Chicken Palooza, key word "palooza" an exaggerated event. $17 for 8 pieces with logs and biscuits. You could have put 2 in the bucket and still had plenty of room. Too much a rip off to call it a joke. Tiny pigeon pieces, 4 decent logs, the rest were slivers and skins, but there was 12. they had to haul the biscuits from the freezer, musta been a couple hundred in the 2 foot cube box, into the pressure air fryer heater contraption for 45 seconds, and into the half empty bucket, yummy. If you have a Royal Farms loyalty card, there's no way to put in the number manually at the pump or enter in your phone number for alternate lookup. You have to have the physical card, which is annoying. I have the Royal Farms app, which shows my card number in full, but there's no quick way to communicate that with the kiosk at the pump. The gas station is very large. It was under construction between the pumps and the convenience store so getting from point A to point B meant walking into oncoming traffic. I had earned enough points to redeem a yogurt parfait with granola so I went inside. I also saw that they had a huge assortment of gift cards and I ended up grabbing a few for purchase. The cashier initially told me that they take cash only and pointed me to the ATMs. I didn't want to touch an ATM or retrieve cash. I always pay with credit cards. I said that there was a sign that said cash, credit, or debit. He insisted and then I showed him the sign and then he had to call the manager. The manager rang it up correctly. Why was that so hard? When I worked retail, I never insisted on these kinds of things. There was literally a big red sign indicating the accepted forms of payment. The gas at Royal Farms is generally cheaper than at places like BP and Exxon, so I got a good deal for the premium fuel. read more

Already starting the new year off with some bad reviews. Royal Farm store on 6901 Governor Ritchie High way. I was so upset and disappointed with the food I had paid $15.53. I had ordered 2 Veggie Wraps with onions, and I was upset when I bit into the wrap. There was nothing inside the wrap but onions and some yellow-looking Sauce. There were no lettuce tomatoes green pepper or red peppers nothing just a plain wrap with raw onions. This is why I stop going to Royal farm. Was accused of stealing. Was told you "ring up what was in my pockets". I'm in pj's and the only pockets I have held my call phone and wallet. I said "I'm pretty sure I don't need to rebuy my wallet or phone". She asked me if she wanted me to check the security cameras and said this in a threatening manner - clearly indicating that she thought I stole. I laughed and told her to go ahead. I finished ringing up my 3 bags of chips, paid, and stood there waiting while she stood behind the cigarette stand. I guess checking security? After a few minutes I asked if I could go and she quietly said "sure" in a way that implied she still thought I stole. Sorry, but wtf did I steal? My tits? Came here with my girlfriend to get some western fries. Upon entering the parking lot i starting thinking about how good this store might be. Because there was trash blowing all over the parking lot. Upon entering the store the employee at the register just looks at you. No greeting or anything. I walked over to the food area and I kinda seen it coming judging by the parking lot. The food looked like total crap and it looked like it had been sitting there all day. I asked my girlfriend if she still wanted it and she said YES. I was like okkkk. Yet again another amazing experience at this store, and you should read that with the largest amount of sarcasm possible. There's hardly any good staff here but I actually had to ask CHRISTINE what her name was today because I am so tired of her disgusting attitude. This will not be the first time I let corporate know about the circus of a staff that they have and I'm sure it won't be the last since this is, so unfortunately, the closest place to my job that has all of the products I buy daily. I stopped in Royal Farms at 8:20a.m. on Thursday, May 11,2017. Question: Why aren't the employees asking black consumers if they have a reward cards. This was my 3rd visit and I witnessed them asking white consumers but not a consumer of color. They even sign white consumers up, but never mention a thing to people of color. It happened to 2 other people of color before me as well. Why is this? I mentioned this to the cashier and he said because some people don't like to be asked and told him never to ask again. This is the best Royal Farms chicken and food spot I know of. The customer service is as expected from a good food fresh and fast store. The car wash is hand down the best in Glen Burnie and there is ample parking for customers as well as 16 pumps for you to use when purchasing gas. Excellent place. read more

Ok so it's midnight on a Saturday and it was not super busy, but all three employees were outside smoking. I go inside and hit up the hot food touch screen to order some cheese fries. Then when I go to pay they all pile in with a lovely cloud of smoke with them. One goes behind the counter to ring me up and the other two go right to start filling got food orders. Went to this location at 1130pm on 7/17/2018 and there was only one person working, who informed me that the deli was closed even though there was plenty of hot food ready. I went in today (7/18/18) on my lunch break, wait 31 minutes for fries and a sandwich. First of all there is a homeless living out front of the store for months. In the evenings he lives and sleeps in side the store Where people are supposed to be able to sit down eat.
