Whenever you walk in or hit their drive through, the path is marked with these awesome inspiring messages both outdoors and indoors. I am SO excited about this location. It's located right near BWI airport and off 97. My church i5city is located literally 3 min from this location. So I can imagine I will visit weekly now. They are open 4:30am- 10pm M-F on Sat 5:30am-9pm and on Sun 5:30am- 8pm. Brand new location has only been open for 4 days. So everything is literally new! I stopped by on Saturday at lunch time and was literally the only customer. I went the drive thru because I wanted to test it out and also because it was leg day at the gym and I could barely walk (if you know you know). So ordering was seamless. The very nice cashier took time to answer my questions about when they first opened and their hours as she took my order. I got the grilled cheese and a strawberry refresher drink. No issues there (also forgot to take a pic because I was so famished) next time! As in tomorrow because I'm going to church! Was very happy about the size of the drive through, especially if you have a larger suv/truck or something you wont have width clearance issues. They are located next to an Allstate so if you scrape up your car then you could file a claim. Jk. There is open seating outside at the end of the drive through. The only thing I can say here is I really hope people pay attention exiting the drive thru and walking if they happen to try and parallel park next to the store. There's not a railing or barrier between the curb and the drive through, but there is on the other side where you park your car. Btw- parking spaces here will be tight, but I think that's why it's a drive thru location. As I started to drive away. I decided I did want to see inside. Okay, I dragged my legs and body inside to take these pics for ya. So you're welcome. No issues there. Well lit and clean facilities. While inside they mentioned to me that this coming Friday would be an event for first responders but open to anyone as well from 5-7pm. Ordered at the drive thru, waited 5 minutes for no one to come and take my payment. Went inside and told them I ordered via drive thru but no one opened the window. Not so much as an apology. Just acted as if that was common. This location regularly runs out of product and is slower than most other Starbucks. Baristas spend more time joking with each other than making drinks. read more

We had a great experience. We went through the drive through and we had a large and complicated order. As a partner I have a very complicated order of course. They were patient and when the first barista was having a challenge understanding what we were asking for, another barista jumped in and we had a good experience and we all were smiling. It was great and our drinks all came out great. I would definitely go back to see this crew. read more

Do you have a problem if the staff knows you by name and knows your order? Asking for a friend. Yes, I've been there often enough. Can't remember the last time I ordered at the counter as I find the mobile app more convenient and I can take my time making my choice without holding anything up. I'll walk in and maybe chat a bit depending on who's around and how busy things are. I've never seen a barista without a smile when dealing with a customer and the environment is very upbeat. The store is busy from time to time when I drop by and I have to wait a bit, but it's a business, it happens and I can easily see the constant swirl of activity such that I often feel guilty about asking for a pup cup. read more

My second time here. As soon as I walked in this morning, I was greeted by a woman with the brightest smile and most genuine hello. She was so cheery and kind. Then as I was grabbing my drinks, another barista with the same bright energy complimented my outfit and it truly made my day! They just opened yesterday ! This place is big and spacious and right next to all the businesses for Cromwell park. Behind the royal farms. I love the open area. Its brand new so its modern design and cleanliness is A+. They had 7 staff members ready and taking orders for drive thru and front register. I opted to go inside to check it out. I was greeted by every staff member. Very friendly and bubbly . The gentleman took my order quick with no hesitations I got a speciality frappe but with almond milk instead and no whip. I also got the bacon and gouda sandwich which was heated and handed to me in 2 mins ! My order had whip on it however although it stated no whip but it's okay the friendly customer service trumps any little mishap but if u have allergies just check the sticker on ur cup before leaving. the drive through line takes forever to get your order! i don't know if they're short staffed at all times or what but everytime i come here I'm waiting 20 + minutes in the drive through for one grande drink with nothing extra added just an espresso and cream so why does it take 20 plus minutes to make that? this store needs to figure out their staffing and hire more people or figure out a system that works for me the drive through customers. read more
