Decent job. Was done on time, and was kept until I could pick it up. Parts of the headliners were not cut out like a hole for the front dome light and a rear coat hook, but other than that it came out pretty good. Personally I wouldn't go back for fabric related jobs, but would recommend wraps and paint. read more

After much effort and expense It is clear that JOe intentionally sold expired paint to me, costing me much distress and $1900 of my hard earned cash loss of income . I was lied to and coerced every step of the way, He sold the kit under New , Unopened Condition. This is the farthest from the truth. The well used instructions that were in the box stated in bold print . shelf life is 6 months. He declared 3 years when asked this exact question. He intentionally sold me expired material. I opened a dispute on Pay Pal and he took it to a claim instantly and then he threatened me, and abused me in messenger writing with a very clear discriminatory statement about being tired of dealing with the people in the US especially. . He said he would slander me in my professional community. So I ended the complaint . It's not every day someone threatens you. I regret ending this dispute. .. I had all the communication to win . So now I am here, he has lied and lied and continues to lie with no intention of honoring anything he says . Don't buy from or associate with this man. He is a liar and a thief. I have every communication with time stamps that prove this . They are a matter of public record and public they will be . He told me he would then replace the chemicals for the kit and he did not. Next , he asked if I would mind working off the kit if he could send customers. Of course he did not. I hope he is part of the BBB! I fully intend to recover all damages. I would not recommend this shop for window tinting. Took my 2013 Focus hatchback there on 3/12/2016 to have the side and back windows tinted. The owner (Joe) lied to me multiple times. He stated the guy he subcontracts has 20 years experience, while the guy who actually does the tinting claims he's been doing it for 10 years. Joe said it would take 3-4 hours to complete, however it took them 8. He even called me after 4 hours and stated they needed another hour, however it wasn't until 8 hours after i dropped the car off that i got a call that it was done. One of the excuses Joe gave as to why it took so long was because of removing trim pieces, which is a complete lie because the tint was not tucked behind the trim and i have photos and the car to prove this. There are bubbles in the tint, cut lines look bad, the corners are clipped, and the passenger side rear window showed a half inch or larger gap between the tint and trim when the window was rolled down. Went back to have them fix the windows and they would only fix the one, and the guy put the wrong shade on the window. Ryan even stated when i went back that they try to complete the tint jobs without removing trim. Huge waste of time and money going here, and I strongly recommended going elsewhere. read more
