My husband and I have been needing a new dental home, and after reading the reviews for this place opted to come here. Upon entry, the place was clean, bright, and modern. The woman at the front desk was very helpful in getting us checked in and assisting us as our current insurance was ending that month. My hygienist was pleasant and went into detail issues she saw. I'm one of those patients who love a good, deep cleaning and she did not disappoint. The dentist was thorough with his plan of care with me, and answered all my questions regarding it as well. My husband is someone who is hard to please, and he stated he would like to stick with this office after his experience with his appointment as well. Dianne is a super excellent hygienist. she did an extremely thorough cleaning and was very gentle the whole time. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. This dentist office isn't just your typical. The amazing staff, specifically Natalia and the doctors have been more than I could ask. I had a huge extraction and the level of care I have received BEFORE treatment, DURING treatment, and even AFTER treatment has been over the top. This office goes above and beyond for their patients. Natalia was very reassuring, personal, and just that comfort you need when you undergo a scary procedure. The dentist Dr. Lewis, isn't your typical dentist. He made sure I was comfortable, taken care of and even after the procedure with concerns he was VERY easy to get in touch with and never made me feel like a burden even with his such busy schedule. This is the best dentist that I have ever been to and it's not even close. Both Dr. Lewis and Dr. Jon are absolutely amazing and so welcoming and friendly. They really do make going to the dentist a much more relaxed experience and their level of care is top tier. We were referred to Dr. Lewis from our periodontist because we had a very complex case and we needed someone to help us with the final steps of getting a denture. Our case was made more complex by the fact that our previous situation ended up with a set of failed implants, bone loss, and an office that was extremely rude and kept asking for money even after they screwed up. Dr. Lewis and his office were upfront and honest from the very beginning. Once we had paid the amount for the procedure there were no hidden fees or costs that magically popped up and we were fully taken care of. The ladies at the front desk Carla and Joanne were incredibly patient and kind. They were willing to be flexible with our schedules and truly made the experience that much more transparent and smooth. The total procedure ended up being about 6 months to get the denture and adjusting it for sore spots and making sure that it was comfortable. Dr. Lewis was friendly and kind every time that we had an appointment which was about once every week and for someone that is working 10+ hours a day to have amazing bedside manner and still provide exceptional care shows how professional he is. He even brought in colleague who was a specialist in complex cases such as ours to make sure that everything was okay before we attached the denture. Dr. Lewis has gone above and beyond in every way possible to make sure that every little detail was taken care of and we could not be happier with the end result. If there is anything that I am upset with it is the fact that I can't give them a higher rating. This has truly been a one of a kind experience and both my family and I will be coming back for a long time. The dentists and staff are attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and take their time to provide great care and explain everything. This practice is by far the most OUTSTANDING dental experience that I have ever had in my life. At the age of 70, I have been to a myriad of dentists, both for myself and my family. The dedication, sincerity and professionalism within this organization exceeds any place that I have been before. It was obvious from the moment I stepped in the door that EVERYBODY was caring and empathetic. These two brothers are the Best!!! We went there for an emergency. They got my husband out of pain right away and cleared up the problem. I just had a real emergency where my tooth needed to be extracted . I called for help and they saw me in a matter of hours. I can't thank them enough . First of all, this practice is highly, highly recommended for the professionalism, state of the art equipment, and friendly staff that feels more like family than a business. I've lived in the area and have been a patient for over 30 years. The original owner looked high & low to find Dr's who would carry on his excellent care. I have recruited lots of family, simply because this office will give you the best dental care in the area. However, on a personal note.... 3 years ago I spent a few days in a hospital recovering from an unrelated injury and I received a Get Well card from my Dentist and his staff !!!! Today, while I was heading up in the elevator, I dropped my keys and they disappeared into the dark crack between the elevator floor and the lobby floor, down into the elevator shaft. I walked into the office saying "I have a big problem". While I was in the dental chair, Carla & Elizabeth rigged up a device, got on their hands and knees and Elizabeth fished my keys out of the shaft! HA! The biggest thing that seperates his practice from other Dentists I have come in contact with is the "Family" approach received from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Tom has been my dentist for over 13 years, and take care of my whole family - my wife, and my daughter and son. He is very personable, takes interest in getting to know you, and knows his stuff. He hires good people to support him and his patients and I feel my teeth are well taken care of. My neighbor referred us to him when we moved into our previous house.
