Pick ups and drop offs for my area are on Tuesday and Friday. I simply leave my clothes in a GAC - provided bag, and my clothes are returned on the next scheduled day perfectly cleaned and pressed. The prices are also reasonable. I trust this place with my suits and more delicate clothes. They are very helpful and when you reach out to them, they are very responsive. They also gave me one free wash for finding out that I was a first time customer. Manager was already leaving and came back to give that customer service. Downside: The only downside is there are only 4 street parking spaces in front. They also don't have any super small 1 loaders.

Removing all four structural sleeve buttons instead of just the bottom one completely compromises the design of this brand-new garment. The owner and her staff is liar's said the blazer didn't have buttons. They also where saying Nordstrom does not have buttons I told her I bought it at macys not Nordstrom. She refuses to replace my blazer. They have no idea what they did with the original buttons. Very disappointed in this business.

She wasn't dirty or having any odor. I got her back home and took her from the plastic bag and she has a pungent odor that strangely resembles Indian spices.
