any business can be A+, even if their customers consistently rate them as One-Star; just send your complainant an "So Sorry" post card. As for me, I'll take my financial lumps, but will NEVER set foot on their car lot again! I just have to accept that I am personally responsible for them grossly over-torquing part of my Hyundai's engine, breaking it.
