Idk what happened to this place a few years ago they were great, now my car seems worse than it did before I spent 50 bucks. Their register was down and they wanted to write my credit card down so they can charge me later absolutely ridiculous. The girl at the front was very nice so this isn't on her. I'm pretty sure that all comes from the owner. I had to get them to re-wipe down my car because they only cleaned half my windows I paid for my mats to get cleaned. They're filthy and then I look on my receipt and I got charged for being a truck. I drive a Subaru cross trek.... Last couple times I've been here. It's been the same thing every time Car never really gets clean. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Today the carwash left ice caked on my side mirrors and streams of dried carwash fluid across the back of my car. Someone at the shop blamed the exteme cold weather but customers should be notified when the business cannot provide adequate results. I can't blame the crew because they were doing their job in adverse conditions. But management could have stepped up and offered a resolution. Don't get your oil changed by this business. On 11-27-2024 I went in for a simple oil change. They over torqued the oil plug causing $981.53 worth of repairs. When i confronted them with this problem they refused to pay for the repairs that they caused. read more

If zero stars were possible that would be the rating. I hope the owner sees this so it can finally be rectified. My spouse went to get an oil change and car wash. The gentleman assisting seemed to be in a rush when we arrived. After our wash and change everything appeared to be ok. Not too long after my service our check engine came on. Went to another closer service station to where I was and the person said that the oil was jet black and none of the filters were changed. Also oil was Filling my engine. So the $140 dollars we spent at Royal Carwash/Lube they did not complete ANY service to the vehicle. The service to fix the issues caused was $255 in addition to the original "oil change." use this place numerous times since I've lived here, but they are ridiculous. I brought a car that belongs to my mother that I used for my dogs to transport them and the workers all start laughing.. I asked what the problem was and the guy has his earbuds in. Doesn't even understand what I'm saying and could care less.. I have also brought this vehicle prior, and the windows were never washed. I can even tell which employee it was that just walked away, just left the car sitting there, dirty.. I complained to the girl at the front desk looks like she's 12 and she's busy with her phone and also could really care less didn't even call the employees in to have them apologize or asked what the issue was. Absolutely deplorable service. Let me first start off my saying. My intention was to use the self wash in the back behind the car wash. I pulled in the place was trashed 1/2 the stalls were out of order. They also only accepted quarters!!! Today's day and age not credit card slot ridiculous. So pulled out of there and decided I'll go for the wash. I got a full service wash. 19.99 plus a mat service for another 4 or 5 bucks and then of course a Toyota Tacoma is an up charge for another buck or so. Total comes out like 30 bucks. They spend literally less than 30 seconds vacuuming the car. Car goes through the wash every single panel still dirty. I say nothing. Then the guy running all the people drying the car starts screaming move the cars. I said my car isn't done it's still dirty. He got even angrier. I moved the car up and he went over again still missing most of the spots that were dirty. He then basically told me that's as good as it was going to get. Let me also add they didn't wipe down any of the Interior. Which was supposed to be included in my price. These place is an absolute sham. I would keep driving. Don't go here don't use them. Out of principle I will be posting this review everywhere I may even reach out to news outlets. Horrible customer service and even worse car wash. read more

Both my husband and I bring our cars there. I never learn my lesson. The workers don't speak English and clearly, what's clean to the customers isn't what they think clean is. I have to tell them to clean the windows better and I always get disappointed how the interior looks. The last time they sprayed my seats and didn't wipe them. Now I have marks in the leather. The owner better read this and take our advise. I'm going to find another place. read more

So I go to this place this afternoon to get an oil change and they tell me it'll be $100 (extra $20 because of the filter) then they say my car has such a bad oil leak that they can't do it and I need to take it to the dealership. I take my car to Midas, not only is my oil changed, they showed me the leak, said it's fine just get it taken care of soon, I'm not going to end up on the side of the road like this place made it sound earlier, and it only cost me $70. I went here this afternoon 7/24/2021 and paid $25 for my truck to get washed. The outside is fine but the inside looks like they barely touched it. IT'S HORRIBLE! dust everywhere. Nothing wiped down. I have been going here for years and the last few times it has been like this. I thought it was a mishap, but 3 times in a row is enough. It also was vacuumed terribly. Will post pics below. A large car wash facility with a quick lube and a self serve car was, which I'm pretty sure is 24 hours. They have six different car washes to select from ranging from $10 to $47, so they definitely got a good variety. When you walk in after you drop off your car you will notice a large selection of car care products. They have a reef tank at the counter and a Koi pond at end of the car wash to you entertained while waiting for you car to get finished. Equipment is always in tip top shape and the exterior of the car always comes out perfect! Now your probably wondering why there is two stars on this review, it's the staff!! Everything is perfect up until you car gets out of the car wash. Don't get me wrong the people that work there are very nice but, the problem is that they try to cut corners to get the cars out faster! I watched the guy at the end of the car wash air detail only the edge of the trunk, just on one side, he didn't even touch the front so, as soon as I started driving water started to come up from every crevice of the car causing my car to have water stains all over. My dash board was still dirty and the floor was not correctly vacuumed. This car wash has great potential but, someone needs to retrain the staff! read more

