ALL the staff go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. Procedures are explained very thoroughly, which alleviates a great deal of anxiety. Before any work is done, they go over your record, asking if there have been any changes to your health, current medications, etc. They're always asking "Are you okay?" or "Do you need anything?" or just stop when you signal to ask a question or take a breather. They never "dismiss" you and listen very carefully to anything you need to convey. (That's a HUGE plus in my book!) Compassion & quality time are first and foremost. Their finance department makes all the charges understandable and will set up the best possible payment plan for you, if that is what you need. If I could give TEN stars I would!

Perform procedures w/o customer's prior knowledge of cost. Lie about cost. Complete disregard for how their incompetency and errors very negatively impact the patient. -------FAKE nice. Manipulative. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Never take accountability or apologize for wrong-doings and excessive "mistakes." No empathy. Always trying to cover their 'you know what.' I had them do some work on my teeth which was excellent, however when I got the final bill, I was told they were not in the network and the cost to me was excessive due to the dishonesty. I have insurance that covers most of the dental cost if the dentist is credentialed in Mass. The dentist I had was not credentialed in Mass, therefore I had to pay out of pocket for 3/4 of the work I had done. I had no idea until I spoke with my insurance company who told me they know when they are not credentialed as a dentist. As an elder, I expected the team to be honest, that was not delivered. I hope this will help others in both young and older age groups when seeing this review. The work is great, the team apparently have no problem with dishonesty and taking elders money from them. Please be honest to your future patients and stop taking advantage of the elders! I informed all of my referrals to you of this so they can make informed choices due to this misconduct.

Or maybe Elsie just didn't give him the message that I required a call back? I have never dealt with a more frustrating office in my life. I would avoid at all costs.

However, if you are in the working world, it is not okay. I saw Dr. Vo. Dr. Vo's background is extremely impressive, especially considering she is so young! First impressions, I was not impressed. Everyone has an off day, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. The second time I came in, it was much better! She's not very talkative (which is fine, because I hate when they ask you questions and you got stuff all up in your mouth). I had my cleaning done that day, but was able to squeeze in a follow up appointment for a filling as well. For my first appointment, they gave me a water bottle as a welcoming gift. Pretty good marketing strategy, I'm impressed. I will be returning for my second cleaning of the year!

He used to be one of those people who avoided seeing the dentist unless there's pain. He thinks they're all the same, but they're not! My previous dentist would point out certain problems, like a chipped tooth and receding gum lines but never bothered to suggest any treatments other than an expensive mouth guard to keep me from grinding my teeth at night. It really annoyed me that he made a joke about my chipped tooth. One of my fillings started to wear down and became sharp like a dull saw. Luckily my previous dental office had a long wait for openings and I managed to book an appointment with Dr. Yousef for an earlier appointment! After a cleaning and assessment, he noticed my chipped tooth, receding gum line and immediately had treatment plans in mind. Dr. Yousef fixed my chipped tooth, smoothed down my chain saw molar, and filled in the deep recesses of my receding gum lines, which would avoid Gum Graft Surgery in the future. He did all of this in less than one hour!!! I was amazed!!! Also, I love that he's polite and respectful and doesn't make stupid jokes like my previous dentist, even though he's not a very talkative man. Btw...I opted for no local anesthesia because I hate having a numb mouth for hours. I really appreciated how gentle, quick, and efficient he was. The dental hygienists and front desk people are also very nice. Highly recommend Family & Cosmetic Dentistry!

I proceeded to call and verify with my carrier as it has been used numerous times before and has processed many claims. Verified my information offered to drop off my member services card and was given a rude answer that they could not do anything. I tried to hang up and maybe get another operator to give my information over to perhaps my name was incorrectly spelled instead this person had the same attitude claimed they heard me "badgering" their coworker. Just very rude in general. Poor customer service skills.
