Since this location is the closest to our house, I've continued shopping here and tried to overlook those experiences. I'm giving 3 stars because there are also employees who provide excellent customer service. Oscar is always friendly and welcoming. He smiles every time I need assistance, especially when the self-checkout isn't working properly. He is patient, helpful, and professional. Brianna is also very kind, as was the younger lady working on the evening of 6/1/26. The positive attitude and customer service from employees like Oscar, Brianna, and the other team members are the reason I'm not giving a lower rating.

I called with a question regarding a prescription that had been canceled after the pharmacist…read morecontacted my doctor. I was never notified of the cancellation, so I called to understand what had happened. At CVS, you need to leave a message and the pharmacist will call you back. They called me back in a timely manner, which is appreciated, However, as the call connected, I overheard the pharmacist making disparaging comments about my voicemail to another employee, and they were both laughing about it. I was shocked and found it unprofessional and disrespectful. When I addressed what I had heard to the pharmacist, the conversation quickly became confrontational. Rather than acknowledging my concern, the pharmacist became defensive, stating that she was the one who was offended - justifying her rude and combative behavior. I couldn't understand why she was the one who was offended (is it because I called out the behavior?) When I asked for her name, she replied only, "Pharmacist." I clarified that I was requesting her actual name, at which point she hung up on me. I immediately contacted corporate to report the interaction. Patients should be treated with professionalism and respect, especially when calling with questions about their medications. A simple apology or professional explanation would have gone a long way. As a result of this experience, I transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed in the way this pharmacist spoke to me, I hope she doesn't treat people this way on a daily basis.

This Cvs has been a staple in my life the past 16 years…read more Scott in the beauty section is always very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He gives amazing recommendations. And, he made my day today. Thank you Scott! It's the cream de la crème of Cvs's as they carry items most don't and they are open 24/7.

I have been a customer at this location for MANY years. I get a prescription sent to this location…read moredue to the location I get most of my meds is pretty much always out, been doing this for over 6 years. Got my refill sent these today, out of nowhere I was told that will not refill it because I get all my meds at the North Hollywood location. Um huh? He was rude and didn't even listen to me. Told me to call my local CVS and tell her to transfer my order and he will send the medication to there. . The second call was the kicker. I call my local pharmacy, she was dumbfounded, told me this prescription was not able to be transferred and that I need a new one from my doctor. geezus, do they speak to each other? SO, I call back Woodland Hills. I asked to speak to a manager, oh guess what, she left..of course. I spoke to some lady who was ruder that the first dude. Now, all of a sudden, they don't have my order anymore, even though I see it on my CVS app. At this point, I am beyond frustrated. Hung up with zero resolution, I then called CVS Caremark, who runs my prescription, she had NEVER heard of CVS doing this. This is still CVS and not a whole different pharmacy. She gets nowhere. You would think they would give me the courtesy of filling this due to being out and NEVER being told this "policy" NOPE, UNWILLING TO HELP ME. At this point, i will be calling my union today to see what other pharmacy is covered by my insurance and I will be transferring out of CVS, This is all due to the 2 "customer service" reps at Woodland Hills.

I also loved the new self check-in pad at the pharmacy -- no need to give your information verbally anymore, it's all electronic now. Such a convenient upgrade! I also want to give a big thank you to Josh (I hope I have the name right), the security guard. There was a lot of theft going on for a while, but since Josh has been there, he's always doing a great job, and his customer service is 5-star. Please give him some recognition for helping keep the store safe and enjoyable to shop in. To the managers: keep up the good work, and thank you for being there for the public. Tarzana CVS gets 5 stars, and security is #1. The female security guard is also always very nice and attentive. Thank you again!

You've seen the neon that the Tarzana CVS pharmacy is open 24 hours?…read more Don't believe it. Consider it closed between 1 and 4:15 a.m. I've gone in twice around 1:40 a.m. and found the shutters closed. On the first occasion three or four people were waiting for 2:10 a.m., when a sign says someone will be back. My visit wasn't urgent, but I wonder if some of those people were coming from ER. Supposedly, I learned on my second visit (thinking the first closure was an aberration), the pharmacy closes from around 1 to 2:30, reopens for a half-hour, then closes again from 3 to 4 for computer update. Supposedly they reopen at 4, but I remember a time when it was closer to 4:15 before my shuttle-banging got them to open. (I repented my annoyance when I talked with the attendant.) I don't know how they rationalize such dismal service -- if the 1 a.m. closing is for lunch, why can't they have lunch at 3 when they're forced to close for computer update? -- but I do know my current impulse is to seek another pharmacy, even if it forces me to venture out on hot days to get in long air-conditioned lines. PS: I suppose some attendants will say "I'll starve if I have to wait until 3," but I've learned that even a cup of water or a quick nibble of something will appease the hunger. The delay, for me, makes lunch all the better.

My wife and I came here last night to look at baby strollers and car seat which they had some good selections on display. They had more floor displays here than other Target that we visited. The baby department is on the first floor, so just look at the directory so you know where to go. There are staff throughout the store ready to help, they didn't approach us while we were in the store but I went up to one to ask a couple of questions. There also an Ulta Beauty department as well. This Target has its own structure that you can park at if you want but I decided to park at the mall parking structure. There also a Starbucks and Pizza Hit inside here as well.

Lots of scalpers lately so it really sucks! We luckily found the Pokémon Jazwares Spring Figures during our visit and not in your usual pokemon toy section! We actually found it in the seasonal section which was really neat to see. Also had an error checking out at the self serve kiosk. Message popped up when I scanned the seasonal figures and rang up at $0.00 but wouldn't let me proceed till a worker had to fix it for me. Will definitely need to visit this location more often.
