One employee witnessed the accident and offered his help. My husband and I are truly grateful. The food is fresh and delicious! And portions are more than enough. We will return to have one of their specials. Not much parking. But their is a big lot next door.

Order taken quickly at the counter: gyro wrap w/side of yellow rice, an order of Dolmas (8) and a soda. With tax & tip $34.88. Sat at a booth type table for comfort, only to discover we had to tip toe around the messy floor and I kicked away a ball of something rather than squish it. Husband said wrap was tasty but didn't remember they use a wrap instead of a pita for the gyro sandwich. (I had the gyro on our last visit.) Rice was good. My dolmas, however, were gross. I don't dip them in tzatziki, I typically like the taste. However, today the rice inside them was very, very gooey, as if they sat over the holiday. I ate 2.5 and threw the rest out. Someone came out to ask how things were but apparently didn't notice they were standing on rice. I didn't say anything about the dolmas, because by this time they were in the trash. Took home the remaining portion of the gyro, rice & tzatziki. Asked for a to go box, then asked again for lids for the sauce. Both times I interrupted someone playing on their phone, and the rest of the staff was hanging out talking behind the counter. Really wished they had taken the time to check the dining area.

This place has been so good for so long. Never had a bad meal here…read more We had some friends in town and we were hanging out uptown. Got some reservations to grab lunch and fuel some more shopping. All the hummus is good, but we started with my favorite the fried chicken hummus. Got a few other small bites. The star of the show was the chicken schnitzel sandwich. If you talk about the chicken sandwich wars this one wins it all. It's so crispy, crunchy, and full of flavor. First time I've tried this and I'm going to have a problem ordering anything else from now on. Service was great and my friend introduced our server to the term fridge cigarette for a Diet Coke, which was funny.

Second time I came for a private event. Very nice exclusive upstairs private event space and bar, I loved the interior. I had delicious pomegranate lemonade mocktail. I loved the fried chicken hummus, Mediterranean cucumber salad, Brussels chicken, steak the most. Everything was amazing and flavorful, I don't think you can go wrong. The cinnamon date dessert just tasted like bread XD but overall I would totally come back! I think I prefer the sister restaurant though Parking: limited parking lot, limited street parking

This is the most upscale and newest of the Byblos restaurants. For quite awhile after they opened…read morein Elmwood I was really happy with the food and service here. They were doing a lot of unique things here and the food really was quite a step up from the other Byblos locations to the degree that there was zero resemblance. I really enjoyed everything I ate here and while it was more expensive than the other Byblos locations it was of better quality. Unfortunately something has changed as the quality seems to have dropped, the menu has changed and service has really deteriorated. They have a pizza type oven like Shaya and Saba have and they were putting out a similar type bread to those establishments but on my last visit I just got generic pita bread. The experience used to rate a higher price but now things have really declined and the juice is no longer worth the squeeze. I hope my last visit was just an anomaly but I've heard from multiple people that the standard has dropped and the generic pita is the new usual. This was a four star joint and one of the top Middle Eastern joints in the area but sadly that no longer seems to be the case.

The wait staff was very helpful with suggestions and took time to make sure we had what we needed. We ordered falafel for an appetizer and it has just the right texture. For dinner we split the chicken shawarma with hummus and fries. The waitress had recommended the chicken and she was spot on. It was tender and well seasoned. Portions are large, so we are glad we split it.
