I brought 3 blazers here and paid $85, which is much higher than most other dry cleaners in the area. All three were wrapped together in one plastic instead of individually, and when I opened the wrap at home, one blazer had noticeable round marks from the dry machine, or once was pressed , don't know how was done. Unfortunately, I didn't check while in the store, and they have a big sign saying they are not responsible once items leave the premises--so there was nothing I could do. I've only used this cleaner a couple of times because it's close to home and convenient, but this experience was disappointing. Between the higher prices and the quality issue, I won't be returning. No good customer service from owner Jeremy. Do not take your expensive clothing here they will ruin it somehow and will not admit to it. I would not be writing this review if the owner would of had given my wife a simple SORRY and admit his mistakes. I guess his pride did not let him so here we go... We left a dress, the owner inspected it very carefully. He even found a very small tiny hole in the back of the dress. When we got the dress back the hole from the back was bigger actually noticeable. And in the front there was a very noticeable pulled string. Owner off course denied it, and kept on trying to say thats how things are, not in a very polite way.... Again do not come here and the place smells like kaka. Please spray some air purifier this local should be smelling clean not like old peoples clothing. 0 customer service from the owner. He even got very worried when we told him about this review. If I could leave zero stars for this cleaners that is what l would rate this place. This is for the royal cleaners in North Miami Beach, fl. I left my polyster dress for cleaning, the owner inspected the dress to the tee when I dropped it off and there was a tiny unpercievable hole in the back of the dress that he made sure I knew was there before I left and I thought I was in good hands because of his attention to detail. Today when I pick up my dress I paid right away big mistake! i was fully trusting it was a good job and then as I'm getting ready leave I look closer and notice that there is a gigantic string that has been pulled on the front of my satin dress and of all places on the front of the dress! This is very noticeble spot and so I calmly ask to speak to the manager. He comes over and i can tell by his body language he is defensive doesnt even greet us and starts mansplaining to me how delicate this particular fabric is and how its the fabrics fault that there is a giant pull on the front. "Obviously it is delicate fabric that is why i brought to a professional cleaner I wanted to say but I bit my tongue "as he continues to mansplain to me about the delicate fabric and starts trying to convince me that there are other damages in the dress that I don't even see at all and then brings up the little hole that was mentioned in the beginning that I already knew was there. Which by the way the hole was a little bigger but I was not bothered by that, what bothered me was the big pull that appeared in the front of the dress after I dropped it off while it was in their possession. They steamed it and it helped a bit making the pull less noticeble but nonetheless it's still there and visible. what ultimately bothered me was how the owner handled the situation .super arrogant personality and how he refused to take responsibility and kept putting the blame on the fabric and not once apologized to me for the inconvenience. I wasnt even asking for a discount for the damages, I took my losses but the complete lack of customer service is disgusting in this place. Not to mention this place smells disgusting you would think a cleaners would be clean that should have been my first GIANT RED FLAG. I could barey breathe as I was standing there . I don't want anyone else to go thru what I did today so I am leaving this review as a warning to others.GO ELSEWHERE if you don't want damages! The dress was stained with water stains thats why I took it to the cleaners in the first place t ! Why would I give u a clean dress to dry clean does not make sense. You are again not taking responsibility for the issue I had which was the damage of the string being pulled on the front of the dress while it was in your possesion . When I dropped it off it had no strings pulled only a tiny hole that i didnt mind and we both agreed that was the only damage when i dropped it off not 10 strings like you say in your reply I would have seen those. I've lived in North Miami for over 25 years and until I found Royal Cleaners I couldn't find a decent dry cleaner. I've been going to Royal Cleaners for over 8 years. They always do a great job; not one mistake in all this time. The manager, the seamstress and the owner are very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this place. read more

Garbage work, zero customers service Terrible, would give zero if I just could... I gave them my skirt to alter it on Wednesday morning, I was supposed to pick it up on Friday. When I came to pick it up at 5:30pm it was not done, no one even touched it and the tailor lady was gone for the day (no I didn't receive even a curtesy call). One of the nice dry cleaning ladies drove my skirt to her house to get it done that same evening and I got my skirt delivered home at 8:30pm. The skirt has a horrible excess fabric on one of mi hips. It is a part of my uniform (flight attendant) and this piece is ruined. $50 for a garbage work read more

It's a shame this place has low reviews. It looks like a motel at first glance. It seems they just never got on the whole social media/yelp swing. Let's help them get ranked up because they deserve it. Popped in and needed a button on my shirt. The woman stopped what she was doing to add a button for me and then was nice enough to give it to me for free. Super nice people in there too. Great vibe. Highly recommend!!! read more

I've been using Royal Cleaners at North Miami, for over 8 years, I take about 60 pieces of dirty clothes from my family every 2 weeks, mostly dressing shirts, trousers, skirts, and lab coats also I have used, them for suits, ties, night gowns, jackets, blazers, even bride gowns, their work is impeccable. I used them for sewing my new pant hems, as well. I'm very grateful for their courtesy, proffesional and personalized services! Less expensive places may be found but quality is not necessarily related to cheap prices. read more
