It was excellent so I booked the site in Troy, OH while at a high school graduation. It was wonderful. Breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. The hostess at breakfast insured coffee was hot and refilled. The desk staff was efficient and friendly. What more could a traveler ask for?

Hot water was hot and quick, thank you very much. Breakfast room attendant was excellent. No waiting for anything as she kept everything stocked. Coffeemaker did not include the little tray that hold the coffee bags. Front desk did not have the little tray, so every coffee refill required a trip to the lobby. Night light in the bathroom is inop. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Had to make another run to the front desk for TP.

This is a perfectly adequate RI. It's close to the interstate and there are a good amount of places…read morethat you can walk to (multiple chain restaurants, WalMart) if you don't have a car. Breakfast is free and so is wifi (it worked fine for me during our stay). Rooms look to be recently refreshed and ours was clean. Be aware that while the fittings are newer the property itself is old. The air-con sounds like a 747 engine on take off (we had to go buy earplugs to get any sleep) and you can't really set an exact temp - it's one of those ancient dial controls. Walls are thin as well - we could hear people nearby having normal conversations as clearly as if they were in our room. Staff is super, super nice - genuinely friendly and willing to help if needed. Be aware that although they advertise a pool as an amenity, we were told it was "under renovation" - it still had the winter cover on, so it appears they don't want to deal with maintaining it. I don't really care but the Mister was hoping for a dip. Other than the great staff, this is an "just ok" property.

Biggest issue came on check out day. My husband went down to get coffee in the morning and when he came back up the door card didn't work. He went down to get it turned back on. When he returned to our floor a man a few doors down had the same issue.....went for breakfast and got locked out. We would stay here again although another door card issue would have us rethinking our choice.

He said no I need it, couldn't get it out tried and tried. I finally say, I can't get it out. He said it went in there. Rude as he could of possibly been.