Well this carwash was suggested to me, and what a waste of money and time. I paid for the "King carwash", about $36.00 No one except the cashier speaks English beyond "eh?". My car came out pretty much unvacuumed, unwiped along the cup holder, the middle console, and all plastic arm doorjamb areas still had dirt. The trunk was untouched and bugs were still encrusted all along the front bumper. I had to ask them to redo the car and was told to drive it myself rather receiving any help or attempt to actually wash or clean the car. I finally went around again and stood there until u pointed out all the issues I noticed, which took another 15 minutes or so to be acceptable for what I paid. read more

We're do I start pulling up good once your car makes into the wash they shut it off because they are backed up I waited 15 minutes before it started again. You go to the counter the girl with the pink hair yelling the f word every other word. There was woman and kids in the place and she's cursing and rambling on. They did an awful job on my car. They were busy and rushed everything, so despite paying $25 I had to go home and clean the windows, seats, and dashboard again. I wish the pictures reflected what a poor job they did, but i couldn't get the smudges on the windows to show up. The dashboard literally took 2 minutes to clean- something I would expect done when I pay for a car wash. The owner of this place should be embarrassed by this, but judging by the other reviews I really don't think he/she cares. Avoid- much better car washes available locally. read more

Oil change service was a complete rip off. My bill was supposed to be anywhere from $60-$70 with synthetic oil. While I was waiting, the tech told me my air filter was dirty and it would be $20 for a new one, I said okay to change it. I also told her to top off my windwasher fluid since it was low and they charged $5 for that. When I received the bill, it was a total of $112!!! There were three extra fees that they never told me about (environmental disposal fee, "special" oil filter fee, and some other random fee that I don't remember what it was). At the time I just wanted to get out of there and didn't want to cause a scene so I paid it. A few days later I had to go into my dealership for an unrelated issue and they said my windwasher fluid was never filled. Please do not get oil changes here, you'll be spending a pretty penny. read more

Came in for a Carwash and oil change. After $260 of work that was added on which I didn't mind paying to make sure my car functions better... I find my interior (which I paid extra to have added) was barely done. The steering wheel had mud on it the windshield was all marked up the outside windshield still had bird poop and they ripped off the old oil sticker left the residue and slapped the new sticker next to it so it's not even in the corner anymore. Okay so this place is conveniently located on route 23. They get hundreds of cars a day to wash, however The service here is below par. In other words it sucks. The other day I went and spent $50 on their number 4 special full car detail. And when they finished I had to grab the managers attention and explain to them that this wasn't worth $50. If you go here Make sure you get the base package under $20 because if you spend the 50 you're still getting the $20 service. Not worth the waste of time. When you go to a car wash you shouldn't have to wash your car when you get home - this place does not supply a good car cleaning service. If you do go here you're better off going around back to the self-service wash station and take care of your car yourself. That is worth the money! read more

The only good thing about this place was the line was short. Now I know why. 1. Ignore the prices posted on the menu board when you first drive in. Unless you are driving a bicycle, chances are you will charged an up charge. I have a small ford escape. I was charged an extra $1 because they consider it a small truck or suv. If you have a large suv, you will be charged an extra $2. I asked the cashier why my car, which is smaller than a standard 4 door sedan is charged more, she had no answer. 2. They didn't clean my car very well. I got in there was still dirt and stains by the cup holders. I dint think they did anything more than just give the inside of my car a quick wipe down with a damp rag. Save your money and go to one of the many other car washes in Wayne. read more

