My colleague held her intimate wedding here. We witnessed their exchange of I Do's with the waterfall on the background. The place was very nice and the fellow guests were friendly. The way they arranged the place was really pretty and perfect. I like the theme. The combination of gold, white, and tangerine made it elegant and easy to the eyes. 1 star less is due to the bathroom facility. There is only one gender neutral restroom. Which is unacceptable. They charge $3000 and say that they are going to help pick up and clean up for $3000. They say you get seven hours, but they try to shorten your time. All you get is a room and tables. The one lady that decided to pick up one thing threw away the topper to my daughter's wedding cake that was custom-made and thought it was OK. It is sad that the groom had to pick up plates from the guest when we were told that that was part of what we were paying for we pay we even paid the extra $200 for the bartender sadly if you just want to pay for a room, they're OK but rudeness they are on top of that.. also they only want Zelle like they're trying to hide something. It is so difficult to find a venue for smaller parties that don't charge an arm and a leg or skimp on deliverables. I highly recommend this venue for gatherings of 40 or less-the decor is fun, classy and inspiring. Food was good, they had a TV to play a video, DJ kept the dance floor full! We had our wedding reception in the larger ballroom and it was perfect (about 105 guests). Rachel and her team were extremely accommodating, she was pretty much available to me via text all hours, all days! We had booked the venue a few months out and discussed decor the month of; I was worried I had waited too long but Rachel never made me feel like I was doing things last minute. We met briefly the month of to go over decor and color schemes; I feel like we only told Rachel a few things and she was able to create a beautiful set up with just those details. They really took a lot of the stress away by having all the tables and decor set up when we got there. They had even created a beautiful backdrop for the photobooth and sweetheart table. The communication between the event coordinators was terrible. I spoke to three different people, and every time I had to explain everything again. They constantly changed things without consulting me. We clearly asked for "Mr. and Mrs." on the stage and our names backstage, but they put "Let's Party" instead. When I requested a change, they did it without the lighting we discussed. hey didn't have enough dishes and there were no bowls at all. In the end, the servers threw our food out without our permission. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. read more

My sister and I rented the smaller venue for our kids high school graduation party. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is the fact that we were able to have the venue all day to set up so that was convenient. Rachel was very pushy from the beginning. When we originally looked at the venue it was dirty so after booking it we asked to see it when it was clean. So we ended up going back when it was (some what clean) to get a better idea on what it looked like. As we were figuring out where we would be putting everything she kept putting her input on what we should do. It's one thing to give advice but not TELL US what we needed to do. And it would have been nice to talk amongst ourselves to put our ideas together but instead she stayed in the venue the whole time following us around. When we got to venue the day of party there was a dead roach on the floor. The table coverings were dingy and dirty on the bottom. The chairs were off balanced and cheap. She has all of her storage right by both bathrooms which looks so tacky with just a dirty curtain covering the area. The wall when you first walk in to the left had holes in it. That is where we put our balloon arch for pictures so we had to figure out a way to cover the holes so it wouldn't be noticed in the pictures. Our party started at 6pm and the bartender didn't show up until 6:40pm and still had to set everything up. This venue is not worth the $1,000 just to rent the space. Everything is bare minimal. It definitely needs some updating. read more

We had an event here and the place and service was horrible. Dirty silverware, dirty food warmers which some didn't work so couldn't keep the food warm. Shady dealing with the alcohol. We paid for alcohol so our guests wouldn't have to but the shady bartender didn't put a sign on which drinks were free as a result the guests didn't know and they were just ordering drinks and our tab was being charged $10 per drink and basically tapped up within 30mins of our event starting. Very shady stuff going on there...no receipts on the amount of alcohol that was consumed. Stay away from this business but if you have to go with them ...Be very careful! read more

The Rose Crystal Event Center was beautiful. We just had our 2022 family reunion there in June. The event center is located in Summerlin in a really nice area. We had over 160 people coming from all areas of the United States. I am from Hawaii and it was so easy to work with Rachel. She made the process so easy. She was accommodating and she gave us a really great rate. She listened to our requests and met our needs perfectly. The venue came with DJ, photo booth, reception area, karaoke, and bar area. Rachel (the owner) is very nice and accomodating and was willing to meet up at any time of the day during the week and give me a tour of the venue! She answered my direct message right away while I was waiting for other venues to message me (and most didn't respond nearly as fast as she did). I appreciate how she answered all of my questions when I met up with her, and even gave me suggestions for a Hawaiian Restuarant since I was looking for a specific restaurant to cater to. Because of the whole COVID-19 Pandemic, unfortunately, I had to cancel my graduation party event, but she was supportive of my decision and took me off the reservation list at no cost. I would highly recommend her since her venue has such a nice area, with lots of parking for guests! You can customize the venue to any way you want it, and she will provide basic chairs with a simple white cloth over then to which you can dress up and down any way you want it. She provides microphone, speakers, and a projector, which you can connect to your laptop to play any music or share a slideshow with your guests. I would put a negative 0 if I was given a choice. The coordination with Blake was good, but Rachel was absolutely nasty, unprofessional and point blunk disrespectful on the day of our event back in December 2023. 1. The Banquet was half done. 2. We were given dirty utensils, no lemode as promised in the contract, no napkins, no utensils until we asked and we were given about 50 instead of 120. 3. We were given dirty food warmers from a previous party. Still with dirty water in them. And the warmers did not work for the first 15minutes. 4. We were promised 2 savers but only given one even though we were charged 10% extra. 5.We had to clear up the tables after dinner as no savers were around to help. 7. Be careful with leaving a Bar Tab. We put $300 down and was gone within 30 minutes of our party , even though only about 5 people were drinking alcohol. We added another $800 only to be told it was gone within 2 hours. 8. They didn't put the air on. We had to open the doors to let cold air in 9. Rachel was nasty throughout the evening when we needed something. 10. We have report our disappointment to the management we are yet to hear anything from them. read more

I went to a handful of places that I found on Facebook before stumbling upon Royal Crystal Event Center, as soon as I walked into the venue I knew I had to book it for my Daughters Baby Shower. I fell in love with the overall look of the venue and the affordable prices were a bonus! Rachel and her Staff were very pleasant people to work with, very nice. AMAZING venue to host any kind of event. I booked this place for my baby shower and it was simply the perfect space for us, since we have a big family and wanted to invite friends, also. We had about 80 people and did not feel crowded at all, there is SO much room to work with. I love that you can be as creative as you want with this place because there isn't a set setting; you can move things around and place tables, chairs, stage and backdrop where you see fit. The owner, Rachelle is super flexible and responds quickly to any questions. My guests were amazed with how beautiful and spacious the venue was and I couldn't have hoped for a better spot to celebrate our little bundle of joy!
