We had a fantastic experience at Royal Jewelry. This will be the first place I go for any jewelry repairs. The jewelry on display was gorgeous. My engagement and wedding rings needed resizing, and I also had an inexpensive pendant with a lot of sentimental value that had lost its center stone. My engagement ring had originally come from a small jeweler in Illinois and had already been resized once by them. We took everything to Royal Jewelry. I wasn't sure if the pendant could be fixed. The owner looked at it and said he could add a new center stone. We left the jewelry on Friday afternoon, and it was ready for pickup by noon on Sunday. The owner discovered that my engagement ring had several microfractures due to the original jeweler improperly resizing it. He fixed the band, and now my engagement ring looks better than it ever has. Both rings fit perfectly, and I am so excited to be able to wear my pendant again.