I go to this car wash approximately once a month. I always purchase the same thing; full service wash, wash mats, and armor all on the tires. The total for these services is $30. Last month, I watched for the guy to armor all my tires, but I didn't see him do it, so I asked him. Apparently, with the language barrier, he didn't understand me and told me it was done. When I get home, I could clearly see that it wasn't done, so I called a spoke to thee manager. She told me to bring it back, but I old her that I was unable to that. Therefore, she told me to return on another day, so they could complete it. Now granted, it's been a month, but I returned today and purchased the same services for my car. When i approached the cashier, I explained to her what happened last time and asked if I could just be credited the $5 today. She told me that she could not do that. I explained that I realize it was a month ago, but I paid for a service that was not completed and, with my hectic schedule, it was just impossible for me to get back sooner. She told me, "That's not our problem." Really? But, it is your fault that I paid for a service that you did not complete. So, I should only return when it's convenient for you? I asked to speak to a manager and she told me he wouldn't credit me either. I insisted that I wanted to speak to him anyway. She called him on the phone complaining about me right in front of me. He didn't even have the decency to come out and speak to me. She hung up the phone and said that he said he'll make sure it's done this time. So no credit was going to be given to me. I said, "It's only $5 and it's not that big of a deal." Her response to me was, "Exactly...it's only $5." I told her that it's about the principle - the customer service. I left and told that her that I would never go there again. Besides all of that, when I got into my car, it barely looked like they cleaned anything other than washing the mats! I stopped and asked if I could drop off my car for maintenance and car was and was told, yes, no problem, pull the car over here, fill out this paperwork, then stop inside real quick and come back when your ready. I walk inside to leave a deposit and then am told that they don't accept drop offs. I then proceeded to tell the lady I wouldn't have done my service here had I not been told I could drop off and she told me to hold on one second while she checked with the individual that took my car. She came back in and said, yeah we don't take drop offs you need to wait. I then proceeded to talk to the owner who could care less about what happened and just said, "we don't have people to move the cars around so you gotta wait". Not one time did anyone say sorry for the inconvenience or act remotely apologetic. I waited for the oil change to be completed, paid my bill, then watched as the technician drove my car to a parking spot which I could retrieve my vehicle from. I will never return to this place and advise anyone that values customer service to steer clear. read more

I'm always disappointed when I go there. I keep going because it's convenient; enough is enough! I always pay $50+ because I have a truck. My truck is very well maintained and this place can't even wipe the dust off properly. Oil stains everywhere from them putting too much and not polishing it in. Bug guts all over the windshield. Bird poop droppings like as if it was never washed. Soap residue everywhere, brake dust still very visible after the wash. They refuse to use the air compressor to blow behind the side view mirrors. As you drive it drips all over the side of the car. ‍ the people are nice and the place looks great. But that's all it has. Can't expect people to keep paying those prices for a bad job........every single time. read more

Will NEVER visit this car wash again, nor will I recommend anyone else to. Back in the late 2000s, I remember when I used to frequent this car wash as a young adult, in my early 20s. My friends and I would always use the self wash, even after hours. During the day, I would get my car washed by the attendants. One day in summer of 2009, I took my car (Mercedes ML320) for oil change and car wash. I left my iPod 4th generation (iPod photo) in the arm rest. After the car was done, I checked the arm rest, and it was missing. I told the owners (two guys at the time, not sure if they even own it anymore, one hefty guy and another fake tough looking guy) At the time I was young, had a nice car, so they probably thought I was lying. I called the police, who filed a police report, but would not search employees. The owners blamed ME for leaving it in the armrest, instead of doing the right thing and checking the employees. Regardless, I have not visited this establishment since then, nor would I ever, and anyone who asks about car washes, I tell them to stay away. Judging by the other reviews, I hope this place goes down. read more

I don't love leaving bad reviews.. I REALLY wanted to like this car wash because it is so conveniently located for me but first experience wasn't the best. Let me just start by saying the place is beautiful and all of the crew was very nice!! They all were polite and smiled nicely at me.. But the price was a little high and my car did not get cleaned as it should have at all. I was left with a very spotty mirror, crumbs still in my backseat, and over all a lot of spots that were not dried on my car (photos attached). I got the second level cleaning called the prince. I was impressed with the machines that were washing the exterior of my car.. they appeared powerful and like they were really cleaning my car well but when it came to the inside service lacked greatly and the inside of my car is usually most important to me. If I liked the cleaning, I was absolutely going to buy the monthly pass and come get it done all the time but now I can't justify spending money to get my car cleaned when I leave with it still containing crumbs and smudges. I might try again one more time. If i do, i will post again. read more

Washes come out just OK, not great, the self serve bays are always in disarray and the oil change guys always cut corners...But hey, at least the prices are high!.. The techs scoot your car out in 5 minutes...Which to me means they are forgetting to do everything on their 20-point checklist..It takes longer to read the list of what they (are supposed to) do... But they do recycle - they reuse my old oil filter and have never changed my air filter...I guess 'going green' doesn't always refer to the environment - it also refers to profit margin... I will not return... And a side note about all the fish tank comments... Koi and goldfish do not make for a better car wash or oil change... I just got my car washed and paid $20 which is a normal price for a good car wash. However, when I went inside to pay, the lady at the desk was cursing and complaining to another employee about her sandwich and how she hated someone the entire time she she was ringing me up. She didn't even acknowledge that I was there. When I got into my car I notice they missed pretty much the whole inside of my car. When I got home I had to dust my dashboard and clean the back of my seats and doors to finish their job. I rather get my next car wash from a blind person then this place because I know they would do a better job. read more
