Interesting enough I brought to them some silver bars from Apmex still in its unopened packaging and they said its fake. I took those very same bars to a different coin shop and they said it was pure .999. Some coin dealers just wont have liquidity or cash to pay you, so perhaps thats what happened here. Anyways expect fluctuating fees.I also sent a friend of mine in and he got a different quote. Shop around as always.

The most prominent feature on the door is a sign stating "Do not knock", and instructs potential customers to scan a QR code, or send a text to be buzzed in to "provide a safe space for all". No thank you. No store should require potential customers' phone numbers as a condition of entry. I'm also not sure what they're referring to when they say "a safe space", but if a store is unsafe, I don't want to go there.

Went there to buy a gold coin and 20 sliver coins…read more The vender went to the back and weighed a tube of sliver coins and told me there were 20 in it. I foolishly did not count them myself. When i got home i found the tube only contained 19 coins. Called the vender and asked him about it. He claimed it weighed correctly. So i now have 19 coins instead of the 20 i paid for. No big deal but made me lose confidence in the store.
