Wait time for initial service was 30+ minutes, and we were told they were short-staffed. Our server was on day 2, so no shade to him at all -- that was a management/setup issue. It just felt like no one was really helping control the chaos or wait times. After eating, we still waited another 30 minutes just to get our checks. They offer premium shisha options and fruit infused bowls. Plenty of drink options including beer. Coco nana natural coconut charcoals as well. Staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions. They are attentive and refresh the coal properly. This is important because if there is too much heat it burns the bowl making it harsh.
