You extended an offer for a referral discount. I referred someone, you got paid, and then backed out of the discount. That was the last referral I gave you. 2. In the middle of a prepaid contract, you attempted to raise my prices by $10 per month. I did not appreciate this dishonest practice. When confronted, you defended this position, but agreed to "wave" this increase... "This time." 3. We discussed our next six month contract, Where I agreed that a $10 increase was not unreasonable. Less than a month later, when I went to renew, you attempted to raise the price another five dollars. So let me ask you, would you do business with a company that does this? The services are a gift to my wife. Your standards have decreased. My wife has noticed. Things have been missed. Increasing prices, decreasing standards, and deceptive business practices.
