Their service was top notch. They picked up, inspected, repaired and cleaned all of rugs using only the correct materials to preserve the value and integrity of rugs. They also cut new pads to further preserve the rugs. When they delivered the rugs, they made sure the pads were correctly placed, moving furniture to make sure the placement was perfect to highlight the beauty of the carpets. They also have locations in San Francisco and San Rafael which makes them extra convenient. In addition to cleaning, if I were in the market to buy or sell a rug, I would definitely go to one of their locations. They know antique carpets! Will definitely use them again.
