I declined that. And I go to pick the bike up, and the bill is about $30 more than we discussed. Even though there wasn't any extra items added on or anything, they tried to charge me more for the part than they originally told me. They tried to charge me $60 for the part instead of 20. The work was decent but just the whole experience was rougher than it should be. I'm a person that checks my bill and I don't appreciate it being like 30 dollars more randomly when it's not expected. Long story short, the work was decent, but I was charged more than I was originally quoted, and they tried to upsell me twice. The chain is not skipping like they indicated it might currently. Maybe It will later, but I don't believe the parts needed to be replaced yet.

Simply called in to inquire on a bicycle they had listed, asked if there were any deals/offers they could make on it as many bike and fitness equipment stores offer individual deals depending on your willingness to buy/sales quotas they are still missing/price of the item you're buying - they simply responded with "good luck trying to buy a bike for this price anywhere else". The person on the phone had a bad attitude the entire time. Customer care has left the chat. Uhhhh ok? and then we asked if there were any other bicycle deals or good quality bikes we could look into and the salesman responded, in these exact words: "well are you rich?" Are you f-ing kidding me??? Who talks like that to a person they don't know, much less a person you're trying to make a sale to? Guess they already met their sales targets for the month so they didn't have to try to even be nice or even just civil. Gross behaviour - would rather pay more elsewhere than line the pockets of people like this.

He took the time to answer all my questions (silly ones and all) and was honest in the advice he gave. All of Andy's staff are also helpful and knowledgeable especially Ryan who took the time to help me pick out the perfect bike helmet while Andy was getting my bike ready. Before making the purchase, he asked great questions to determine what type of bike would fit my needs then showed me to those types of models. I was able to ride a couple of bikes to get a feel for the difference and determine which I liked better. In the end I went with the purple 2017 Specialized Vita model in small. It rides so smooth, is comfortable and brings back that feeling of freedom, pure joy and FUN! I had forgotten how amazing it feels to ride a bicycle since I haven't had one in over 25 years!! I'm so looking forward to taking this awesome piece of perfection on the road.
