This place is super relaxing. Much nicer than others in the area. Super clean, and the staff is very accommodating and polite. It is true serenity in there. Also, even though you are next to someone, it is semi private. They have a punch card that you get a free massage after 10. They also use hot stones on your feet after a generous long foot massage. They are very in tune to asking the customer what they need, so they can pick the right massage person to accommodate your needs, whether it's deep tissue, or medium pressure, etc. I very much enjoy coming here. Great deal! I checked this place out because of the groupon and it was SO worth it. Everything was clean, the massage was swift and professional. Not creepy at all.... I went in for a 60 minute foot massage, expecting little for a foot massage, but left feeling wonderful from head to toe. The best deep tissue massage ever! My 60 minutes covered not only my head, face, shoulders and legs, but my back as well. My masseuse was very good! The place is very well kept. The atmosphere at Royal Foot Spa was one of relaxation and total comfort. The lady at the front desk and the Masseur were very friendly. Not to mention the massage itself was superb. First my feet were soaked into a bucket of a warm water and then they massaged over my whole body. The Masseur was very caring, asking me if the pressure was okay. You get what you pay for remember that ! $45 for a 80 minute massage, it was absolutely impeccable clean like spotless very very nice inside ! Let's just start off by saying the guy that did was massage was WAY WAY WAY to rough, did not speak English at all he had to go and get the lady at the front desk so he could understand what I was saying. These massage techs are NOT LICENSED ! I REPEAT THESE TECHS ARE NOT LICENSED THEY ARENT MASSAGE THERAPIST, so truly you get what you pay for, I will forever go to someone who is a licensed massage therapist and knows what they are doing my body hurts so bad, my back arms and thighs cause of how rough this guy was on me it was absolutely unbearable, not to mention they put a little towel over you no blanket, nothing just a little beach towel over you while your getting a massage, I was absolutely FREEZING MY BUTT OFF it was so cold ! I'll never come back ever again I'm glad I learned my lesson, and hope you read my review and realize this is not a licensed massage therapist place please please please pay the extra money and go somewhere that knows what they are doing, awful experience im in so much pain :( read more

It's okay for the price. I've been going to this place for a long time and the quality has gone down a bit. In the beginning, the place used to be very quiet and everyone was smiling but as this place started to get popular, the place is very loud when you're trying to relax and they frown at you if you don't tip them well. I go for massage about once a month and have been to multiple places by now. This place was not the worst (I would give the massage itself 3 stars - way too rough even for the deep tissue massage in my opinion). However, I gave them 1 star for experience, particularly humiliating experience, my friend and I received when we went there. Usually when I review places, I consider the following criteria: interior, initial service, and overall experience. Interior: Very modern and welcoming. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Initial Service: As I already mentioned, I would give the massage itself 3 stars. Overall Experience: The receptionist was nice at first and warmly welcomed us in. Then we waited about 10 minutes and were invited to the massage room. After massage, we thanked or technician and left the tip on the massage bed (I don't believe our tip was noticed until later and I will explain why in a second). As we left the massage room, we headed to the exit (our massage was prior paid through Groupon). The receptionist was on the phone so we just smiled and waved "bye" and "thank you". As we made a few steps outside of the door, we heard someone busting the door open behind us and screaming so the entire plaza could hear "Excuse me!!! Excuse me!!! Tip is not included in the price of the Groupon, you must pay separately by cash!" (That was the receptionist and our masseuses). We turned around and explained that we already left the tip on the massage bed. Right away they went back inside. We felt humiliated and very uncomfortable since people around were turning and listening to what just happened. Until now I have a very bitter feeling about this place and even though the massage was not horrible, I would never come back there. Did not enjoy the 90 min massage done by a guy who barely spoke never used elbow! Was not much of a deep tissue at all! Very disappointed! I stopped by on a whim and they had a no show and the staff was very accommodating. I spent a ton of time on my feet the past few weeks so I was looking forward to a relaxing foot spa. The majority of the time was spent on everything BUT my feet unfortunately. .and I ended up with a deep tissue massage that I didn't want. Day after and my lower back is so sore that I'm on the couch laying on a heating pad. I'm sure this is something that some people would love....but it was not what I was looking for. read more

Did not like the guy that worked on me. He was rude in his comments about weight. Massage was only fair, and the woman at the desk demanded to know what tip we had given to the guys. She demanded a tip saying it was required. I actually had a tip ready but hadnt given it due to the rudeness. She demanded one!!!! Dont go there. read more

Horrible service. I have never been chased down by anyone for a tip.The owner (lady in front) was very rude and unprofessional until the minute we walked in. From the moment our massage was done until we were walking out looking for an ATM she asked us continuously for a tip. Tip is optional not mandatory and no one should ever feel obligated. Was a little apprehensive, but had an awesome experience. Greeter was super nice, and the guy that did my massage was great. I wasnt sure how to dress. Capris,shorts,or leggings you can pull up are a good choice. Any shirt will do,they massage over it. At the end they massaged with the elbow, and that was a little too hard for me. Next time I'll ask to skip that part, and I will be back. The room was darkened and although there were several chaise lounges with footrests, I was the only one in that section so it was private. I'll begin by saying that the establishment is clean, managed well, amd the service - more than satisfying. The 2 stars are for the rudeness of my masseur. Here's our 'story' in a short version: I had bought a package for my hysband and I as an anniversary gift. He had never been to a massage place, but I was happy that he liked the service after the first appointment. We considered doing this on a monthly basis, like ... date night. But the second time around came with a terrible experience: after the massage, we tipped our masseur/masseuse. The service was $28 and the tip - $5, that's 18%. I don't get tipped at my job, so I considered to be nice enough with the 18% I tipped. Unfortunately, the guy wasn't happy, looked at the $5 bill and sarcastically snickered '"$5? Huh!" The owner, who was standing right next to us, said something in Chinese and he stopped. But I felt terrible. Needless to say, we never went back. A business that has the impertinence to expect tips of 35% (as per the sign at the front desk!) will not be on our list!!! read more
