I went to this car wash years ago and wasn't happy but figured I would try it again. I'm going to highly recommend not to waste your time or money at this place. First of all the interior wasn't vacuumed at all. The rims weren't cleaned. The outside of the car was dripping water everywhere. Never informed that in the small print, it auto deducts from your credit card every month. After getting billed a couple of times, I spoke to the manager, who was polite, but basically told me we're not going to do a thing for me. They are supposed to be very transparent and tell everyone, you are signing up for automatic deductions before you sign. I am now using other car washes and am very satisfied. I see there is another review with the same name and initial. That was not me. I lease cars, to force myself not to hold onto cars forever, which I have done (maintenance ends up being very expensive). So the car I had during Covid, the lease was up. I went to Urban Auto Spa just to clean it out nicely before I turned the car in. There had been some problems with the car and I had not maintained the car on this lease well. They recommended to me that I power wash the floor mats. That was an extra $1 per mat. When the car had been done through the wash, the staff spent a really long time cleaning my inside. I could not believe how immaculate the car looked inside. It was brand new. When I turned in the lease and the dealership inspects the car they commented on how well I kept the car that it looks brand new. This affects the price they put on your turn in! This makes a difference!! Problem: They convinced me to go on the monthly. I had let them know I was turning in the lease and will have a new car later that day, the next time I come in. They said I can switch the car to the new one just give them the plates. For the record, so everyone knows - you can't do that. When you have a contract on a car it is on one license plate. This was explained to me now and I understand the reasoning. It makes complete sense. When I came in for the first time with the new car, I was then told I couldn't switch the car. So I bought a monthly to only use once? Luckily, got to talk to the manager - Scotty. It looked like he was going to not help. I was telling the truth. I was giving a lot of details, but they were their rules. After a while, they did give it to me. They said that contract will end at the month and I will have to create a new contract. Now I know the rule. The rule makes sense. I won't make that error again. Since that time, when I go in, Scotty greets me when I get there. I know he looks out for me. It is like having a friend in the business. But I can also say from the first time I went in, everyone there just does a great job. It is so worth it. I am looking forward to the winter where I won't have to let the salt sit on the car. I plan on my car looking new all year round. Thanks so much! Absolutely worst car wash EVER! I paid for the premium wash and they didn't even vacuum the back seat. I had to ask them to do it after they said the car was finished. Then as I drove away I realized they didn't even wipe down the passenger seat or door. When you pay for premium service you expect at the very least good service. What an absolute joke. The second time around, I literally pointed out the spots that needed cleaning after they said they were done. They kept going back to clean the spots yet missed so much. VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT ! This is Wayne guys not Paterson you expect that type of a customer treatment from a geto neighborhood not a beautiful town like Wayne. I been treated much better anywhere else. You can go anywhere do an exterior wash and simply tell the attendant can you just clean my driver side one floor mat as a favor and tip them. Not HERE. Here under the new management they just want your money. They don't care if your satisfied or not. A SHAME cause under the old Ownership it was actually one of the better car washes. He got an attitude and said no I had to go back and get the manager he told me that if I payed another additional $15 to do it.. the money was not the point is the bad service. Use same cloths for windows and leather seats which is not the way to clean either. They miss a lot of obvious dirt especially in the front of the seats. it's way too rushed and they tend to skip a lot of spots to where I end up cleaning some of it all over myself. Also the Frk lks locations tend to tell you you need things you don't... like new tires. And will then back peddle when you tell them they were just check by someone else and they are perfectly fine for another year at the very least. I have used this car wash for years, but lately it's gone downhill. I most recently paid over $20 for an interior and exterior cleaning. The results were very disappointing. Water spots left on my car and streaks of wax. The inside was not cleaned. My dashboard and steering area were still covered in dust. The floor mats were left with some white residue all over them. I had just purchased a new SUV a week prior and was eager to bring it for its first car wash. I live in Wayne so I brought it to the Wayne Car Wash which is just down the road from my house. The guys up front were very friendly and did a good job of prepping and cleaning off the initial dirt. The machines that they use are good and I liked how I was able to watch my car go through the cleaning process. The lady at the cashier was friendly and after paying for my car wash I had thought all was well... that is until I brought my receipt to the workers who are responsible for drying my car. I handed over my receipt ($18.00 mind you, for a wash and tire shine + tax, no interior cleaning) and gave the gentleman a $3.00 cash tip along with my receipt before any work on his end was done as an incentive to do a good job. Not a thank you was given, rather a poorly rushed job by him and his "amigos". I couldn't have been more upset, my car was still sopping wet with streaks and water marks everywhere from a rushed lazy 1 minute go around. The one gentleman whom I'm assuming was there supervisor was trying his best to correct the lazy errors of his co-workers, however it was still a shit job. I had then tried contacting management at Wayne Car Wash via there websight which offers a comment section. I provided my email address and waited well over a week now for a response from either management or the owner, neither of which cared to respond back to my email. Do not waste your money here, unless you want to go home later and spend 10 minutes of your time doing a correct job properly drying your vehicle. For $20.00 I was expecting a job well done. This car wash is probably the worst car wash, they used the same towels to dry my car and to clean my windows. How is it possible your car can leave even dirtier then before it got there. After I got back in the car because they used old rags, my car smelled like mold. The one kid drying the car literally dried the same spot for 10 minutes. They did a bad job cleaning and didn't even tire shine or vacuum interior. she asked to clean it again but they just pretend that they did something and left so she asked for a towel and cleaned it herself while three of them were standing behind and watching her doing their job for her money.
