From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time. Jay was absolutely incredible to deal with -- professional, patient, and just genuinely kind. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) and really went out of his way to make sure I understood the process and kept telling me not to worry. My car was promised to be ready in 24 hours, and he definitely delivered on that promise. If you're looking for an auto shop, I definitely recommend this one.I got two quotes from other places before arriving here, and they were quite expensive with job estimates of 48 to 72 hours.I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jay and his team for the incredible work they've accomplished.
